Hey there, I've been lookin fer sumthin to help lose this extra baggage I've been carrying (40-50 pounds) I'm turnin 49 in a few days and have heard some good things along with some scary things. Kin you tell me how your health was before you started and how you've been doing since taking it ? I am very tempted to buy it because it sounds like it might work and I have done a lot of the ground work on my own, I started working out regularly and cut back on my eating ( these days I eat often but very little at each setting) so please let me know what you've been doing and how its wrked fer u!!!

Hi
I'm on my 3rd day of Apidexin...I think it's working but I do feel a little weird.  Mostly nauseous. I'm 50 and have about 40 lbs to lose.  I'd like to lose 15.  I'm going to Hawaii in February and I'd like to take off a bit of weight.  Hope this works.  I'm done the detox and now I'll just take the pills.  2 a day is not too bad and as long as I'm not taking them past 11:00 am, I think it won't affect me too much.  I'm sleeping ok and it does cut my appetite quite a bit.  I'll let you know how it works out.

I ordered Apidexin at apidexin.com. I did not get a confirmation or notice of my placed order via email. Typically when I order something on line I usually get a notice of receipt, but not this time. Has anyone else ordered from here and had the same experience? Thanks. I am anxious to get started:) Elle:shock:

Hi
I ordered at Apidexin.com and got a confirmation email and a receipt but it did take 2 weeks for it to get here.  Because I live in Canada, the post office charged me $10 extra at delivery for our GST tax.  But there were no shipping charges.  So far, I'm down 1 1/2 lbs.  Feels great to be under 200lbs for the first time in 2 years.  I'll put up with the nausea for that.  It ususally goes away by dinner time.

Good luck. You'll have to contact the company and see if they received your order.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one tryin to lose weight for a vacation!! lol !! I didn't know about the extra GST charge for us canucks but if it works it will be worth it, of course it will be intersting to see how hard it is to keep the weight off. Is there anybody out there that has reached their weight loss goal and is maintaining their new weight? Can you tell us how that is working out for you? thanks!!

Any expert advice on taking this product out there?  Looks like there are still plenty of folks either trying it or even just thinking of getting it.  As I've mentioned I did try it, but only 1 day because I wasn't too crazy of how it made me feel.  I am wondering if I should try just 1 pill a day? or do the 2 pills but with food? or just return it?

If no experts out there, I'd like to hear from regular people who have felt what I've felt when taking the pills and what was done about it?

Thanks in advance!

kimc8507 wrote: Good morning all,  I purchased apidexin last week and I'm now on my third day of it. I have combined the detox along with the apidexin and so far have only felt a little bit of nausea on my second day and it did not last very long. I have a little bit of jitters but not much and have noticed in two days that I have lost just over a pound. My weight was 179 (5'6) and I'm down 177.8.  I'm confident that this might just work. I have not had any other side effects and I'm sleeping the same.  I am not following the recommended usage of apidexin though. My stomach is weak so I eat first and then take the pills right after I eat because I cannot handle the nausea.  I can't take pills on an empty stomach.  So maybe taking the pills after you eat might make a difference, I don't know, but it works for me.  Good luck to all! I'll try to keep everyone posted on my success or setbacks and look forward to hearing of others success stories as well.

Hmm, I just came across this post, maybe I should try eating with the pills then and hope for good results.  Thanks kimc8507! Btw, it's Oct 14 now, how is your progress now that a little time has passed?

