Hi I'm one week in to taking Proactol. So far I've been doing well, eating healthy and exercising. I'm not sure if its the pills stopping me 'snacking' in between meals or the fact I've paid a lot of money for the Proactol and I think each time I feel like something I shouldn't have 'what a waste of money that will be'. so some expensive slimming pills do have their benefits.......(I hope)

Anyone else taking Proactol?

The Proactol seems to be kicking in.....my appetite is suppressed and I feel full after a small amount of food. I've stuck to my healthy eating...bran and banana for breakfast, homemade soup and apple for lunch and pasta or baked potato or chicken with lots of veg. and fruit. Nothing in between.

I also feel able to resist temptation in the supermarket when all the special offers are jumping out at me....I just know I'll eat them all if I start. This is one of the hardest parts for me....talking myself out of buying rubbish.......

I'm measuring my weight loss through dress size so it might be a month or two before I can notice actually say I've lost weight. So far things are a bit looser.....

Anyone else tried Proactol?

The Proactol is stopping me snacking in between meals. I'm also eating a lot more healthy foods such as fruit and veg. I'm not sure if it's the Proactol or the fact I know if I do snack in between meals it will be money wasted!!! I just don't know....don't feel hungry although I still suffer from cravings and temptations.

Not getting any info. from other members re Proactol......and can't find many comments which are not connected to promoting Proactol.....I'd really like to hear from any members who have tried this even if it didn't work.

I'm doing really well on the Proactol so far....no adverse side affects and appetite is suppressed. I am quite motivated at the moment food wise but I need to get into an exercise routine.

Can't believe I've not heard from any other Proactol users? I would like to know how others got on using it.

I hope to be a dress size smaller by the end of February. Got into my size 14 jeans which were tight a few months ago and didn't look good. I put them on today and they look and feel fine...my flabby/muffin top doesn't hang over the waistband. So some progress is being made.

Was also at a party at the weekend and got lots of compliments not about my weight but about how good I was looking. As we say in Scotland ...'A wis fair chuffed'.

I've never even heard of Proactol, but it sounds like it is working well for you.  How long are you supposed to take it for?

It's available on the internet......and been clinically proven to work. I have never taken any type of pills before but was a bit desperate and ordered them in a moment of panic and haste. Have to say now I've got them I do intend to take them.

Still not sure if Proactol is working...but I have stopped eating rubbish in between meals and eat only three times a day. I try to make the best choices in terms of calorie, fat etc. I am glad to say that I have lost a dress size....whoooohooo. I feel the Proactol has suppressed my appetite and this has enabled me to take control of my binge eating and cope with my cravings. I'll stop using Proactol when this batch comes to an end or when (note not if but when) I fit into my mother of the bride dress...I am motivated, positive and mostly happy. This feeling of well being has also impacted on my general attitude to food/weight ie I'm not obsessing about what I'm eating all the time or weighing myself. I've started to look forward to events like going for meals, parties and out to theatre shows which helps make me feel happy/better/good.

If there are any changes to my eating patterns when I stop taking Proactol and when I get into that dress I'll let everyone know.
