I have been reading a lot here about Slimquick with Hoodia.  after doing some reasearch found out that it has a lot of caffine and some fillers.  I also came across Apidexin.  Has anyone taken this?  Please no advitsement stuff.  I need to know from real people who have actually taken this supplement and what are the results and side effects.

thanks for your response and honesty

Hi I have been on it for 4 days going on 5, and I am very pleased so far. I have lost about 5 pounds (I usualy walk only a mile or 2 a day, I increase it to interval walking, fast for 1 min, regular for 4, fast for 1, regular 4, and so own. Don't go doing nothing out rageous, like a body challenge, or preparing for a marathon, just do a routine you think you can maintain for a year or for life.)

Warning, don't take the pills in the evening, I got the pills in the mail, so that evening I was so ancious, couldn't wait. Felt a little queezy that night. I got the free detox pills. I only took half, 36 hours, will save the other half, the next month, when starting the other bottle, should jump start more weight loss in case I start plateouing in 30 days.

I read many articles on pills before investing in this one. It is hard to tell which ones are honest and not just an advertisement.

This article lead me to apidexin

http://ezinearticles.com/?Just-Another-Diet-Pill?&id=1211128

I will check in in about 2 weeks with more results.

I also registered just to be able to reply.

I took apidexin 2 times today, as indicated. I notice that afterwards, my heart seemed to work much harder. When I ran a few seconds to catch the bus, I felt my heart pounding hard and fast, even minutes after I had already sat down. This was about about 8 hours after I took the 2nd pill. Now it's 3:30 am. I have been tossing and turning all night and still can't sleep.

Does anyone else have any experience on this? Maybe the reason I am turbo charged is because I had been trying to exercise this past week till today, and had only been using the apidexine hopefully to speed it up a bit.  Now I'm wondering if it is not meant to be taken while doing a rigorous exercise regimen.

Any comments from anyone who had taken it before would be useful. Did the sleepless nights continue?

I found that if I take it after 3pm, it pretty much ruins my day, by not really calming down from evening activities. I cut back to one a day, (the morning one), eat a light breakfast, do my morning 30 min walk around 10:00 at work. Then eat lunch at 1:00 but I don't have much of an appetite, but I eat anyway. It works fine for me, but weightloss is slower.

I loss 8 pounds, going on week 5-6 now. I am happy with it, probally should be more but I can't handle the 2 pills aday.

Hope this helps.

I have been taking for 2 weeks twice a day.  I take in the morning and again at lunch time.  I have lunch at 12 noon, so I take it at 11:30 am.  I do not have problem with fast heart beat or sleeping problem but I am not seeing any weight loss.  I work out as well.  I have always worked out and continuing.  I am almost going to send it back.  So please, if anyone has any suggestion as to why I am not loosing weight, please let me know before I send it back on Monday.

thanks

I don't know about all the ingredients and what they do, it just effected my appetite enough to cut out the junk, and eat better. Not sure what's going to happen, when I stop. I am going to stop after losing, 10 pounds, then have a physical, and blood work. Just to be sure about my kidneys, and cholestoral.

Hi!

I need Red Bull just to wake up.  Should I discontinue it once I start taking the Apidexin?  It should be here any day now and I'm anxious to get started, but I don't want to overdo it.

Strictly for waking up.  It gives me enough energy to at least do a work out.  But, in three hours you crash and are wiped out unless you drink another one.  Vicious cycle.

I've taken it for three days now.  I've experienced nausea, light-headiness and zero appetitie the second and third day.  I'm skipping it all together today and then I think I'm going to switch to one pill a day and see if that gets rid of the negative symptoms.  If not I am going to return it.

Anyone else experiencing negative side-effects?

Hey Marla, I experience the same thing, the 1st few days, I gave up on the detox pills, and cut back to one a day, in the morning. I have been losing weight but I have to admit, I don't fill like running a marathon when taking it. I sit at the desk all day, and basiclly can only walk and golf when taking it, definately not a long term solution.

Flash, have you had minor headaches also?  I think I'm going to follow your lead and move to once a day.  When do you take it?  Before breakfast or around lunch time? I can drink two Red Bulls at once and not get as jittery as I do taking one of these pills.  Thank God, I quit the Red Bull.  Can you imagine what I would be like if I were using energy drinks and Apidexin?

Yes, I get that slight headace (also, for anyone else the overall feelling is like taking zinc sulplement on an empty stomach, if you have ever done this you will know what I am talking about.)

So I take it before breakfast, but I don't wait until, 30 mins, if so i will be feeling sickly and most of the time skip breakfast. So I take it while fixing my breakfast, and eat maybe 10 minutes later, something lite, usually half bagel, piece of egg, fruit. I usually lose my appetite before I finish, but this keeps the metabolism going, and fights the headace.