Thanks to all for your help. I wrote to sales @ apidexin.com as well as customer service but no one wrote back. Now I have to check and see if the money was charged to my credit card. Does anyone have a phone number? I am so disappointed. Wanted to start pills ASAP. Thanks

Hi everyone

This is a hard decision to make but I decided to not take one today even though I lost 2 lbs in 4 days.  I feel miserable taking Apidexin and I decided to try one a day starting tomorrow.  I need a day to get my system back on track.  It's affecting me by causing depression, nausea, and general "yuck "feelings.  I'm not concentrating on work and I feel fuzzy all the time.  So I'm taking a break and seeing if one  a day will still work. I'm very sad because it's the first time since ephedra that I've been able to lose any weight.
Has anyone tried "Acai" berry?  I may not be spelling it correctly.  Any feedback on it would be appreciated.
Take care all.  :dog:

Took my first pills today! This is honest and truly the first time since I dieted with ionamin that I wasn't hungry. I ate 1/2 bagel for breakfast, rest at lunch with a banana. Grape juice and some trail mix for dinner! I'm over the moon. Lose or not, it just feels so good to not be so obsessed with what I'm going to eat. Last night I ate two cheeseburgers and small fries on my way home from work and then had a sandwich when I got in the house. I had lost all control and now this....I need to lose 30 pounds and maybe, just maybe I can do it now! Side effects, sure I felt a little edgy and drank a flavored water to ease the jitters and that was it. I'm playing it by ear- will keep ya informed. Thank heaven for this site, I had never even heard of adipexin before until I ventured in here.....Best wishes, Elle

Glad to hear you finally got them Elle...All the best with your goals.  I took one after breakfast this morning and so far so good.  Right now, my food consists of a small bowl of special K and 1/2 cup of skim milk for breakfast - 2 apples, 1 string cheese, 1 small yogurt(35 calories) for lunch, and I've cut my dinners in half.  Last night, I had a small bowl of black bean and vegetable soup...no crackers.  This is my 5th day and so far down 2 1/2 lbs.  Even though I can't take the recommended doses, it seems to be working anyways.  I'll stay in touch with my progress...good luck everyone. Hello, I'm new to this and just order my first bottle of Apidexin two days ago, I too live in Canada, and just read that it takes two weeks to get here?? Where in Canada do you live can I ask, just to see if maybe it will get to me sooner, I live in Vancouver, BC. so hopefully I will get it soon, I was hoping too anyways.  Now reading all of your reviews here (which I swear were no where to be found when I searched before purchasing the product) are pretty bad, I don't like the sounds of these side effects. Is it really worth it? Has anyone lost 20pounds yet? Or something really substantial? Just curious, how everyone is doing and if you have reached/ or come close to your goals yet.  Also, i worry about depression and irritabilty, I dont want to be a bitch while on this stuff! =) O well.. here's to the ever revolving goal..:monkey:

Hi Jennifer...welcome to our little group.  Somehow, I don't think many of us have been on this for very long.  And you're right about finding this forum only after buying the product.  I live in Northern Ontario...Sudbury so I'm not sure if it'll get there sooner being in BC.  I used to live in Cranbrook BC and really miss it.   As for the pills, I only took one this morning after breakfast and have had no problem.  So maybe I'll do that for a couple of days and then try the two a day after the meals.  I think I'll slowly try to go back to before breakfast if that's possible because I think that it works best that way.  The depression is gone now and so is the nausea.  As far is my goal is concerned, I've got a long way to go...but I'll keep you all posted.
Good luck all.

Hey Jen,

Welcome! I am in Southern Ontario and as much as I want to start  (like yesterday!lol) I will wait:sad: but its not all bad out there, there are a lot of good comments out there as well. I think if we change our eating and excercise habits(within reason) most of us will achieve our goals, as for our little group many of us are recent additions to this forum so I dont think many of us will reach our goals for a while.

