Hi everyone. I found this interesting review and wanted to share with you all.

ultimatefatburner.com/apidexin-review.html

p.s. I tried the pills again, and this time with food for a couple more days and I have to say that the side effects lessened a tad specifically the light headedness was gone however, I still remained with bad jitters and feeling very lethargic, not to mention also that I felt like I was tensed up as if it boosted up my stress level or something and I could feel my blood pressure not normal.  But hey, at least I tried it and now I think I am going to return the product.  When I stopped taking the pills, I felt more relaxed and just normal again. It felt great.  I guess I fall into the 2% catagory.   I think I will just stick with the basic math of a balanced healthy diet and exercise.

Good luck to everyone and I pray you all stay safe.

Well, I just thought you all would like to know that I am sending this product back.

I have been taking the pills for 5 days now and although I haven't had too many physical side effects, the psychological side effects started late yesterday and have continued into today and gotten worse. It first began with a feeling of anxiousness... now I'm extremely irritable, annoyed, anxious, depressed, angry... I can't seem to concentrate at work, which just makes me more irritable. I'm prone to having panic attacks, although I haven't had one in over 5 months until today. I blame it on the pills and I am not taking them tomorrow to see how things go.

As far as physical side effects... The first few days I noticed none. The pills did not even curb my apetite. Today I've had no apetite and have been unable to eat, partly because of the depression, and indirectly because of the pills. The little bit I did eat I had to struggle to keep down as I got hit with quite a bit of nausea this afternoon. I found it easier to deal with if I didn't eat at all. Which is just as bad for me. All in all... I think this product was not meant for me. Good luck to the rest of you!

Be very careful with this product if you are prone to depression and panic attacks!

To Sprout:

I have to say I had similar symptoms as you, the anxiousness, irritability, and it didn't suppress my appetite, in fact I would eat every other hour to control the shakes in my body from the pill. I'd eat healthy of course, but nothing would stop the tension of nervousness from my body and of course, my body just felt spent, I was too lethargic to do anything, I was sleeping a lot of hours.  So to me it wasn't a good sign, and I did that for 3 days (I skipped a day and did the next 2 days, was hoping to recover before starting over again) and symptoms never subsided. On the first day, I took the pills as directed, the second day, I took the 2 pills WITH meals the second time I tried it and the 3rd day, I took 1 pill with my meal too and it was still potent for me. It took me about 2-3 days to kick that stuff out of my system.

To anyone out there, has anyone ever returned the product and got their money back? I noticed there is no number to call to ensure refund.

Hello, I have been taking Apidexin for over a week now. I have been following this forum as well. There is not another forum covering the use of Apidexin that I know of. I have taken weight loss pills before but not for long due the side effects. I read enough about Apidexin to want to give it a try. I have to admit that I am having side effects that I do not like. Mainly lack of energy and anxiety. I believe that these may go away over time so I will continue to take. I work outside all day and am very active. I have found that I want to lay down in my truck during the day to rest. At times I feel exhausted. I have also felt flu like symptoms. I am nervous off and on during the day. I sleep ok and feel better by morning, however, as soon as I take the pill in the morning I can feel the side effects coming on. I know that it is the pill. I am going to stick with it for a while longer as I do not believe that the side effects are harmful just annoying. The only one I am mildly concerned about is my heart feels heavy at times. Maybe just depression like feelings. Anyway, this forum has been helpful and I will post periodically to let you know how I am doing. I am at 215 and want to get down to 190 by March 2009. I am 6' tall and 54 years old. I have not seen any weight loss to date but know that the pills are having an effect on me physically and psychologically. I hope that this translates into weight loss. See ya...

Hi Everyone, I've also decided to quit taking them.  In 10 days of being on them, I've lost 3 lbs...mostly due to the fact that I've been too nauseous to eat.  I also felt like the world was just too much for me to handle when I took them.  My heart also felt full, I wanted to cry and sleep all day(but I couldn't sleep...too restless).  I was a mess at work and couldn't shake off the feelings.  When I only took one in the morning after breakfast, I was fine but it did not help me curb my appetite at that level especially after the 5th day.  I really had hopes and did not want to give it up but I guess you live and learn...they made quite a bit of money on us poor saps.  I may be wrong but I don't think we'll get our money back...I think it's a scam. If anyone from Apidexin reads this forum, you might want to leave us a number or email address so that we can return the product.

