Do you know how much your are eating calorie wise??? cause that could a thing you are not doing right

I started taking the pills 2 weeks ago and then stopped for the holiday's because it was pointless.

I started back this past Friday and have lost 5 pounds so far.  One thing I do is empty a little bit of the capsule contents when I take the second pill so that I don't get too jittery.  It makes a difference.

I started the detox on the weekend and the regular stuff two days...I have had NO side effects at all.  I have more energy and yet can still be tired enough to sleep at night. Am hoping that the weight will come off this easy.  Will know in a week or so I'm sure.

Hellrazor,

I have no idea how many calories I take in, I guess I really haven't watched the calorie amount.  At my weight, how many calories do you think that I need to take in?  I took it today for the first time and I had the jitters with my first morning dose and then this afternoon, I felt nothing.  I hope things will be okay for me.  I really was scared to do the detox so I stayed away from it, hopefully I am not missing something great?

Hi everyone it has been a while. OK firstly I wouldn't recommend these pills, but if you are going to take them I wouldn't advise to anyone under the age of 18. Also this pill in my opinion is not designed to work with exercise. Your heart rate is increased by the stimulant in the pill (a legal alternative to cocaine), I couldn't exercise. The pains in my chest shooting through my arms was so intense. My doctor said it is extremly dangerous to push your heart rate to that level. I could do moderate exercise (barely enough to call it exercise) but nothing more. So what is the point to take these pills, nothing. Also guys I stoped the pills for a week now, and maintained my healthy eating and exercise.... the weight came back. So unless you are looking to be on these pills for the rest of your life, they do not work for long  term results. Also if you take the pills and are not active and you do lose weight/inches whatever you are not actually getting healthy. EXERCISE and HEALTHY food are the way to go. Feeling fat: along the top of the page are tabs, there are calculators that will tell you the amount of calories you need to eat a day by asking you certain questions (weight, height, gender ect.) Food portions are very important as well. I am almost finished my research and well we writing my conclusions in an essay that will be submitted. If anyone has any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks

Kat

Read the tutorials  they are very helpful and finding out how much you should eat all depends on how much you workout. Since I dont know your height I just guessed and said 5'7. So at the height weight  age you shouldn't eat any lower then 1962. So with that said I would say eat between 2100-2600 but it all depends on how much you workout. If you are working out a couple days a week then go for 2100 but if you are working out 3-5 days go for the 2600. If you are working out more then 3-5 days you could up to about 2800. You really need to start counting calories cause I'm willing to bet you are either under eating or over eating. Make sure you are eating a well balanced diet. Cut out junk food , sugar and empty calories. Just give it time cause if you do these simple steps you should see results and read the turtorials . Ask for help here we are all willing to answer any questions

I do watch portions, no junk food, healthy choice, smart ones, special K snacks, etc.  Maybe I am not gettin enough for my height and weight.  Will make sure I count the calories.  Does everyone on her take Apidexin or not?  Are most of these people real with real input?

Hi everyone

I am sorry that I didn?óÔé¼Ôäót see this forum earlier. Living in Canada, I think I will get my pills in two weeks. Meanwhile I would like to know if this product is dangerous, aside from the nasty side effects. I am over 50 and need to lose only 30 pounds and not my life!

generally i would say you should be at least 18 to take this pill. If you are 50 and above you should watch out how the side effect of this pill works with normal age related conditions. There can be headache and nausea because of the caffeine. It all depends on your body, but from what I have read, these pills contain, the best substance in weight loss in good quantity so they might be too strong for some people.

I hope with good diet and exercise i should be able to unload some Christmas break weight.

How can someone say this is a safe product when it has not been FDA evaluated/approved? The first doctor I went to about this product, never heard of any of the ingredients. The other doctor was amazed at the first ingredient written on the bottle as it is a mimic of cocaine.  You get the "illegal effects" with a product that appears legal.