Hey guys! Well that's sounds a little more positive. Hopefully things will go well, I'm pretty excited to get going. I've been eating better, and try to exercise when I can, I work at a desk all day, so that either has to be first thing in the morning before work (i'm not a morning person) or after work when i'm sooo tired from work! ahh.. o well. i'll figure something out. I find it harder to get up early when it's getting so dark out these days. But i'll just have to suck it up! haha =)  Cranbrook is an awsome little town, my boyfriend grew up there, I love the drive to Cranny from Van it's great. But BC in general I just love =) Ok well.. enough about that, good luck all! I will keep you posted when I get it. By the way... what is everyone's weight loss goal? Maybe we can help each other keep positive and stick with it. I'm hoping for 30 pounds. I"m 5'6 170lbs. I have gained 20lbs, just this year from my desk job./not exercising /comfort foods. ie; chocolate, chocolate, chocolate anything!! =P alright, well keep on keepin' on everyone! we can do it!!---  well... at least for a little while anyways.. hehe

Hi everyone...I really enjoy this forum...it makes me feel like I owe it to myself and to all of you, so I'm sticking with this.  So far, it's been the only thing that has worked.  I took one with breakfast this morning and one 1/2 hour before lunch and no side effects today.  Yahoo!  It's great because I'm not hungry and I'm definitely going to achieve my goal of 40lbs.  I'm 5'7" and 197 1/2 lbs.  My goal is to lose 15 lbs by the end of February...not skinny by any means but at least more comfortable in a bathing suit for our 25th anniversary in Hawaii.  I'm also rootin' for all of you and hope to hear of your progress. Happy weekend all. Jo :yum:

Hi Jo

I am 5'7 and terribly overweight! I use to weight in the range of 165 which was good for my frame. I gained about 60lbs in about 3 or 4 months due to medications I was taking for food allergies and skin psiorsis. Both meds had steroids in them. Now I am about 240lbs and I really don't eat that much it's just hard getting the weight down. But I started the gym and I'm not gonna lie, at first I was going like 3 times a week with a personal trainer but he had me doing alot of things with weights and I notice that all of the women that he had trained had the buffy like look so now I think I will start back and go every day and just do the tread mill for about 1 1/2 and try to burn over 500 calories a day and with the apidexin I am hoping that I see good results. So you see at this point, I really don't have anything to loose! So it's great to see that I am not the only one that's going through this. Again good luck!!

To everyone taking the pills, I have a growing concern over how little people are eating.  I know the pills can kill your appetite and even make you feel nauseated, but it's really important to make sure you aren't eating too little or else very bad things will start to happen to your body.  Remember, as a general rule, men should not eat any less than 1800 calories per day and women should not eat any less than 1200 calories a day.  Some people have posted on here like they are eating maybe 500 - 1000 calories a day, and that's NOT good!  If you don't eat enough calories, your body will start to eat itself, pulling energy from stores you DON'T want it to pull from, like your muscle, nerve tissue, bones, mammary tissue, skin, etc.  So, since the pills do kill your appetite, I would advise buying some calorie dense foods like nuts or peanut butter so that you can make sure you get enough calories in.

Also, please remember, if you don't eat enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode and you will store fat and lose other tissue, which means you will be losing weight according to the scale, but you will be getting flabbier and flabbier.

Sometimes I wonder if the diet pill companies are being very clever--they make pills that throw you into starvation mode by completely killing your appetite, so you lose weight on the scale, so you're happy taking the pills and think you're getting good results, but then you notice that your body looks flabbier than before, so you take more pills, so you starve more, so you get more flabby so you take more pills, etc. etc.

Good advice, it is important to maintainyour eating. While  trying to lose weight and it is also important to ensure that you do have some fat in your diet (just make sure the fats you are getting are the good ones, like nuts Olives and olive oil, even butter in moderation). I understand that eating smaller and more often is a good way to go, and varying your calorie intake every couple of days is also a good thing to do to help you lose weight also. I am 5'7 and weigh 230 right now and I also started going to the gym for the first month it was every day but I'm down to every second day now that I tore a tendon in my left shoulder ( I do a lot of cardio some weights and a lot of stretching for my bad back. I have been using a protein shake and some glutamine after each workout to help my body heal up faster but when this bottle is done I am going to stop the protein shakes. Ihope my pills come soon so I can start too! and welcome to our latest member!