Take care all.

Well me and my wife have decided to give apidexin a try. Im under dr's orders to lose 40 pounds or i will be facing major back problems in the yrs to come. Bad thing is, im only 24, so we are starting a diet, and ive asked my dr about this and he has heard of it and said he has heard good things, few side affects, mostly the ones described here, said it would not raise my blood pressure and would also help lower cholesterol, two things that run in my family. I took metabolife when it first came out and had ephedra in it, i experienced some nausea and jittery feelings with that at frist, but it passed after a few weeks, so im hoping this will be in line with this. I work for a railroad so im pretty active at work and have to think and concentrate on my job a lot, really hoping it does not interfere there. Will keep every one posted when we get it in and start trying it.

Also has any one done a return, is it a big hassle?

Hi Brian, good luck with Apidexin. It obviously didn't work for me, I couldn't handle the side effects.  I feel so much better without it and feel normal again.  Please take it with caution though, and run tests with your doctor when using it just to make sure you are okay and your doctor can really determine the truth about the product because on the bottle in such small print, it states it is not FDA approved, so be cautious especially on the job.

Okay, with that said, since there is no number to call for money back guarantee, I've emailed them to their customer support at gdscustomersupport@gmail.com

It seems that's the only way to contact them. We'll see if they even respond.  I'll keep you posted on the return.

Good luck everyone and safe journey to ya.

Hi Everyone, bin awhile since I last posted and still no pills yet (I am sure they'll get here, lol) Sorry to hear about the further side effects for you Sprout and Tryin again hopefully you'll both be able to find a better way for yourselves. Just a couple of things that might encourage everyone out there in forum land, I have two friends that were both well over 300 lbs. and both were able to lose over 100 lbs with regular exercise and eating according to the Canadian food guide (which I'm sure is the same everywhere!) they never starved themselves (watching them at the chinese buffet was hilarious as they ate about 4 times what I could and stayed within their diet plan) they ate a lot of vegetables both cooked and raw and a lot of lean meats such as chicken and fish but in less than 1 yr both had lost over 100lbs. and 1 of them lost 175, So dont give up hope! As for me I''ve been working out most every other day and been using protein shakes to help build muscle( which I will stop when the pills arrive) but I weigh myself before and after the workout and there is usually a 3 to 5 pound difference although some days I leave the gym around 230 and come back @ 235 so dont worry about what the scale sez because if you are working out or execising you will be growing more muscle which is heavier than the fat and water we're trying to lose. Take care everyone and
God bless,
R

Hi...I also got my reply email to return the product.  I'll ship it out tomorrow.  I'm really happy they replied.  And yes, I slept well with the product. So much so that I was having a hard time staying "awake" at work and concentrating. Mostly, I just didn't want to do anything at work. I had to force myself to finish my daily routine.  Now that I've stopped taking the pill, I don't feel that way anymore.  Not sleeping as well but not so tired either. In the 9 days I took it, I lost 3 lbs.
Take care all...

Hey everyone! Great little forum here.  It's been helpful to read people's reactions to the pills, so I thought I'd add mine too.  I just started it yesterday and took only one pill with breakfast. I was a little wary given other peoples negative reactions (jitters, headaches, etc) so i thought I'd start slow.   I had a little lightheadedness - sort of a spacy feeling - but nothing else to speak of, incuding appetite suppression!  Today I thought I'd go the whole hog and take it as directed.  I took 3 Detox and 1 Appidexin and haven't had any noteable side effects yet.  Again, maybe a little spaciness (and gas/bloating??), but that's about it.  I will be taking my lunchtime dose in about an hour. I am still waiting for my energy surge!!

I just ordered Apidexin and had a few questions. While you were taking it did any of you take any vitamin supliments and ( laugh all you want but I'm serious ) did anyone experience ( mainly guys ) any sexual side effects i.e. like shooting pool with a rope ?