10 or 11 oclock, I eat some yogurt or some or fruit, even though I am not even hungry, or sometimes save this for lunch. (skipping the the lunch pill), around 5, appetite will start coming so I eat a normal dinner but you will not want to overeat, unless you wait too late, like after 8 or 9pm.

Well hope this helps. I don't want to sound like an advocate for the pill so i try to give all the ugly effects that is happening to me also. But it does seems to supress you appetite, you may feel sick but it supresses it, hehehe. Ok bad joke.

Thanks Flash.  You're absolutely right.  It is how I feel when I take Zinc/vitamin supplements on an empty stomach.  I don't like waiting the 30 Minutes either.  After 10 minutes, I start feeling the onset of the nausea.

I ordered a couple of months worth, but like you I think I will stop once I reach my goal (20 pounds).  Shouldn't take long with no appetite.  HAHAHAHA!

I also, like you idea about checking the blood works and making sure everything is still OK.

Thanks again.  Let me know when you reach your goal.  At least you can still play golf!

Hi all. I have been taking Apidexin for 4 days now. I think it has helped with appetite suppression, especially in the evening when I boredom and comfort eat, but it makes me feel really full...almost bloated. I sometimes feel like there is a rock in my gut. I get that hyper feeling for an hour or so but have my usual afternoon slump where I eat a protein bar. I have lost 1 lb. I take it with breakfast and lunch...never by itself.
Has anyone felt forgetful or flakey when taking it? I get that too.

I get that spacy feeling, but I am at work sitting behind the computer, on the weekend, when doing normal stuff, it is a little tough. Is it just me or does it seem like we are the only 10 or so people in the USA that trying this stuff? Unless you go to there website, and there are countless testimonies of How great this stuff is). Seems like there should be a User forum of symtoms loged, where people can refer too. And not a forum where it is linked to the Pill, just to lead you too it)

That's why I like this forum, but I thought it would be full of user's 100's, with their comments on this pill.

Well just my thoughts.

Great comments. I am nealy complete with my fist bottle and have taken the 72 hour detox. I have lost some weight, but it has not been significant. (I am 15-20 pounds overweight for my 5'1" height) I also experience the "flaky" feeling, but have not found it difficult to sleep. I will say that I do work out daily in the evenings which does a good job of wiping me out though. Overall, I'm not impressed with the product. I am going to return my purchase, so I will post on my experience with the return. Thank you all for the great information.

Hi all,
I am thinking of returning it as well. I did talk to my doctor about an appetite suppressant and she would not prescribe one for me as I am not big enough and workout as well. I didn't tell her I was trying supplements as I know her response would not be favorable.  I need to lose about 30lbs. to look good in a swim suit and right now I'm in my "fat" clothes.
I stopped taking the Apidexin for the weekend to see if that makes a difference. I might try taking it again next week. Let me know about the return as well. I saved the address that was on the envelope it was delivered in, if you need that.
I did look up a few other products such as Phenocal, Accomplix, Nuphedrine, and Miracleburn...but everything has such mixed reviews!! All I want is that jump start..you know what I mean?! Sigh.
Back to calorie counting maybe...

Howdie All,

Well I order my first and last bottle of Apidexin on August 7th 2008

I started taking 2 pills a day as instructed, but the pills are very potent for me to take 2 pills a day that only lasted for 4 days. When I was taking 2 pills a day I was spacey all day like zombie walking because I was so nausea, light-headiness with minor headaches and feel so sluggish. I even stop talking to my co-workers and they kept asking me everyday are you okay there is something really wrong with you but you are not telling us. I am a computer technician. When I came home every night for the 1st week I would lay down and not move I did not have the energy they claim I would have in fact I lost all my energy. I stopped taking the Apidexin on the weekend so I can get my energy back to clean my house and run my daily errands. Now I take 1 pill a day. I still a little spacey but not as bad now the jitteriness is still there slightly. I still do not have the energy to do anything. I have lost inches not pounds. I do not eat that much anymore. I really have to struggle to eat, but I do drink liquids, but I am going to stop taking the pills because today I started coughing up blood and when I blew my nose blood came out as well. All I can say is be very careful you guys and take care!!!!

Wow...that sounds really scary. I did not have such dramatic side effects although I stopped taking it after only 5 days. It worked very well to control appetite...didn't feel hungry at all. I wish I could just take that part of it!
However, it was the spacey feeling and irritability that got me. I had trouble recalling information so was afraid it was affecting my memory/nervous system..evident in my irritability. I would get angry easy at minor things etc. Not good when you have children!I will be attempting to send it back next week! Wish me luck.
p.s. You better talk to your M.D.....maybe a chest x-ray is in order? If this supplement has serious side effects, it should be documented!! Hope you are feeling better. Best of luck on your weight loss journey...it sure is a long one sometimes!