Hello everyone! I have been reading this thread for about a week now and finally decided to give Apidexin a try. There is a lot of good information here. Thanks to everyone who shared and is still sharing. The information really helps, please keep on posting with your experiences!

I just got my order yesterday and I am finally taking the pills today. I'm very nervous about how my body will react. With any luck, I will be reporting some weight loss soon (with no side effects). I have taken other weight loss pills in the past and I tend to be pretty sensitive to side effects if I don't eat before the taking the pills, so I'm starting these with my meals, instead of the 30 minutes prior, as the directions say. This also gives me a chance to get a good breakfast in without a suppressed appetite. This morning I had some whole grain wheat bread and low fat peanut butter. I hope this was dense enough to protect my tummy.

I do have a couple of questions, though. Does anyone know if either of these products are FDA approved? Do the detox pills make you run to the bathroom a lot? (Gross, I know, but I need to know if this product is the kind that requires you to be near your homebase!)

Thanks everyone! Please, wish me luck!

-Sprout

Edit:

I suppose I should mention that I am also training for a half-marathon. I don't need to lose a lot of weight. I'm striving for about 10-15 lbs. But this little bit of added weight... well it weighs me down while running. So, I'm hoping this gives me a little bit of a head start.

Well today was the first day and I just took my first pill. I slept a little late today so I didn't take it early this morning. I just took it about a hour ago.  I am not a big breakfast person (especially on the weekends). I like to cook dinner early on Sundays and that is what I am doing now. And I usually don't eat until dinner is done but since I took this pill I figured I had better boil me a couple of eggs and eat a couple of pieces of whole wheat toast to put on my stomach. I know that some have said that immediately after they take the pill they start feeling floaty-well nothing yet. But when I got up I fixed me a cup of coffee. I am wondering though that since I took my first pill if I should take another one later or just take this one today and tomorrow since Im up at like 7am during the week do the one in the morning and the one for lunch? Someone please let me know what their thoughts are.

Sprout- these pills are not FDA approved. It says on the bottle that they have not been evaluated by FDA.

Duh! Sorry, I guess I missed that part on the bottle. You know, I try to research things as best as I can before I ask questions and of course it has to be right there in front of my face for me to miss it. Thanks for the response.

In response to your posting, I think you should eat something for lunch today and take the pill along with it, then have your dinner later this evening. Even though you're not used to eating lunch or breakfast on weekends, you really should. It is especially important now that you're taking these pills. I'd suggest everyone eat as often as every 3-4 hours, 5-6 times a day. Small, but healthy, meals and drink plenty of water! I think that is the only way to really rule out any possible side-effects due to misuse of the product.

Hi everyone...if you take the pill too late in the day, it tends to prevent you from sleeping.  Since your metabolism is working somewhat harder, it's harder to relax.  I haven't taken the second pill after 12:00pm.  That way it has worn off before I go to bed.  And because it was causing me some nausea problems when taken on an empty stomach, I now take them with meals.  It's not as effective as I'm stopped losing weight, but I'm not gaining any and I'm hoping they will kick in again.  I think my body is already adjusting itself to this pill.

Have a great day all...talk to you soon.  Jo

Greetings To All,

I have been taking Apidexin for three days now and have not experience any of the negative side effects that others have discussed.  I must say though, no one has mention, at least in the post that I have read, the drinking of 12 ounces of water when you take your pills.  I believe that this is key because I have and have not had any ill effects.  No headaches, no upset stomach, no sleeplessness, etc.  Although I am not hungry I do eat a light breakfast and a salad for lunch.  I have not eaten any dinner but will have yogart, fruit or crackers.  I have notice that my waist line is slimming down, the love handles are disappearing slowing, but visible.  I have not notice an increase in my energy level, but no decrease either.  I have started training on my son's Wii.  I am boxing, training for 20 mins. every other day.  I am excited and believe that good things will happen because of this product.  I will be in touch and much success to all.

Okay, so since I took my first pill later than usual what time do you think I should take the second one?