I'm 52 and while I was in my 20's and early 30's I was a full time musicican and traveled all over the country and many times we'd finish a job at 2am and have to drive 6 to 8 hours to the next job so we had the " good " stuff that you dont find anymore so I'm very aware of the side effects of that stuff and was wondering did this also have the same effects and also the scalp tingling and running off at the mouth ? Going by what you all have said about this product I would wait till your off a few days and try them at that time. ALSO. If you take a teaspoon of oilve oil it will coat your stomach and slow down the absorbation rate which may help with the nauesa

Thank you for your help " my friends "

Wow - so it's about 6.30pm now and I took the second dose at about 1.30pm.  I feel like I have been having a really bad trip for the whole afternoon and am only now coming down from it.  It was not pleasant at all (anxiousness, paranoia, inability to concentrate, feeling jittery).  Thankfully I didn't have to work this afternoon.  As far as appetite goes there is possibly a little bit of supression but not much to speak of and certainly not enough to warrant any of these side effects.  Tomorrow I will not be taking the Detox pills but will simply take the Appidexin. I am exhausted - so much for the energy boost!

As far as vitamin suppliments go, I would definitely take them if I was on this for an extended period.

Ok, I am one day in, it is 5:00 pm and I am pleased to say that I have really had no negative effects.  I have taken both the detox and apidexin as directed and the only think I have felt is some mild foggyness in the head...not much different than the old dies pills dexatrim or whatever they were.  I used to take ephedrine when it was around so maybe I am just used to the feeling.  I did go workout today and my heart rate really jumped up (not over my high) so I think that is positive because it has my metabolism boosted.  We will see how things go when it is time to sleep tonight.  I will keep reporting if interested.  I am excited to see where this takes me!!!

It all depends on what country you live in. Usually in the states it is delivered in a few days, in Canada about 10 business days and i assume any where else in the world would be 10 days or more!?

Hi everyone, Great little forum here.  It's been very helpful to read people's reactions to this Apidexin pills, so I thought I'd add mine too. I am 5'0'' tall and 122 pounds, I am planing to lose 22 -25 pounds just so it match with my height ( I have a small frame so my weight need to be around 105 pounds).  I used to be 105 pounds before I got my firsts baby in 2007 , after having a baby, it seems like I can't get rid of the extra weight:dizzy: I feel tired all the times and have no energy to do fun things with my son. When I was skinny, I know it made me felt great and I had lots of energies to do whatever I want, like hiking, exercise, walking etc...but not anymore after gaining weight:confused: I feel like just want to sleep and staying home doing not thing. By the way I am stay home mom so taking these pills with side effect it is not a big deal to me( but I hope I don't have any side effect like  irritate, annoy, anxious, depress, angry headaches etc...) after reading these forums, it made me feel scared of taking these pills..but I have nothing to lose, since it has money back guarantee for life ( from the website that I brought from stated that) so I decided to give it a try. So I ordered it last week and I got my Apidexin yesterday, and decided to try them today. I took 3 detox pills and 1 Apidexin at 6:02 am this morning with lots of water and juices. I feel fine, I tried to go back to sleep but I can't . After an hour pass by I need to go to bathroom due to the detox that I took with it which made me felt good afterward. After that I made myself to eat just so I don't have a bad headache's( I follow this recommendation from this forums from other member, will see if this work) like other member who didn't eat or feel like didn't want to eat..I ate half of bagel with cream-cheese and apple on the top, it still tastes good to me..Now at 8:30 am I am typing this just so I can share this experience with you guys if you still want to know, I will updated from time to time to see if this pills really work like they said. Good luck everyone with your weight loss.

hello everyone, jenn here, I just got the pills and detox today, in canada.. its' been a couple weeks to get here! And now that i'm reading your comments, im a little worried, no one is positive about this stuff.... bummer... i suppose we're all in the 2%?? ha doubt it. O well.. i guess we all fell suckers to the belief of something as easy as taking a pill to help us shed pounds. We'll... i think i'll just them just incase, i'll let you know, how the side effects go. I'm going to try hard to change my attitude and remain positive. Sometimes, things are just mind over matter anyways. Good luck all!