Thank you for your concern and you are correct about getting this documented. How funny when I was researching Apidexin I could not find any forums like this, but now that I have bought the product I find all the forums I was looking for before. Does anybody know the deadline to return this product??

Hmmm... I started reading about Apidexin today.  I've always thought diet pills were bad but I was looking at Alli anyway and then I saw this Apidexin and I've been looking around at reviews that aren't trying to sell me anything.  Anyway, would anyone reccomend it as a jumping off point?  Just to shed 10 lbs, then lose the rest myself?  Has anyone who has gotten off it gained the weight back?  It seems like it's NOT a long term solution for anyone. (Idk, but I think that if I lost 10 or 15 pounds, then I'd be like "Wow.  That was awesome!  I'd love to lose more!"  Lol, but really, people often have a hard time staying motivated due to lack of or very very slow results.  So that's what I mean by "jumpstart.")

Nikk86- Hey guys I'm new to this forum. (only subscribed to quote and reply) Anyway I have just recently bought apidexin and it's been two weeks and I am loving it! I weigh 185 and I'm only 5'6. (That's overweight for my height and age) and I have already dropped 16 pounds! That to me is such a miracle. Of course it is mostly water that you tend to lose first but i look and feel great! I have to be at work at 7am so I take my first dose at 6:00am and wait an hour before eating. Then i take my second dose at around 11:00 and eat at noon. I think it only works if you actually eat something then it has something to start burning away fat. Idk about the rest of you but I think this is the best pill if you want your moneys worth thank you and i will keep you all posted!!!:yum::tongue::grin::wink::grin::tongue::apple:

 Hello all of you!!!

I recently ordered apidexin. This is my second day with it and with the detox 72hours dosis. I hope this work! I have been taking the detox 72hours (3pills) plus the apidexin together as the website says. so far I have not had any side effects, jitters or nausea and not problems to fall sleep. I exercise 5 times a week and eat more or less ok. I just hope apidexin can help me to lose my extra weight.

I am not tall (5'3") and not close to skinny (146.6lb or 66.5kg) I used to be  176lb. two years ago. I was on diet and took some fat burners while exercising. I lost a lot of weight by following a nutriocionist advisor. But for the past 6 months i havent been able  to lose more weight.
:apple: good luck everybody!!! and i will keep you post with my results.

Okay so I'm 5'2" and I'm about 175 lb so I'm wondering what fat burners you took and what diet advice you can give.  I'm 20 so it's not like I'm dealing with age/metabolism-slowing blah blah.  I'm considering ordering a bottle of this stuff and seeing if I should use it as a jumping off point.  It seems like it's only a 2-week sort of ordeal, since most people's body's can't stand it past that point.  But I'm still waiting it out to see what other ppl's experience and advice is.

 Hi poopinshmicken

I am also on my 20s. I used to weight 119 to 125 pounds before i went to study in the US for one semester. I gained almost 50lb and a few more pounds back in my home country. I tried desperely many pills like hoodia, apple vinager, hydroxicut, Xenical and many others. Nothing gave me a result. I tried 5 saw at least 4 nutriocionist (during 2 years).  Diets were all nuts must of the times. Unitil I finally met a great doctor. With her guide I passed from 176 pounds to 136lb ( I gained 10 pounds while being again abroad, biut i dont want to gain more). In over a year and half. I ate vegetables and fruits most of the times. I had 3 meals and 2 snacks. I never let passed more than 3hours between one meal and my snack (basically one light yogurth plus a fruit or baby carrots or a special k bar). In addition I drank chinese green tea every morning before breakfast (this is good for burning fat too) with half a lemon). I worked out ( I keep working out right now) one hour everyday 5 times a week (either spinning cardio, etc) I followed my polar program then i will not make my heart rate over the limit (75% you could check more about this on the internet) for burning fat. My advice is to keep a full of vegetables, fruits and low carb diet. DO NOT cut all the things you like. If you like pizza or whatever else have it once a week but only a portion and specially not at night (otherwise your body will not burn those extra calories). DO NOT eat the same things everyday, I mean instead of having a boring salad every day try impress your body by having a portion of spaguetti. Use portions. and more important Always impress your body and dont let your body impress you. ( once in a while eat things thatyour body wont expect you to eat while you are dieting). About the fat burners I took some hydroxicut or  guarana concentrate (only one pill before exercising). All that worked for me and I hope it will for you too!! About the apidexin, well I am just new with it, so i cant tell you more than it hasnt made me sick during the past 2 days I have been taking it.

Good luck and I hope my information can help you!

