Hi! I'm almost 20 (two months shy) 5'4 and as of yesterday morning 175 pounds.  I started the apidexin and detox yesterday and must say that the only side effects i've got are peeing a lot more often and substantial amounts when using the restroom. Also, being a barista, I pour latte art and it was then that i noticed that i had the jitters.  I could not keep my hand steady for the life of me!  Anyway, that's it.  I was definitely not as hungry as i usually am.  For late breakfast i had ready for me a sandwich and a salad and a couple  baked potato chips and i was STUFFED after just the sandwich =)  I had hear about how if you take pills too late you wont sleep but i figured i'd see how it would effect me since i'm a coffee-holic anyway.  took the pills again at around 4:45 and then had a chinese chicken salad and 5:15, filled me up, felt great, and jittery again.  Had a little bit of trouble sleeping, but nothing substantial.  I usually go to sleep around midnight but couldn't fall asleep till one, no biggie the crazy thing, though, is that i woke up at 7:30 refreshed.  that is NOT typical of me. First thing i do is weigh myself after i pee a LOT again, and i've lost 3 pounds! =)  I'm sure it's from the detox but still, i'm off to a good start =)  I will keep y'all updated on a day to day basis.

Also, a question.  I didn't drink any caffeine yesterday (while working at a coffee shop) cuz i wasn't  sure if it is okay to do so or not.  What is everyone's experience on caffeine intake?

Maybe someone here can answer.

I am in my 50's and overweight.  I have a few medical problems like high blood pressure and high cholestrol and Type 2 Diabeties and take prescription meds to keep these under control.  Will the Apidexin conflict with prescription meds?

babscats, on the bottle it says not to take it if u have risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, etc.

I just got my order of Apidexin today (ordered b4 finding these forums) plan on starting tomorrow.  Im 31, 5'8 and 212 lbs. I've gained all this weight in nearly a year i was at 170 last year i dont know what happened. I am on some depression meds that might contribute to weight gain.  Do you think the depression meds will interfere with the apidexin at all? I'm gonna try the detox + taking a normal dose of apidexin tomorrow morning and let you all know how it goes.  Ive read through all 18 pages of this forum and there is a lot of great advice out there. Congratz everyone who has lost weight

Talk your doctor first before taking the 2 together. I would not combine the 2 unless you get a doctor to say they are fine to mix together

hello

Just signed up today to say this, i have been reading this thread for a few days and reading up on  Apidexin Diet Pill for the past few weeks.  There is alot of conflicting information and it is very hard to believe some of the reviews especially after reading all the comments here.  I still dont know if i should buy it or not.   The key thing is to remember that this product is not a licensed uk product so if anything was to go wrong you have no fall back here.  Also everyone is different so everyone will have different variations of side effects.  You may ask the doctor but they may just say no as they should as its not licensed here.  Ask a pharmacist, take a list of ingridients, ask them to check if they react with any other things you may be taking.  They could also tell you side effects with the ingedients and tell you what causes what.

I still dont know what to do but i will check and check and recheck before i order this or any other product especially if its not licensed here.  I do want to loose weight but not a greater risk to my health.  My advice is to those concerned is that if you do order them try them out, any syptoms explain to a pharmacist who will advise you how to go forward.  My sister is a pharmacist she told me yes all diet pills have side effects which usually pass after a certain period when they dont and they are to the point where it affects your daily routines its your body telling you to stop.

Will let you know more when i do...

Hi all: Been a week on Apidexin. Today is my first day off. I feel like a million dollar. The week I was on the pills (+ detox) I felt ohhribly sick. Crazy headaches, nauseas, my appetite increased and my mood was the worst(I had the worst fight with my husband after 15 years). Dragging my feet all day. I exercice 5 days a week, watch closely my diet but did not loose a pound. I decided to stop Apidexin because yesterday at the gym, I passed out due to a black-out incident caused by constant head-lightness. Today, I feel I was re-born. It made me realize that there is nothing better than feeling good. These pills put things into perspective: I'd rather go the slow but safe way (diet and exercise). My marriage, my kids and my health are way more importants.

Good luck to you all still looking for that miracle to happen!!!

i agree with you, detox week felt hungry in fact starving, tired, sick and just yuk,
now i'm taking them twice daily and it just hit me when i read yours- been feeling really depressed an tearful which is totally not me. It must be the pills. Also  totally exhausted but can't sleep, at the weekend only took one as i usualy don't wake up and eat till late so know not to take second tablet after 2- with just 1 tab slept solidly for twelve hours, i must have been catching up with all the sleep i've missed!

