I am having a weight of 149 lbs. I want it to reduce up to 120 lbs.
I am fasting and work out in gym for last 2 months but, I don't feel any weight loss during this period.
So. Pls. can anyone suggest me another diet formula which can be helpful to me as fast as possible?
looking for your reply...
thanks.

| Have you actually used the calculators on this website to work out how many calories you need to eat to create a sensible calorie deficit and then counted how many calories you're eating?

| In my opinion medication isn't going to help, or give you sustainable results. The problem with diet and exercise alone without counting calories is that you could be eating just enough to maintain your weight and not lose. Or you might not be eating enough. My suggestion is to use the calculators here to find your rmr and see how many calories you need a day, then try figuring out how many calories on average you've been eating a day. That will give you an idea if you're eating too much or too little.

yes Nir,
I've used and calculated.
But that is fair to me. It is perfect.
Still I'm looking for something else which can help me in a faster way to loose my weight.
thanks.

Well I think fasting isn't the way to go if you are working out. Your body needs fuel to survive with activity's . Loosing weight is about patience and accepting that .Weight will come off just be patient

Hi, I know how it feels to want to loose weight and fast!!! I tried Proactol in my desperation and it was like most of these loose weight fast magic cures a complete waste of money. It's also a false economy as you will have to eventually face up to eating sensibly to loose or maintain weight without any pills or magic cures.
It's good that you're seeking advice here...... now the hardest part.....listening to what is being said.
THERE REALLY IS NO MAGIC WEIGHT LOSS FORMULA just what you probably already know...eat lots and lots of fresh fruit and veg and as your granny would say 'all things in moderation'.
Take care and best wishes.

| Don't starve yourself!! Thats the worst thing you can do to your body!!! You need to eat 5 small a meals a day, last meal about 4hrs before bedtime... Do 30mins of cardio 3x weekly & resistance training 2x weekly. I'm not saying workout 5x a week, just 3days and on 2 of the days do resitance. Also take a real diet pill 30mins before breakfast, like phentermine, so that you won't be hungry or tired. If you have any questions email me!! - Nani

| I'm no expert on weight loss but enough people who are experts say 2lb a week is a healthy amount of weight to loss in a week. 15lb seems like an awful lot for one week! Did it work for you're friend and what happened when she stopped?

If your friend has such wonderful results what's stopping you? Call me skeptical and I am of anyone who puts links on this site to any weight loss miracle cures and any pills that make such great claims. If they are so good the medical profession would be dishing them out to all their obese patients. Don't you think?
The thing about taking pills is you are not addressing the issues which make you over eat in the first place. Once you come off pill you will still have to address these issue.
You are the only person who can decide what you want to do, you're in control, take it and make the right decision for you.

Well Brian, this begs the question - if you are a dispensing chemist, as your profile suggests, why are you taking advice from your friends. Also please note that it is ok to promote your business in your profile but not ok to link to it in forum posts
