Hello,
I am a 23 year old female and I weigh 180 lbs. (I'm guessing on that one since I haven't weighed myself in a long time, so I added a few more lbs. in there just incase).
A few years back I managed to drop a decent amount of weight, or rather inches, shall we say? Since I seemed to lose, but gained muscle as well. Anyway, over time I gained it all back and then some. What happened was I was unable to get to a gym like I once had, so the weight piled on. Then I started back up at the gym a year or so ago and didn't really manage to get anything off (I do eat good health wise, so I'm not counting bad eating habits into this one). As of late I really don't have much time at all to workout due to so much studying, etc. I recently ordered an acai berry supplement (not the scam version that was going around). I started it about a week ago, and I will be trying to work in some exercise soon. My Mother and I will be doing it together.
My question is, is there anything that is all natural that might give me a little boost in getting rid of the bulk of my weight, or no? Also, has anyone ever tried an acai supplement (or liquid form) with any success? I've never weighed this much in my life, and it worries me greatly health wise. Any suggestions, help, advice, etc. is highly appreciated.