Well im gonna do a day to day post to let everyone know how it is going with me and my wife. We ordered our pills on friday the 24th and received them on tuesday the 28th, not bad on the delivery time. I had to work wednesday so i didnt take any that day, but my wife was off so she became the guinea pig.

Wife day 1- Woke up at 630, took her 3 detox and on ampi at 7, ate around 730, felt fine, no boost in energy, she doesnt sleep well at night so she still felt tired. Had just a mild case of nausea after she ate, but that is typical for her, long term effects of a previous eating disorder. Took her second dose around 1130, ate around noon. No boost in energy, no nausea after she ate. Was able to take a nap around 130 until bout 230 or so. When we were eating supper she had a nausea attack that made her sick a little, but i think that was more just her, then the pills, as i said its quite common for her.

So after her fair results i decided to start them today

My day 1- Woke up at 4am to get ready for work, took the 3 detox and 1 ampi at 410, ate breakfest around 415, i get up to early to take the pills 30 mins before, so i just take them when i eat. Had a few waves of nausea, but i think it was from my breakfeast of milk and cereal, milk does that to me sometimes. I drank a bottle of water when i got to work and it helped with the nausea. The only thing i have noticed is a kind of metallic taste in my mouth, but again that could have been from the cereal and milk. I ate a snack around 7, was not really hungry, but im counting calories and am falling a scheduled diet. Since i start work so early i take lunch early, around 830 i ate a bowl a soup and a 100 cal sanck pack. Took my second dose of pills shortly after, no nausea at all. I also drank another bottle of water after taking the pills. It is not 1222 and im off work and at home. I have felt awake today, not tired or droggy, did feel a little off after the second dose, just kinda a little nervous or anxious and my legs got a little jello like for 10 mins or so but cleared. Now im a little hungry, time for a snack. So i still have an appetite. Ive had to use the bathroom often today, im guessing the detox act as a diuretic, and combined with the water, thats kinda understandable. Other then that nothing negative.

Wife day 2- Same reuslts as day one, but not tired, feels more awake and alert, no nausea. EDIT- she kinda crashed this afternoon and got really tired and a little nausea, but the nausea passed after she drank something, but shes still tired, not sure if its from the pills or just lack of rest.

Sorry its so long but im trying to give an accurate account of how this stuff works.

Thanks everyone for your posts, glad to hear its going okay so far (I'll keep my fingers crossed and pray for all of you) I will start my pills tonight as I am working nights for another week. I read that it is important to drink a minimum of 12 oz of water (1/2 litre for the Canucks!!!) which is about a small bottle of bottled water. I am also glad that  you all are eating because that is also important  to weight loss. I also beleive that exercise will be a key component in my weight loss plan. i spend about 1/3 an hour on the stationary bike do 2 sets of weight exercises and a full set of stretching exercises as well.
I will post after Day 1 is in the bag!! Wish me luck!!! lol:grin:

Okay, so second day down...both detox and apidexin 2x a day as directed....plenty of water 1/2 hr before a meal and things are going great.  I have had no side effects to mention, no nausea, no headaches, no anxiety, shakes, racing heart....nothing.  My appetite has decreased somewhat so far, but I am trying to make sure I eat when I take the pills...for breakfast I had oatmeal and for lunch i had a luna bar (my typical lunch) and although I am now making dinner for my kids I am not hungry at all.  I didn't workout today, it was a break day, but I did have plenty of energy and did a bunch of house cleaning (yuck).  I will be going back to the club tomorrow and that is where I will weigh in and see if there is any changes.  Others have talked about the detox making things happen for them but I have not noticed anything really.  If you have any input on what to expect from that I would love to hear it....I only have one more day of detox so not sure if anything there will happen.

Just wanted to let you all know that I have not suffered any negative side effects like others have talked about, so I am still feeling positive about it.  I will keep you all updated....Have a good evening.

well its now been 14days im still lethargic have to have a nap every day around 12.30 for about 1hr. have had no other side affects at all still find at tea time im ready to eat without any problems so we usually eat around 5.30 and my appetite is all there for that meal. i do have 3 meals a day but nothing inbetween drink heaps of water all day . the only thing is when i look in the mirror  i dont see any changes but the scales say ive lost 4 pound 6.54 oz  , wich is 2 kilos i dont feel thats a great deal considering most of that was in the first 3 days and its now 14. has anyone else found they have lost any weight????? im starting to wonder maybe its gunna be extremely slow not like they say on there site. hope you are all getting what you wish for a little faster than me.