Still taking them now but feel no change in appetite and no difference, so like you said bad to the hard slog there really are no magic tablets!

So i'm with you!!

Anyone know where to send the rest of the tablets?

dang alot of people complaining about this. i had kinda the same problems like on the first day. i couldnt get to sleeping. The reason for this was because i didn't follow the plan or what they recommended to do while taking it. I was so excited to start trying to once i got it at about 4pm. i learned that never take it after 3pm. But so far i am happy with the results. i lost 6 lbs in about 3 days.

Hi i found this forum when i was looking for a weight loss pills and decided to go ahead and order the Apidexin.  Yesterday was my first day and maybe i was already exhausted, but it seemed like the pills were just adding to it.  All i wanted to do was go to bed.  There was a time, probably an hour or so after i had taken my 2nd dose when i felt some-what jittery.  I am a caffeine junkie though so im constantly drinking red bulls and taking other caffeine pills.  (i did without them yesterday)  So i was a little surprised with the jitters considering the amount of caffeine i normally consume.  I am pretty overweight, @200 lbs, being 5'4".  A lot of that is left over baby weight so thats really what i needed help with.  I exercise about an hour a day, cardio in the AM for 30 min (if im not being lazy), then my husband and i go for a mile or so walk when he gets home.  We try to be healthy eaters but we slip up from time to time.  I havent been on a scale in a while so im not sure what my exact weight is.  I'm just going to judge by inches so i went ahead and measured every part of me...lol  So i will come back in a few days to give everyone an update.  Oh and btw, no weird side-effects that i noticed.  I did have a slight headache last night but thats fairly normal for me after spending all day with a loud baby.

I'm new to this site, but I've been following this apedexin blog for quite some time shortly after I ordered the product. I just started taking it yesterday. I'm in the detox+apedexin phase right now. I took the first dosage of both like an hour and a half before breakfast. I ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast. I was fine. I took the second dosage thirty minutes before lunch. Lunch was three slices of pizza. I know, I'm a horrible person :) Right now, I'm 138.4 pounds, 5'6", about 31% body fat, and 51% water. I have one of those scales that measure all of that. Anyway, the only side effect I experienced yesterday was shaky hands. Otherwise, no other side effects! I'll keep you posted.  My next weigh-in is on Sunday!

I recieved my pills on Saturday and have tried them both, apedexin + detox, this morning when I arrived at work around 8.  I did notice the "slight" side effects, but its nothing I've never experienced before. I got rid of it by drinking A LOT of water. I use to take Hydroxycut Max, which was the Hydroxycut brand that was specially designed for woman. Anyhoots, I had to stop taking it of course since it had a recall due to an ingreidient in, Hydro Citric Acid, supposably causing liver damage. Those pills to me worked wonders and have helped me to lose 15lbs in 3months.

Some advice to those who have experienced the side effects, don't just drink a glass of water or the 12oz it says to drink. Anything that is loaded with caffeine needs to be consumed with A LOT of water. I use to drink about 64oz of water or what they say is your daily 8. I have experienced such side effects when I first used Hydroxycut-heartburn, the bad headache, the restlessness, the nausea WHEN I only drank a glass of water to wash it down.

Anyhoots, Its about 12:21 right now, a little passed 4 hours since I took my first dose, and I haven't really felt anything yet. I'm guessing that for me it might take a couple of days to kick in or that I just have a high tolerance for caffeine. I'm going to take my second dose around 1. I'm 5'6 and about 135, hoping to get to 120-125 by August 26. I work out 4-5x a week for an hr, cardio and weights. I'll post back in about a week to give you guys an update.

Good luck to all!

I forgot to ask, how does this "detox" pill work? What exactly is the purpose of it? I know I said I would post back in a week, but I'm getting a little impatient. It's only been the second day, though i haven't felt that burst of energy or suppressed appetite. I've been yawning a lot more than usual though. I take my 2nd dose between 1-2pm and I go to bed just fine.

I'll finish my bottle of Apedexin and I'll probably switch back to my Hydroxycut. Yes, I'm aware that there is a recall on it, but I've used it for 2 years and I love it!!! I've been to the doctors since then and they say im fine (I didn't tell them that I was using Hydroxycut) so I'm willing to "risk" 2 months. I only plan on being on it until end of August because my goal will be up by then. Unless I try others like Xenadrine.