Your original post was stamped at approx 10am, you said you took it about an hour prior, so I'm assuming you took your first pill at around 9am?

If so, I would suggest taking it around 12:30pm or 1pm (but no later than that to ensure you can still go to bed at a reasonable time). I realize that 3.5 hours seems like a short time between dosage, but I would think that 1 time of doing that won't be a big deal. That's what I would do. But, I'm not an expert. I know my own body could handle it, but I can't speak for anyone else. It might be best to get opinions from some other people who have been taking this for at least a few days, keeping in mind that everyone reacts differently. If you're still feeling kind of "iffy" about it, then I would suggest to skip it and start on the full dosage tomorrow. It'd be best to err on the side of caution.

I took my first pill around 7am and just took my 2nd round at 11:30am. That's 4.5 hrs between the first and second dose which I think is pretty reasonable. This is my first day taking the pills so, we will see.

Hope that helps!

Okay, so since I took my first pill later than usual what time do you think I should take the second one?

Thanks Sprout, I know you are not an expert and we are all doing this by trial and err, I think I will just start fresh tomorrow because I actually took it about 11am this morning so I want to make sure I can sleep tonight but I haven't felt any side effects. So far all is well!

Hey all!  I'm no expert either but I take it about 4 hours apart too...Sometimes skipping one is better than taking them too close together.  I've been taking them for 8 days now and I'm definitely drinking 12 oz of water and lots more throughout the day.  I exercise about 30 minutes, 5 days a week and I've cut my food intake by about half what I used to eat.  I lost a total of 2 1/2 lbs and I'm still holding at that.  I'm still not very hungry and my clothing is loose fitting.  Funny that the weight is not coming down.  Maybe I'm losing inches rather than lbs.  But I definitely feel better and I'm going to continue trying.  I bought two bottles and finished the detox after 3 days.  I didn't have to stay near the bathroom with it and I'm not sure it did much. Well keep talking guys...I know that helps as much as anything... Take care everyone...Jo

Jo,

So you have lost about 2 1/2 pounds but you feel thinner and your close fit you looser? Well thats good, as long as my cloths fit looser I could deal with that! Good luck!!

 hi all im from australia and i was reading how some people from canada said they had to wait 2 weeks for there delivery , it does say on the order that international deliveries take 10 - 14 bussiness days mine took 14 but when i receievd it it had been checked out by customs , so there isnt anything ilegal in it or they would not of allowed me to receive it, i take my 1st pill around 7am and the 2nd by 12 drink plenty of water and still try to eat 3 small meals a day . day 2 i felt a little differnt was suprised to see i had already lost 1kg , now its day 3 and hope it keeps going . on the first day i did experience a bit of the jitters and a sleepless night but nothing since. i think if you drink heaps of water and try and eat something thats the trick it will also stop your body going into starvation mode. will keep you posted in how the weight goes i hope it keeps going not just a first week loss and thats it .

Sprout here again. So, I've been taking these pills for 2 days now. So far I have had no side effects. Day 1 I took the pills w/ my meals. Today I took them as directed - 30 minutes prior. I made sure to eat enough to not have an upset stomach or nausea and so far so good. I take my pills at 7:30am and 11:30am.

As of this morning I weigh 135lbs. I'm 5'3". 28 years old. I'm hoping to lose about 15-20lbs. I'll keep posting here as I go along. Thanks! I hope this information is useful to some of you.

Hi everyone...welcome to new members. I'm on day 10 and I'm down 3 lbs.  that's amazing for me as I haven't budged for over 10 years.  All the side effects are gone now and I'm eating well.  Although I'm not hungry, I still eat 3 meals a day and feel pretty awesome.  I can feel my metabolism working better and I'm going to keep going with this.  I suggest lots of water when you take the pill and lots more throughout the day.  I drink between 8 and 10 litres a day.  Good luck everyone and stay in touch. Good morning everyone!