I started the pills on October 21, 2008. so I am on day 11.  I have not lost any weight, but my clothes fit differently.  I work out 5 days a week for an hour, mostly cardio and some toning.  I am 5 feet 3 inches and weight 158 lbs.  I have lost a total of 22 lbs in ten months.  The slower you lose the weight the easier it is to keep off, but this seems to be too slow.  I want to thank all of you that written in on the forum it has encourage me a lot to keep with this.

Well im back.

Day 1 weight loss for me-6 pounds

Day 1 weight loss for wife- 5 pounds

Wife did not weigh this morning so cant give a loss for day 2

Day 2 taking pills for me- No side effects at all. A little boost in energy with the morning dose, but not so much with the lunch dose. Had a little trouble falling asleep last nite, but once i did, i slept good and woke up and felt good and rested, more so then when i get plenty of sleep. A little change in appetite, had a bagel for breakfeast, wasnt really hungry though, had an apple at around 630 or so and it completely filled me up, didnt eat lunch until 1130 or so today, and it was tough to finish my bowl of soup i had. Ill eat a full meal at supper and see how that goes. Also im not working out at the moment, been having shoulder problems so dont want to push it, i do walk a lot at work 2 out of the 4 days i work, i would say on average at least 5 to 7 miles per the 2 days, the other two im on my butt most of the day. I walked a lot today so im kinda expectin some drop in weight, ill check in the morning and post it up tomorrow.

Wife day 3- Still feeling tired, no energy boost, no appetite really, but that is normal for her to, its just hard to tell if its the pills or just her normal being considering her stomach issues , little nausea for her, but its common after she eats any way.

:monkey: well, I decided against taking the pills of detox this morning, it's halloween and I'll probably have a few drinks tonight. Anybody have any side effects from drinking? is it ok to drink on this stuff? Also any ladies, have anything weird with their cycle? I Have terrible cramps today, and I dont think it would be a good idea. So i'm waiting untill monday to start! =) Pretty excited, and glad to see a positive turn around. I guess everybody is different on this stuff. So who knows! ok well keep on posting!! happy halloween~~

Hi everyone,

I started taking it on thursday night (as I am on nights) I took the detox and api at 8 pm with a bottle of water(16 oz) and again at 3am, no side effects other than a bit of heartburn I ate about half an hour after the 1st dose (i was very hungry) and then I didn't eat until 3 hours after my second dose (didn't feel like eating but did anyhow). I stayed up all day so took my next dose at 3pm and was starving but didnt eat until about 5:30 (and then ate almost half a large pizza) and I took my last dose at about 8pm (and munched crackers maybe 10) After each dose I drank a full bottle of water and took my first dose today about 10 am. As far as sleeping last night it wasn't a problem I went to bed about 1:30 am (and I as pooped I spent the day moving Kitchen appliences in and out of the kitchen and also cleaning up the yard, we have to huge old Maple trees and they leave a mess every fall). For those of you with a similar problem I found out that using a lawn mower with a bag works very well (almost no raking lol) and it also works on the leaves and keys in the driveway. Right now I am on trazodone for sleep 50mg nightly and 2 tylenol 3 at night for torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders and 20 mg of Baclofen for a lower back problem so sleeping is not an issue for me, and I work out every other day mostly 1/2 hour on the stationary bike, 2 sets of curls and pull downs, 2 sets of crunches and a full course of stretching exercises for my back (most of this is my physio routine for my back) so I will go to the gym today and weigh myself, I only weigh myself before and after my workout, but I dont really pay too much mind to the results as some workouts I lose as much as 6 pounds (or have even gained a pound after 1 workout) as long as I feel better I am happy. One other thing I have been doing for the past couple of months is drinking one protein shake with a raw egg after each workout (I also add add 5 grams of L-Glutamate to each shake to help my muscles recuperate faster) they say the best way to burn calories is grow lean muscle mass!? anyhow,,, I have experience some mild lightheadedness if I dont eat and sometimes I get a headache (dont know if thats because of a lack of caffeine (coffee) ofr not eating half an hour after taking the pills other wise I am doing okay without any severe side effect. I will let you all know how it goes after my workout today!

day 2 weight loss-4 pounds

wife still has not weighed, i think she is just gonna weigh in once a week, its really better to do that, but i want to see the results of these pills, so for test purposes i weigh every day.