Nate ..... The only anti depressant that does cause weight gain is Seraquel.  I'm struggle with it myself.

I sleep great with it. But it caused a 15 lbs. over a 5 month period....High sugar and no exercise are 2 other things that prevent weight loss.... those are the words from my doc.

Nancy,  im currently on Cymbalta for depression and it definately adds a challenge to weight loss.  Ive gained a lot of weight in the last year and i did start out with Seraquel but that drug didnt have any effect on my depression.  I'm also doing the FLFI diet program (Beyond Calories) and along with Apidexin seem to be losing a couple lbs a week.  I make sure i drink at least 80 oz of water a day as well, it really helps the cravings.  Are you having any side effects on apidexin? Ive had none in the last 2 weeks since i started.

I would not recommend this product. I used it and it was a mad scene for the refund.

But at least i got the refund. Just be careful about purchasing these kind of things over the internet and the big stores are not carrying it.

Hello all. I have pretty much read from the beginning, and I have to say, I am having mixed feelings about this. I recieved my order today, and of course, I come across this a little too late.  I am 23 years old, have 2 kids, I weigh 155 at 5'4.  I want to lose about 35 pounds.  I am wondering if anyone has lost any real weight with this. Hope to hear soon, I may start them in the morning. Thanks to all for the info.

I don't think you should take it..I didn't like how i felt with it nor did i lose a single pound.

I lost over 12lbs in a few weeks already using Jorge Cruise (google him and check amazon for the books) ...I won't trust or use diet pills ever again.

I think you should send the pills back for a refund. But whatever you decide, good luck in your weight loss journey.

Hello all. I was actually doing a search on google looking for the apidexin site to order my second month's supply when I stumbled on this forum. I must say these posts are very "eye opening." I'm 32, 5'7" and 195lbs, which is way overweight for my frame. I've been experimenting with diet pills since the heart-palpitation causing, nausea and numbness inducing,  Stacker 2 days(1999-2000). The best results I ever had was getting down to 165lbs from 200lbs on a combination of Taebo daily exercise with South Beach dieting(no carbs for what seemed like forever!!!) Unfortunately I do not have the will to do that any more. I've searched the web for a decent, no side effect pill and saw at least 2-3 sites tauting Api as the #1 diet pill 2008, blah, blah, blah. I figured let me go for it and see.

These have been my results:

185lbs before I injured myself last summer and packed on major poundage to get up to 205. Now with Api, I'm down to 195lbs with only 3 weeks in. I've followed the rules of eat 30 mins ater breakfast pill(7am) and lunch pill(12pm). Never used it at night and have had zero side effects. I do eat right for the most part. I do refrain from eating junk on a consistent basis. I drink only water and/or diet soft drinks. I do early morning exercise almost daily(now). Before Api I didn't want to do a sit-up and now I have the will and endurace to run a mile(literally.) Now before anyone accuses me of being a fanboi of Api. I will say I know fairly well that dieting is as much mental as it is physical and I believe it's more the idea of what I want Api to do for me that helps in motivating me to work out and lose weight. Unfortunately that motivation is accompanied by my spending $45 on a bottle of pills that I could save were I better at self-motivation. Now I'm kind of re-thinking purchasing my second month supply afterr skimming the 18 pages of these forums.

Bobby they seem to be my motivation as well and ive lost 10 lbs in 2 and a half weeks, eating right and walking briskly 45 mins a day. Walking burns fat calories more than jogging which burn more carbs. When i purchased i bought a 4 month supply of Appy along with the detox which came with it. Im on the FLFI (Fat loss for idiots) diet along with the suppliment and seem to be doing very well. I have no side effects whatsover and feel better now than i have in a couple of years. It seems in the forums here that most people stopped because of side effects. If the lucky few of us have no side effects and can continue to lose weight then why not.

So it is day 2 for me. I have only taken one pill a day though. What I don't understand is that if you weigh 250 lbs or if you weigh 140 lbs- why are you supposed to take the same amount of pills? I wish the product was more regulated. To be honest I feel speedy. Yesterday I took my first one at 11 AM and didn't fall asleep till 5 AM. My legs do feel tighter though. I don't wanna end up like the old lady in Requiem For A Dream. So who has actually lost lbs? I want to know actual numbers. I was so anti pill my whole life but I just moved to a big city were I know one and food has kinda been my vice.:turtle:

I started taking Apidexin on Friday 5th June, by Saturday evening I had a really upset stomach which lasted 2 days. I stopped the Detox on Sunday but I still feel nauseas every morning after taking the first pill.  I'm hoping this will settle down.  I lost 3lbs but not sure if it's the pills or the upset stomach??  I have no appetite and don't know what to eat because I just don't fancy anything at all!! Has anyone else felt like this?