Well today is my third day and I dont know if I should say I lost or not. Yesterday when I weighed the  scale said I weighed 238.5 w/o cloths on. This morning that same scale said I weighed 236.5. But I am doing the Wii Fit and it said (yesterday evening around 6:30) (w/4lbs of clothing) (You have to state about how much you think your cloths weigh) that I weighed 233 but this morning when I got ready to do the Yoga it said I weighed 231 but it also said that I should weigh myself around the same time every day. So I don't know what scale is accurate or just how much I actually weigh! The pills have not given me any side effects however I do take the pill and wait 30 minutes and then I eat but when I try to eat a mid morning snack (Quaker breakfast cookies) its hard to even eat a whole one. So like now I am eating on the other half from yesterday and I have only had a bit or so. My concern is I wasn't hungry all day yesterday until around 9pm and I had some chips and hard salami. (I know I know:nono:-this is the most crucial time for me) so I am wondering does anyone think that I should take the second pill a little bit later in the day?

Oh yeah, I drink more than enough water and yesterday I had my bigger meal for lunch and said that I would eat maybe a peanut butter sandwich for dinner. Well by the time I finished working out I didn't have an appetite just drank alot of water but like I said, I ended up getting hungry around 9 or a little afterwards.:yum:

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and exercise more often, the issues surface when we in reality attempt to put that into practice! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the big wide world don't you think?! I uncovered some excellent information by following the web portal in the box below, they have loads of tips, I worked off 8 pounds by taking their advice.

krstluv...if you take the pill later in the day, you run the risk of not sleeping.  I found that if I take the second one with food, I can take it a little later.  I force myself to eat a meal at supper time in order to avoid the hunger pangs later at night.  I've never been a night snacker but if I didn't eat supper, I'm pretty sure I'd want to eat junk in the evening.  You really should eat 3 meals a day no matter what.  I hope that helps.  What time do you eat lunch?  If you could wait a little later before eating lunch, you could take your pill 15-20 minutes before that. I don't think there's any hardfast rules about this but it's definitely harder to sleep if you take it too late.  I'm happy you're doing so well on it.  Keep up the great work!

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forums and I have just ordered my apidexin...I'm in Australia so it may take a while. I have around 30 pounds to lose. I really hope apidexin gives me a great kickstart! I was wondering for all the lovely people out there..how much weight and in what time frame have you lost your weight??....furthermore how much exercise are you doing. Are you happy with the results?

I'm so keen to try out this pill but i'm very nervous, mostly from fear of dissapointment. If i dont lose weight soon it will be a huge burden on me for summer :(

Don't worry I plan to exercise regularly, something I haven't done in a while..i know this isn't a miracle pill but it may well and truly cause us to create our own miracles! Is anyone else worried about gaining the weight back?...I have read some pretty #%@&! things about weight gain. I'm not sure if exercise alone and eating well will maintain this weight loss......i hope so! For all our sakes.

Welcome all...it took two full weeks to get the pill to Canada but it does get here.  I think it's a relatively new product...most of us have not been on it very long.  I'm on my 9th day.  I've only lost 3 lbs but because of the weird side effects, I've had to change some stuff.  I have to lose 30-35 lbs, but 15 would be a great start.  I still can't take it without food in the morning even when I drink gallons of water with it.  It makes me feel nauseous and mostly, it affects some of my hormones and I find myself depressed.  When I take it with food, I'm fine.  So it's slower acting on me but it is working.  I take one at 7:00 am with breakfast and another at 11:30am just before lunch.  If the first one reacts funny, I just eliminate the second one altogether and wait for the next day.  I'm not being crazy with it because of the side effects.  If you do get some of the side effects, (nausea, sleeplessness, depression, raised heart rate), just slow down.  Use it so it works for you.  The effects do get less as time goes by.  Good luck all and give us your progress...
As for exercise, I do 30 min workouts 5 mornings a week. Talk to you soon. Jo:smile:
