Hi, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if anyone has ever tried Advocare for weight loss.

Hello Amy
My coworker has advocare and i tried it. you dont necessarily loose on weight but definitely inches. i really liked how simple it was to use. you dont have to carry a bunch of pill bottles with you bc it actually all comes in one pack. one pack in morning before breakfast, another for lunch, and another for dinner. then you have one pack of just the multivitamin which is important.
i actually really liked it. of course results may vary from person to person. good luck! :)