Well, hello everyone! :] I finished my first year of college about a month ago and I was on apidexin. :] In total, I ended up losing about 15 lbs. with one bottle!

I have kept it off for this month and I think I'm doing great keeping it off! ^__^ I have a Summer job at Dairy Queen now...that's a fastfood restaurant. I don't eat the food there, but I have trouble keeping my metabolism up...darn....oh well. I think I'll go on these again pretty soon. ^__^

I'm sorry about the job, Heavy, and I hope you get it back or find another! Love to hear from you guys! :]

hello guys :)

just received the pills and detoux in the mail today, going to start using them tomorrow.

Im a 21 year old male, I'm around 5'11 and weight 175, I workout weights and sprinting (best way to lose fat) 5 times a week almost every week.  I consider myself to be in pretty good shape just trying these pills because since I heard that they are fat loss and not weight loss pills.  I will post again tomorrow night and tell you guys how day 1 went for me. c ya

so far so good. so i started at 175lb

day 1 using apidexin and detoxufree = no bad side effects, highly increased energy

felt good all day, didn't have much of an appetite but still ate healthy

if i have no side effects i wont report back till after 3 days once im done with the detoxufree to report any weight "fat" loss.

keep in mind, i lift weights 5 days of the week for an hour and do sprint intervals (best way to lose fat) for 20 mins 3 times a week

Hey everyone! I have been reading this website since last week when I ordered Apidexin. I was "anti-pills" after getting addicted to Adipex (phentermine) about 7 years ago. I have done EVERY diet, supplement...you name it, I have done it. I am pretty convinced that I have messed up my metabolism from everything that I have done. I lost about 50 lbs 7 years ago only to re-gain it plus more after getting off the Adipex. I had heart problems etc. with those things. In the past 2 years I have been able to lose about 25 lbs just going from #%@&! food to natural or organic food. I still will eat cake or go out to eat, just do it in moderation. NOW...I felt like I was getting out of control again and my weight-loss had stalled over the last couple months. I joined weight watchers and actually GAINED. So, here I am...day 3 on Apidexin and I can say that I have had no problems with it. I was really surprised by this since I am sensative to any type of medication. I didn't get jittery, headaches, etc. I think people need to look at diet overall with this pill and people need to know that every one of us is different so this is not the answer for everyone. I will keep reporting on my progress....I am too scared to weigh myself right now!

FYI...I'm 34 yr old female, have had 4 children, workout 3-5 days a week, 5'11 and 222 lbs. My lowest weight was 195 about 7 yrs ago and I was a size 10. I am a size 14 now. I tend to gain alot of muscle when I am working out. That is another thing to consider when using any kind of supplement. If you are working out regularly you need to EAT regularly or you will get an upset stomach, headache, etc.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

hi everyone.

i joined to take part in the discussion about apidexin.

I have only tried a couple of diet/fatburners...one from GNC, hydroxycut, hoodia and now apidexin. I read, just like everyone else, the reviews but stumbled on this site after i placed my order and received it!

I am 43, have always been active and have 2 young kids, single mom. I started eating healthy after my youngest was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. she's 4. started to seriously rework my diet, lifestyle and incorporate more exercise to be around a long time for her.....i am overweight however, with my body mass index at 31%, although i carry it well i will never be mistaken for Iman or Tyra Banks.

I started the apidexin on Friday. Today is Monday...here are symptom for ME:

mild jitters for about 30 mins afterwards. that's it.

no fogginess, no nausea, no lightheadedness, no "out of it" feeling.

I find it controls my appetite extremely well. I work behind a desk all day and it's important that i don't do a lot of unhealthy snacking.

I take it upon waking with my thyroid meds. drink a glass of water. eat breakfast at work (hour later after dropping off kids) whole grain english muffin, green tea, piece  of friut or yogurt.

lunch is reasonable, take a pill about 11:30. lunch at 12. no more pills after that. i feel great, have good energy and sleep like a log.

am waiting for anything bad to present itself. have not weighed, because i don't want to pressure myself. will weigh on next friday, one week after starting. Doc said i need to lose. I walk 3 times a week, 3 miles, at lunchtime. that is all i can work in with my children's and my schedule. i read some scary things here, but i seem to be doing ok. will keep everyone posted.