Hi, wanted to join this forum as I have just taken my first lot of pills this morning.  I took the Detox pills as well as the Apidexin.  I felt a little nauseous and also a little spaced out but this has passed now.  I am scared that I will be in the reported 2% that it doesn't work for.  I am approaching my 50th birthday and feel this is my last chance to drop the 35lb or so that I could do without.  I tend to comfort eat and although I lost the same amount of weight in the early noughties, I had a crisis in 2004 and since then it has piled back on.  I have tried all sorts from hypnotism to Weightwatchers and other things too but nothing really works.  Trouble is then I get fed up and just think I might as well eat whatever I want.

Anyway I thought I'd join the forum to share how I get on with Apidexin and to compare experiences.  Good luck to everyone who is trying this or anything else.

Good morning all,  I purchased apidexin last week and I'm now on my third day of it. I have combined the detox along with the apidexin and so far have only felt a little bit of nausea on my second day and it did not last very long. I have a little bit of jitters but not much and have noticed in two days that I have lost just over a pound. My weight was 179 (5'6) and I'm down 177.8.  I'm confident that this might just work. I have not had any other side effects and I'm sleeping the same.  I am not following the recommended usage of apidexin though. My stomach is weak so I eat first and then take the pills right after I eat because I cannot handle the nausea.  I can't take pills on an empty stomach.  So maybe taking the pills after you eat might make a difference, I don't know, but it works for me.  Good luck to all! I'll try to keep everyone posted on my success or setbacks and look forward to hearing of others success stories as well.

Hi everyone,

I registered just so I could reply. I've been searching for something and I am thinking of ordering Apidexin. So based on all of you that have stayed on it, how are you feeling? Still having the side effects or have you stopped taking it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I'm just nervous to order if it's dangerous or has bad effects. I realize that everyone's body chemistry is different, however, from what I've read, most of you that have posted have had some negative effects. I'm 40 and 40lbs overweight, so I'm ready for something to get me going. But I cannot have any side effect that would cloud my judgment at all or take any of my energy away, I'm a Hospice Nurse, so a clear mind is essential. Good luck to all, hope to get some replies.

hi

I understand how you feel about ordering something new. I have been taking apidexin for almost 10 days. at the beginning i didnt feel anything rare and i was even thinking that it didnt work. As a result i realized that apidexin will not do somehting for me efforestly as they claim in their website. Therefore i signed on the fat loss 4 idiots program. It is an 11 days diet generator with 3 days cheating (eating whatever you want) it is a very nice diet and it has given many good results to people. So far by combining exercise, FL4I and apidexin I have lost 4lb. and an inch on my hips, belly.

If you want to get good results I strongly believe and encourage you to change your eating habbits. the better you eat, the better you will feel and the more apidexin will work

Good luck :apple:

Hi, I just got the product and started Apidexin today, I didn't like the feeling it gave me. I felt floaty and a little jittery especially through my legs. You know that trembly feeling?  Anyway, I took the first pill at 10 a.m. and 30 mins later, I had breakfast. Almost immediately after the first pill I felt as I described.  Around  1:50 pm, I took the 2nd pill, same feeling immediately give or take a couple of minutes after swallowing the pill, and 30 minutes later, I ate lunch. I felt a little better afterward when eating.  So I am wondering if perhaps I should just eat food with the pill? or just return the product altogether and get my money back and just not take chances with my health, especially since I don't have health insurance.  I do diet and exersice every day, and just wanted a little kickstart and kick that plataue away.  Overall my health is in good condition however,  after taking the product I felt as if my blood pressure accelerated a bit, and a little light headedness (that floaty feeling). And I don't think that's ever a good sign.  Btw, I am a 37 year old female about 60 lbs overweight at 5'5.

I hope there's an expert out there or 2 such as an MD, nurse, pharmacist, etc. that read this forum and give some advice?  I would greatly appreciate it.

Oh, btw, I am new to this site and when I bought the product, I had only done a little research and didn't really find anything on side effects until after my shipment came.  I should have waited, but either way, how can I know unless I try, right? I normally don't do the diet pill thing, it's the first time in years that I try a diet pill because normally I don't believe in them. I usually believe in basic math, diet and exercise. The more you exercise the more you should eat (of course the right foods) and the less exercise the less you can eat. The basic balance of both.

Hi

my partner and i started taking Apidexin 3 days ago, we finished the detox pills today. We took them as advised, 1 Apidexin and 3 Detox pills 30minutes before breakfast and done the same 30 minutes before lunch. As i was looking up to find out how long it took before i would start losong weight i came across this forum. I have noticed that different people have had different experiences with apidexin. I have to admit i was terrified to start taking it but the label says its safe and effective and i want to lose weight so i thought what the #%@&! ill just give it a try. I am so pleased that i did so far because i feel great. Im not sure if i have lost any weight yet but i dont feel the need to eat when im not hungry. I also have energy and motivation to get up and excersise. I hope it works for me, but hey if not will just send it back and get my money back. I will let you all know how it goes for me =) But so far I WOULD reccomend it to anyone who wants to lose weight!