No diet supplements are FDA approved, with the exception of Alli, which has problems of its own.

I second Hellrazor's D&E claim, with over 130 pounds lost myself, but I wish you all success, and SAFETY.

That is untrue, other diet pills have been evaluated and approved. Doctor's cannot administer a weight loss pill to a patient if it is not FDA approved. Xenical, Meridia and Phetermine are all FDA approved. "Alli is the fist and currently the only diet drug deemed safe by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to be sold over the counter in the US (without the need of a prescription)."

Yea and you can buy Phentermine over the counter online without a doctor prescription. Whats the difference from Methamphetime to all these weight loss things including phentermine that has amphetimenes in them?  All the same just legal!!!  I talked with my doctor who is a federal employee and this is safe and legal to take as he has done many studies on this medication it just depends on the person that is taking it.  The FDA don't have the time to approve everything in this world!

Funny that my doctor says it is not healthy.  Something I left out. When I started this pill I coughed up blood through the whole detox and a few days after. Don't tell me this pill is safe. I know it depends on the person but really. I was a cocaine addict I know that feeling and any pill that is legal that makes a person feel like that and the effects is NOT safe. Also the people with no side effects I have noticed are those who said it didn't help them lose weight. So I know the pills worked for me., until I stopped taking them because I got bad test results and i developed my disorder only when I started these pills a month ago, I know it is more them just a coincidence. The pains it my chest became worst, my heart rate would not slow. There are people trying their hardest to cure problems they have because they are sick and what do people like us who have just given up or want the results but don't want to commit to exercising and eating healthy , they take these diet pills who god only knows what it can cause for extended periods of time, knowing that they are not safe and could harm them. So whoever wants can comment on what I have said but I took them for a month, I got sick, I stopped, been there done that.

Hi all,

I am a little confused now! Anybody is still on the pills?? Anyone really lost weight? Does it work at all? Of course individuals react differently. I have been on pure ephedrine for 5 years and I never encountered side effect what-so-ever. I miss those days when I barely hit the 120 lb and eating completely normally. Have a relaxing weekend.

I am hoping to get my pills next week. I will let you know how it works with me. I am 5'2" height, 155 pounds. Not very bad for a 53 year old but gained 30 pounds lately and I am not planning to renew my wardrobe in this recession

Apidexin   Bad #%@&!  Sent me to the hospital with a racing heart and  nausea felt like a rat trapped in a maze with no where to go.   The company has no phone number to talk to anyone,  they do have a sales email,  where you can complain. The  response I got was to send the product back not even a suggestion that one might take less of the product.   If you are going to take this product be very careful.   You have heard of Efedra and how many deaths.   Be afraid be very very afraid.  kimicash

Hello Everyone, I took Apidexin a little before the holidays and stopped for a week. After the 1st of the year I started again as directed. I wieghed 220 about a week and a half ago and am down to 211 now, I have tried everything and Apidexin is the only thing thurs far that has helped. The main thing is portion control and good choices of what I eat with the apidexin is what works. I no long feel any side effects except appetite control. What I have noticed is that when I am hungry I WANT to eat as much as I normally do but I force myself to eat half and wait at least an half hour, by the time half an hour hits i feel satisfied and know that I did not over eat and don't feel sick. I hope this helps anyone who wonders about it working. For me its been a blessing.

Well,  been on this for about a week now and lost about 9 pounds and an inch around my waist and chest and feeling great.  Still eatin the same and excersing the same as before I started them.  The only side effect I have felt was the very first pill and getting the jitters but nothing since then.  Going to take the rest of the bottle and then stop for a bit.  Good luck to everyone.

I just wanted to chime in on the side effects, I honestly have not had any the first time I took the pills I was a little jittery shortly after taking them, but that's it.  I know many people have had bad effects, but I haven't experienced anything and I've taken the pills on an empty stomach and with food.  However, I have not lost any weight either, so we'll see I only bought 1 bottle because I just wanted to give it a try.