Day 3 of the pills for me- still no side effects, decent boost in energy, i mean, i feel more awake then norm, but i really dont feel like doing ne thing, but thats just me, i have been like that for a while now. Im still eating and still get hungry, but im not craving snacks and other food when im bored like i was before the pills, which is a good thing, cause i could snack all day long. Im taking in about 1500-1700 calories a day, and drinking anywhere from 4-6 bottle of water a day and usually one powerade zero a day.

day 4 for wife- no nausea today, so im thinking the last few days has just been her normal thing of being sick feeling, she still is tired, but she worked all night last night and didnt get any rest, she did get a nap in yesterday and that perked her up some. She really isnt eating enough, but she never has done that, she takes in 800-1000 calories a day, maybe less on some days, drinks 2-3 bottles of water, and 2 powerade zeros.

Day 5 here....still no side effects, no real change in energy level and I am not really noticing any feeling of weight loss or clothes fitting better.  I have been waiting to weigh in because I don't want to be dissapointed.  I have not really noticed a huge change in my appitite either, so I am not convinced this is the amazing weight loss pill they suggest.  I had way better results with ephedrine...and i am still alive to talk about it

Hello everyone,
I did make it to the gym and worked out today no adverse affects so far....
I only took one pill this morning as I am back on nights so I've taken one right now and will take a second around 3am and will continue to take 2 a day but at night. Still no problem sleeping (Its good cuz I reeally like sleeping lol) the bad news is when i weighed myself pre workout I was 236 and after my workout I was 232 which is normal for me (i usually drop a few pounds during a workout but I guess its mostly water loss) I took 1 bottle of detox (over 3 days)and 2 pills daily for the past four days (this is day five) and still no results....

As far as my appetite goes I do eat pretty much the same but I did cut down on my bad eating habits. Today I had 2 coffees 3 bottles of water (1litre) a toasted bagel with butter and herb & Garlic cream cheese and  about 10 ounces of Halibut with 1 slice of garlic bread and a small caesar salad (4 ounces) so I dont think I ate too much, anyhow more tomorrow goodnight tp you all.

nothing new to report, wife stopped taking them just to see if it was the pills or just her being sick. Felt a little better but still not sure, she will start pills back. Ive actually gained weight  yesterday and today, we went out to eat and to a movie where i had to get a bag of buttery popcorn of course, so its a little set back, but no big deal, gotta eat bad once a week or i go crazy.

It is actually okay to eat high calorie foods once in a while (or so I've read) it kind of shocks the system and gets it moving again because if you settle into a regular pattern of eating your system gears up for burning that set amount of calories everyday. I try and keep my calorie intake moving up and down by a few hundred calories every couple of days (usually on workout days).

Now , I started to have doubt about this pills. I just found this website and wondering if I need to return the Apidexin and get money back since the pills didn't seem to help me lost any of my weight :(

This the website that I found.

Just so you know, before I decided to try Apidexin I went to 3 or 4 sites similar to the one went to, what I noticed is they all have links to different products which they "reccommend" I found Apidexin by searching Hydroxycut . Ultimately you will have to try a brand ( you pick) and follow the directions and decide after a month if you like the product and the results it delivers. What I like about this Blog is everyone tells it like it is (at least I have no reason to believe otherwise) some people have had good results others no results some have had to return their product due to side effects its all here for the reading. If you decide to try something else please stay on the site and let us know how its going.

As far as the diet pill game goes its a #%@&! shoot straight up. I dont believe 80 percent of what I read but with a guarantee and people who have documented their returns and refunds I stand less of a chance of getting stiffed if I decide I dont want it. Just remeber, do not throw out any bottles that you received because then they will void your return.