I haven't received my apidexin yet...still waiting....I live in canada so that's probably why I haven't gotten it yet. i agree everyone is different and you won't know till you try right, so I'm going to try and if I have the illest side effects...I'll let you all know...but not everyone person is built the same...so I'm gonna brave the wave and try it out. Good luck to all who are new to apidexin as well...I'm trying to lose 30lbs, so here's to trying!

I am turning 23 three this week and have always been a "big guy"  I played football as a freshman in high school at over 270.  Now I was ready for a major change, and let me tell you, this works.

I have energy, and have been losing weight without unbearable hunger.  I eat a 300 calorie breakfast and about an 800 calorie lunch, and sometimes a 500 calorie evening meal (but usually no evening meal).  I have experienced the"jitters" but all the energy is a benefit when you focus it on your work.

I ordered Api's on 18 June - still waiting for them to arrive.  I'm 49, going through menopause (yuch!) 5'4" and weigh 176.  I've never weighed more than 110 in my life and over the last couple of years taking HRT's, I've just been slowly adding the pounds.  I've been with dieticians, nutritionists, personal trainers, tried 'fad' diets and although I loose a couple of pounds, it all comes back within days of going off the eating plans.  Before going for full-on cosmetic surgery to try and get some shape back, this is my last hope.  If it comes off with Api, well and good.  If not, I'm going to take the drastic action of surgery.

hi moonbeam...

I can hear the desperation in your post. I feel for you and i really hope the Api works for you. i can tell you this...i am 43 and over the last few years pounds had been adding up for me too. i hoe to kickstart getting some of this off with the pills as well...i have changed my eating habits, adopted a much healthier way of enjoying food and made MAJOR changes in lifestyle and my feelings and reasons for eating. i am on the right track and have started walking as well. please try everything you can before going under the knife.

good luck!

Hi Moonbeam... I can definitely sympathize with the weight gain after HRT. I had a hysterectomy 8 years ago and the weight has become a huge issue. I do not expect a miracle by taking api, but the kick start will atleast lift my spirits. I began taking the pills on June 20th. I have not had any huge side effects. They do give me energy, but I haven't seemed to have lost my appetite. My biggest problem is that I am done working by 2 and I have so much spare time until bedtime. I will give these pills a whirl. I have changed my eating habits, nothing drastic, because I feel if I do a little at a time then the changes will last. I have begun doing moderate exercise. It took many years to gain all this weight, it will take time to lose.

Thanks for the encouragement.  Even if the Api's kick start a loss of inches, I'll definitely feel happier.  Once I've received the Api's and get going, I'll keep you posted on how I do.  I'm  in South Africa so I expect to receive the package towards the end of this month.  Here's hoping that a surgeon doesn't actually make a small fortune out of me!

Well, thank goodness I didnt find this forum til after I started taking the tabs :)  I am in my 50s and have put on 3 stone after hurting my back and being unable to attend gym or dance PLUS I got the menopause AND I gave up smoking - triple whammy.

Well, I have a wedding coming up in 5 weeks now so having lost only 10lbs in 3 months of trying to diet, I thought Id have a try at these tabs.

I started taking them yesterday. Ive had no side affects, no headaches, nausea or anything (no more than usual anyway :)) and Im not rushing to the loo that much more than normal so far.

Im hoping to get another stone off (hoping) before the wedding.  Ill report back after a week IF I have any reasonable weight loss.

Oh, for all those in the UK like me, I got mine off ebay - they came the next day.

Hey everyone My name is Sheesha, i have been in the nutrition industry for three years now. I entered the industry in hopes that i would be able to make myself healthier and help others as well. I have gone over the ingredients in apidexin very thoroughly and from my understanding some of you are experiencing what we call failure to read instructions. NOW i have been taking apidexin for three weeks. I have lost 10 lbs and i am eating healthy. The one thing i find is that yes my heart rate has raised quite a bit but not to the point that it is dangerous. i have never had an unsafe BPM count. The ingredient Dicaffiene malate is what is raising your heart rate its found in most diet pills and is often used as the metabolism "booster" is gives you these jitters your feeling and the headaches nausea...now from what i know personally if i drink about three cups of coffee back to back in the morning i find that yes by lunch i dont feel like eating i feel exhausted nausea has hit me hard like a brick wall and i shake. The Dicaffiene Malate was used by companies as an "alternative cocaine". This is also what makes you feel paranoid anxious nervous panicky etc. etc.  Now here is another interesting fact IM NOT SAYING YOUR TAKING COCAINE ive talked to so many people about that and right away they go on defense saying omg im taking an alternative cocaine?!?!?! NO thats not what i mean. i mean it pretty much does the same thing as cocaine you get energized you feel a natural "high" you feel good...then you crash....and when you crash you crash hard. The other ingredient that i believe should be pushed more for study is the fucoxanthin. Fucoxanthin can be very dangerous due to its high iodine contents. this is where people NOT READING INSTRUCTIONS comes into play. recently i have had to take hydroxycut off my shelves due to a recall because a 19year old boy had liver damage turned fatal. ALSO other cases have come forth that some people using hydroxy cut suffer muscle damage and kidney failure.....if you pump yourself full of this stuff ITS GOING TO HURT YOU! be smart about! dont think oh im gonna take twice the reccomended dosage and it  will work faster. TRUST ME ive been struggling with weight loss for most of my life im finally breaking through the wall brick by brick but you have to be patient you cant just pop some pills one night go to bed and wake up in the morning expecting to be a size 3 NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!too much of anything even if its good for you is bad remember that. as for apidexin, i have had no side effects. I started out only using half the reccomended dosage as i know that my body has a hard time adjusting to anything i seem to give it. After three or four days of only half dose  i started to follow the reccomended dose and eat properly detox regularly and because apidexin raises your heart rate i only do 12 minutes of constant lower body movement at a time i walk my dog or do squats anything thats going to work my muscles but keep my heart rate at a pace that is controllable. Now for what ive also read it seems like everyone who tries this reads this forum FIRST then tries the api only to come back and say YAAAA THAT HAPPENED TO ME TOO! im a strong believer in its all in your head...if you stand next to someone that has the flu and you know it...the next day or so you say oh i think i have a flu and u feel that you have a flu...truth be told half of the people you come into contact with everyday are carrying something communicable but you dont know it therefor you do not get it. yet once you hear...someone in that room had it...oh suprise suprise you get it...you work urself up so much thinking oh im gonna get it im gonna get it and bam you get it...BE POSITIVE! dont take api or any other weight loss supplement thinking im gonna take this its gonna make me sick and its not gonna work....cause it will make you sick and it wont work take it saying  you know what im gonna buckle down follow the instructions care about myself while im on it and believe in myself that i will lose this weight.  Put yourself in the aspect that I am doing this for myself and im going to show other people that what I MYSELF did helped me and if i can do it they can do it. soon enough the belief that you made yourself healthier will get into peoples mind just as fast as that common cold that went around your group of friends or co-workers. GOOD LUCK WITH APIDEXIN if it honestly doesnt work for your remember that everyones body is different some detox's do nothing for some people and others can lose up to 25 lbs. everyones different but dont get stuck in the mentality that just cause everyone else got sick on it that your going to or that it will never work for you. P.S. I DO NOT WORK FOR APIDEXIN i promise! haha  so long for now

Pretty much what I thought too.  To be truthful some of these symptoms on here sound like panic attacks to me and it may be some people have dwelt too much on the ifs and whats.

4th day for me.  Have to say I feel a bit dizzy today but I think thats cos its 90 degrees outside and Ive been working in the garden :)  Weighed myself this morning, only a lb down, but happy with that.  Have eaten badly today, try to keep to 1200 calories but think the last two chocolate biscuits with coffee may have edged me over that :(

So Ill be VERY happy if I get 10lbs down in 5 weeks seeing as its taken me 3 months to do that so far.  Im not able to excercise too vigorously due to a back/knee injury but I do walk my dogs and do housework/gardening.  I did get a hula hoop but it played havoc with my back unfortunately.

Good luck people.  I am a sceptic about anything but as I have such a short time to get down a dress size, willing to have a go.

Goodness, gone very quiet on this board hasnt it

Just to update after my first week I have lost 3 and half pounds.  I am very happy with this  There was a blip after day 4 when the 2 pounds I lost went back on  but the next day the 2lbs had gone plus another 1lb.

I would add I have done no more exercise than usual (due to my back problem) but I have stuck to my calorie counting.

No one else got any updates?