Hi everyone! First time poster here. I have been reading the replies and figured I would add my own thoughts on the product.

I have owned Apidexin for about 2 months now but really only used it 2 consecutive weeks so far. It's not because of any side effects but I was working overnights and wanted to wait to use it as directed. During the 2 weeks I dropped about 10 pounds and really felt great. I didn't change any eating habits and I didn't start to exercise. I am 5'4" and weigh 185 pounds now. I was down to 170 while taking Apidexin and recently just started to take it again after going up to 190 during the holidays (Holiday food is too good to pass up ). A few things I did learn the first time:

*You must eat 20-30 mins after taking Apidexin.
- When I didn't eat I became jittery, moody, and felt very sick! Also if I waited too long (Over an hour) I felt the same way till I ate.

*You must drink close to the required amount of water.
-When I didn't drink the water I would feel jittery longer. Even insomnia would be frequent. (I think it is because it didn't dissolve as fast.)

I am now taking the detox pills and I am going to try those before starting Apidexin again. I usually try not to take a bunch of different pills so I am just sticking with the Detox for the next 2 days. I will try to keep everyone up to date on my recent progress. I AM going to eat smaller portions this time and exercise atleast 15 mins a day and hopefully I'll get greater results(not faster but healthier).

I will make one point though about wiehgt loss. No one should lose more than 3 pounds per week. It actually can be pretty unhealthy. I know we all want to lose as much as possible but health should be everyones motivation, not just slimming down. Here is a good site I am going to suggest for learning about healthy wieght loss

http://www.thedietchannel.com/weightloss.htm

(Sorry mods if you don't allow links! I'll take it down if need be.)

Today is my second and the last day of the disaster! I didn't like the side effects- feeling tired, numming in my arms and legs,  wanna lie down but can't sleep in the afternoon. Yeah I wasn't hungry, but not worth the risk of your health or rather not worth feeling like that. Before the apidexin I was taking Mytoslim, which they say is 100% natural, and really slowly but I was noticing the slimming in my body. Mytoslim  just produces more enzymes in our body to burn the fat, and that's a natural process only that after age of 25 our bodies produce less of those enzymes. So check it it out people. I give up on apidexin, don't wanna feel without an energy all day, which I was very energetic without it! I'm gonna send it back, hope I'll get my $ back!
If someone was to ask my advise NO NO NO! If you don't want to feel weird, don't buy this, I think better health it's more important then this. You can find many other ways how to lose weight . I can't wait until this day is over and I'm back to my regular mood and the way I usually feel.

So today is my third day on Apidexin. I havent noticed noticable side effect. I noticed that i was eating like a monster previously. For some reason i started testing the food and I was chewing it !!! Made me wonder how fast i was eating previously. Now i dont feel like eating when i'm not hungry; I actually left some food on the plate:shock:
You must know, i am also exercising; 1 hr on treadmill and some weight lifting. I am 6ft tall and currently 205lbs. my target is around 185lbs. I'm not so FAT, I'm going for muscle definition and overall flexibility.:rabbit:
I don't feel pain during exercise, probably its the caffeine in the pill. its good because now i can work for long and with intensity. Right now Im just glad I am not binging:grin: I will update on my weight loss. GOODLUCK:yum:

Hey everyone! New member, long-time reader...

So I came across Apidexin online and have searched countless forums and reviews of this product. I'm female, 22yrs old, 5'7, 240 lbs, and have never used weight loss pills before. I've been over weight for about 7 years now, but at a steady weight for 5, yrs, and my doctor says I'm perfectly healthy--However, I have a knee injury that is preventing me from doing cardio and the normal weight loss regime. I've wanted to drop the weight desperately for as long as I can remember but I need help! I need to lose about 20 pounds or so before I can safely excercise without injuring myself further.

So after tedious research and reading of forums I decided, what the #%@&!...I'll try this stuff, and I'm waiting on my order of Apidexin now. A few questions though if any of you don't mind being honest...

The majority of comments I've seen on this are very positive; however, the negative comments I have seen are a little alarming. From what I've seen, the customers who experience the side effects either,

a> are not significantly over weight/ probably feel the side effects because their body mass is not high enough for the quantity of drug.
b> don't drink enough water with the pills
c> take other diet pills or medication which may cause the effects.

I could be entirely wrong, but that has been my impression. Any thoughts?
I'm really excited about this product, but I'd especially like to hear from those with the BAD experiences, and see if my assumptions are correct. If anyone could reply to my post I'd very much appreciate it...

What kind of knee injury do you have??? I also have knee problems (look at my avatar that is my knee). If you go to a gym try and talk with a trainer about your knee and they can come with a plan. Read my story and if I can be any help feel free to ask me. I know knee injury's are hard but if I can do something about weight loss any one can.  There is a type-o in the story with how fast I lost the weight it is april 07 through july 08 not july 07

:smile:I took apidexin for 2 months and lost 25 pounds! I did not experience any weird side effects like jittery or sleeplessness. I also have a story behind why I tried this product. I quit smoking 2 years ago and gained 50 pounds. I already eat healthy and I went to the gym 3 days a week but the pounds just kept comming. I was getting married soon and with the weight gain I couldnt wear my wedding outfit and on my wedding day I had to improvise and throw together something different. even though everything turned out great I was depressed about the weight. over the pass 2 years I have litterally tried every diet pill you can buy in the drugstores and NOTHING worked. So i searched websites for stonger stuff. I tried Anoretix for 2 months and lost 2 pounds and it had a 100% money back guarantee so I sent it back. Apidexin had the same guarantee so I tried that. I started loosing weight quick with it but when it ran out I couldnt afford to buy more so I tried a cheeper one called liptotren. I havent lost any more weight but with this product I havent gained any weight. I do feel alittle boost for a few hours but it hasnt helped with weight loss. i am going back to apidexin. The detox part you get with it doesnt work for me so I dont take that but apidexin gives me alot of energy and does control the hunger. I dont have any trouble sleeping because I take it first thing in the morning and then again about 6 hours later. The instuctions say take it before breakfast and before lunch and suggests nt taking it in the evening. Now that I have lost weight I feel better. I believe that a good attitude definately contributes to being able to loose weight. Diet pills affect each person differently. Read the instuctions carefully. Most of the products you buy in the stores express using the product with a good diet and excersize. You can use the product all day but they dont work unless you cut the calories and work out. Lets be realistic. I dont have time for the gym and cant really afford it. I eat healthy as much as I can but I work alot and when I get home Im tired and at home I have domestic responsibilities to take care of. A diet pill that works good for someone like me is apidexin. It doesnt require a special diet and exersize plan to make it work. I can be me and it lose weight at the same time.

/\ /\ Yeah but are you going to be taking them for the rest of your life??? I'm not trying beat you down but this lifetime is what needs to looked at.Odds are it will come back once you stop taking them unless you start workingout. I have 2 kids under 4 and serious knee problem and I understand about being tired, can't afford, no time. You find time and ways to do it. I wouldn't call loosing 25 lbs without exercise healthy . You probably lost a lot of muscle mass in the process and you don't get that back without even harder work.

I just can't believe, how can someone keep on taking this drug with all those side effects. Good for you if you don't feel anything, but that stuff is definitely not giving a normal feeling, I'm so glad today, I'm back to normal mood, feeling energetic again because I didn't take any of those apidexin pills, they are on the way back to the sender.
The "not feeling hungry" effect is definitely not natural, you feel like there is something stuck in your stomach, even if I want to eat  after I eat something sometimes feel like vomiting  or so... And the overall feeling is abnormal- the reaction is slow, don't want to do anything, feel tired. I can just imagine what's going on in your body with all those pills, how much your heart is forced to work extra.
That is not for me:nono: no way, life is not easy to begin with, just in regular daily routine you put too much stress on yourself, and add more unnatural stress on your heart? Is it worthed?
Good luck to all of you trying to lose those pounds, but be careful!
Health is more important then those extra pounds!!!

Are you talking about the detox pills? If so I agree. But you are sending the Apidexin back without trying it? That is like not drinking Sierra Mist because you don't like the caffeine in Mt Dew. Both are made by the same company but one is caffeine free. I must admit I stopped taking the Detox pills after 1 day. Those made my energy drop and did make me feel awful. I just think you shouldn't send the other pills back before you try them. I HATE the detox pills but have no side effects from Apidexin itself. I agree with you that health is more important then extra pounds. But I also am using these to just boost results. I added a diet and exercise to my daily life (Which has been without it for about 2 - 4 years). I am inceasing protien and decreasing carbs for the first month. I am eating fruit and veggies instead of twinkies and McDonalds. I would say I would get results without this pill but If I can get some faster results and build lean muscle I won't mind.

I would advise anyone who takes the pill and is sensative stop taking it and return it. It is stupid to suffer and be unhappy. Although Fish won't make me as happy as a Double Cheeseburger, my sacrafice is healthy. I would say unless you are willing to change your diet and exercise these pills are temporary and usless. Just a few random thoughts. It is too fast to give results yet so I'll wait about a week. Good luck to all.

I'm not sure what kind of knee injury I have. Last year when I was in Police Foundations I injured it, trying to keep up with the rest of my fitness class. Silly, I know... Competeing against students in their physical prime while I'm sitting there at 240 lbs. *Sigh*... Anyway, It hurts on a regular basis, and if ever I excercise on it, it swells up and starts hurting, bad. It makes a clicking noise if I stretch it on anything..really annoying. I haven't actually had it seen though.

Swelling and clicking are not good signs go have it checked out seriously. The more you push it off the more damage you can do to it. I'm still having problems and probably looking at more surgery's. So take it from me go see someone and see a orthopedic doctor not a general doctor. Maybe you general doc could refer you to a good  orthopedic doctor

I recieved the Apidexin in December...over a month later, nothing ! these are a scam just like the others..it comes down to cardio training and eating lots of vegies and protein...cut the carbs...white rice, potatoes, bread...I'm sending my order back today...and as far as the detox pills ? you can get the same effect from pills sold at the grocery stores for under $15.00. Activia (yogurt) is a very good digestive cleanser too!  Eat one yogurt once daily for two weeks, and you'll notice a big change !

I have been taking this stuff for about 2-3 weeks never did take the detox.  I have lost weight, continue to excerise, etc. feeling good and doing great.  I think that these are not a scam and have been great for me, only a few weeks of it left and then on to nothing but working out and continuing to eat healthy like before hopefully the weight will continue to come off.  Went to the doctor two days ago and no bad side effects from apidexin, doctor said my body is handeling it good and is happy for the weight loss for me.

Hi i have been taking the pills for 3 days now, i havnt experienced and nausea and headachs, not being able to sleep. what you need to do is really drink alot of water i drink atleast 2 liters a day. and take vitamin pills to put back the nutreants you need. i have taken pills before like lipo 6 and they do work but there is excersize and dieting that need to go hand in hand. and be patient its not going to work overnight.

I've been on them for a week now.
I haven't had any problems with the pills at all so far. I do seem to get a little bit hyper in the afternoon at work but I quite enjoy that as I'm a hyper person naturally ;)

I'm sorry if this grosses people out: The main difference I've noticed about the pills affecting me is actually that when I poo it's harder - which from what I've heard is better than the squidgy stuff I used to get.

So this morning was exactely 1 week down the line. Both weigh ins I did not eat or drink anything and went to the loo before checking.
I seem to have lost exactely 1 kg. According to my body analyser scales it was actually mostly fat not water I lost - but I don't trust the scales on that kinda thing much.
