Congrats on your loss Oohrah!! :] and thanks for the arm advice! ^__^

Guys, I know this is a weird question...but can anyone tell me if people normally look larger after they eat a meal? idk...but I looked in the mirror after dinner...and wow. *cough* I looked "expanded" haha to say the least.

most people do gain a pound or two after dinner. everything eaten in the day plus the water weight from that day has built up. most bodies take 18hrs to fully digest a meal so its  common feeling to look bloated after dinner. the best thing to do to help this is always eat a fuller breakfast and smaller dinner. always wiegh yourself in the morning too because  your body is the "lightest" at that time.

Hi guys,

Haven't posted in the last few days. I had really bad food poisioning. Anyways, Ginny I have some really great arm toning exercises if you are interested message me. I lost a total of 5" off of my arms. I started on 5 lbs but found it too hard as I was straining my arms, one of my trainers said that starting out females should gererally use between 2.5-3lbs weights. Then when you are comfortable doing reps with 3lbs increase to 5lbs. That's what I would suggest as it worked great for me. (Anything will work doesn't have to be store bought weights.) Also I place my arms both behind my back gripping a chair, desk, ledge and then go into the sitting position. Using my arm muscles I push my body up and down making my arms straight then bent. Its a great exercise.  Well I am still really weak so I am gonna go lay down, doc says I shouldn't do all my exercise routines either just take it eazy. My schedule feels so off. Oh well, take care everyone.

Yes, I get like this too after I eat certain foods (especially after a cooked turkey diner) lol Not so much now but before I would even have to unbutton my jeans lol

Thanks for the arm advice Heavy! My bf gave me some exercises too! :] I finally weighed myself...it was 160!! Yay! I know 5 pounds isn't a lot....but it's totally a good start. Not only that, but everyone back home said I looked great! yay! ^__^ I think that the side effects that I'm experiencing are well worth the loss! :] haha I know I owe a lot to all of you and to D&E and Apidexin is definitely helping, too!

I still feel and look plumper after a meal, but it goes down eventually! Also, I accidently didn't take the pills on the weekend and I haven't exercised....I'm hoping that this will help me get another boost on my excercise! ^__^

You are human this will always happen but don't worry about how you look after a meal. Looks are not as important then overall health. Congrats on your loss and keep up the good work

yeah if you read my previous posts i am not really doing it in a healthy way. some days i only ate once a day, it keeps your hunger in check. i havent had the negative side effects that most people do. i gave up drinking soda, i drink water all day and sobe lifewater zero calories with my meals. i am on the fast food diet.....i looked it up online, i just eat taco bell chicken soft tacos (190 calories each), i eat 2 a day and i snack on powerbars, tigers milk bars etc. i run 30 mins a day like 3 times a week....so i could probably do a lot better but it gets pretty tiring . but yeah try the pills out, money back guarantee so u cant lose

Hello everyone,

The following message I received from WAITLOSS after being extremely sick the last few days and finally getting up and around I check my email at work and notice a new message for this site (on another link on this site) here is what he wrote:

"How's that going for you  fatass? finally losing the poundage off your #%@&!?"

I come on here for support and to support others. I believe that everyone is beautiful in one way or another. Its hard enough when a person has to struggle with their weight to have another person who apparently is overweight too, to call them names, a fatass and what not. So I am trying really hard not to cry but I will not give him the satisfaction. I think he should be removed from this site all together. I know that I am only 145lbs (actually a normal weight for my height and frame) and that I practically have no bum anymore :yum: but it still hurts when people tease and call you names like fatass or whatever it may be.  Thanks for listening, and if he do message others please pay no attention to him. Take care everyone.

Heavy, I removed his post, and he has already been warned before by me. We'll see what Nir has to say about it, since he has the final call.

I agree - we are all beautiful in one way or another. Don't forget that! I agree, too, that the best way to deal with a troll is not to give him/her the satisfaction. You've made wonderful progress - here's to health! :pizza:

Don't worry about waitloss Heavy !! Use those comments to drive you.  Negative comments were made to me when I started my journey and I used those to drive me into really showing them. None of them believed that I was doing it because of my knee situation. They thought there was NO WAY I could do it and that I was lying about my weight loss. That fueld my fire even more then it already was !!!!  I NO longer speak with those friends haven't in well over a year. The best way is don't respond to it and move foward

Thanks Ginny*HUGZ* and Hellrazor!

Hmm... Ginny my thoughts are: How long did it take you to receive the pills upon ordering them? And how much of a supply do you have left? Do you feel like they are helping a great deal? It is cheaper to order more at once then individual bottles (Duh! I know you know that :yum:) Just some thoughts also. Don't order a large amount if you don't feel you will take them all because it is real hard to return them. They will only reimburse you for unopened bottles so that they can "re-sell them to someone else" as their customer representative told me, which I think is scary (considering you never know what could happen to them when in different peoples possession!) OBTW how is the exercise comming? I am just getting back on my feet after being sick but it felt great yesterday and this morning! :apple: Hellrazor I agree and its awesome modivation to use when I box. Comments such as those got me this far, pushing me to prove not only to myself but to those who don't believe in me that I can do it! Take care everyone!

Ginny, I just wanted to drop a note that I tried the Weightview site. I just got my "after" pic back today, and wasn't too impressed.

For one, the ONLY place they took weight off was around my middle. They didn't adjust my face, my lower body, or anywhere else. Not very realistic.

For two, they took off way too much weight around my middle. If I were to actually lose 50 pounds straight from my middle, then perhaps, but that's not going to happen. Fat loss happens evenly.

Just wanted to share.

Well, it only took about 3-4 days to get my pills. I live in the states...so it was a quick delivery...I have about 2 weeks worth left, i think. Hmm. I'll order another bottle later and see if the second month goes better. So far, I've lost like 5 pounds...not bad. I'm definitely looking better. :] Oh geez...exercising...*whew* after not doing excercise for a couple of days, getting back into it definitely winded me. But, hopefully that will serve as a jumpstart on any plateaus I may have had. ^__^
Oooh! Definitely use negative comments to motivate you! Show people that you can prove them wrong! THis is why I started this whole weightloss revolution for myself. My bf said I was looking a little "plump" (to put it nicely...that jerk) so I challenged him to lose weight, too! Bwhahaha...now I'm looking good and he's around the same weight as usual. But, I'm really trying hard because I want to shove success in his face and get healthy at the same time!
Crimson, you really tried that site? They wouldn't accept my pic for some reason. It didn't meet the requirements or standards...but now that you tell me that, I don't think I want to try it! hehe you should post the after pic! It would be funny to see what they give us back. :]
Good luck to all! <3

I was kinda looking forward to trying this stuff but after reading some of the comments at random things don't look so good.  Is there anybody that this stuff has really worked for or is it just a big dose of caffeine?

Yes, I did lose weight on this product, but that was with a great diet and exercise routine! I stopped because I didn't like the side effects and wanted to get healthy on my own and was nervous that once I stopped I would gain the weight back.

Here is their prediction of me 50 pounds later, at 169:

Oh man Crimson! You made me lol. :] It's like they just sliced off your middle area...that's not very accurate...plus, i don't think most men have that hourglass shape! You're right, we lose weight evenly. I think the people just target the area that they think you want to disappear, maybe. It is a nice pic, though. Hey, I would want that shape! ^__^

DBG, I think I'm losing weight with this pill...it's been about 2 weeks and I've dropped 5 pounds...the thing is though...that I look THINNER! yay! :] It's usually the side effects that make people quit. Believe me, there are side effects...well at least for some of us. :|

ok well maybe there is hope after all.  I haven't started exercise yet but plan on it as soon as the pills get here.  For a diet plan I am just eating two lean cuisines a day one for lunch and one for supper.  Oh yeah and a granola bar type thing for breakfast.  I am hoping the pill will help me maintain such a small meal plan by supressing my appetite.  As far as side effects I hope it doesn't make me too jittery that usually leads me to smoking, which is why I don't take adipex anymore.

Hi dbg 38,

I use to eat alot of those lean cuisines too, be aware of the amount of Carbs in them tho. Maybe adding some fruits and veggies in between would be a good idea as well as a multi vitamin. Cheers!

Yeah...it is weird, isn't it?

Interestingly enough, I am high-waisted, and my waist measurement is slightly lower than my hips measurement. Still...it's a bit over the top.

Broccoli is a great idea, dbg. It's a very prominent superfood - decent amino acid lineup for protein, Omega-3's, and a variety of other benefits.

Watch the sodium in those Lean Cuisine meals, too. They are very processed - natural is best!

Good luck to you all.

Lean Cuisines? They taste pretty good, but like Crimson said, they are very processed. If you like veggies, a salad is a healthy choice. (sorry, that's really obvious) Why I bring that up is, it's natural and no one can over-process a salad. Just don't over-do it with the dressing....(haha actually, I love thousand island) ^_^ Keep us updated on your progress dbg. I'm pretty sure we're all on exercise routines...that's mainly why we're losing weight. But, I think apidexin gave me that extra push that I needed....or maybe it's the placebo effect? haha I don't know, but I love it and I'm sure you'll see results, too! <3

I haven't posted in awhile, but had to jump in on this....berries! Berries are the ticket....strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries!. Lots of vitamins and you can eat them all day long. I eat some everyday, and I am not a big fruit fan either....I don't like oranges and apples  or peaches....uck. I'm with you on the veggies tho. If it were not for berries, I'd eat no fruit at all....except maybe bananas.

I agree with the previous posters too....stay away from the processed foods as much as possible. I've lost 106 lbs. in the last 5 yrs. I atill have 20 lbs. I'd like to get off tho....and I know I have to step up the exercise. Gosh I need motivation...lol.

Oh! and taking multivitamin suppliments is very smart, I take maine daily and it makes a hugh difference in my energy levels. Good luck all!

Hi there, i received my bottle of apidexin and detox pills last thursday and started taking them on friday morning, the energy rush i had was very intense but didnt feel sick or jittery it did kill my appetite completely but as i didnt want my body to go into starvation mode i made sure i ate three meals a day.I did stay awake much later than usual but did sleep ok eventually. The day after was ok not as much of an energy burst but sunday i felt awful, i was moody had intense headaches felt nauseas and very tired. It was as though my body wasnt resting properly even when i slept. Having said that it did give me the motivation and energy to excercise and i lost 7llbs in four days i know most of that is water weight but i did feel better. Yesterday i took my 2 pills, the side effects were still present these include pins and needles in my hands and feet, loss of concentration, jitters, floaty feeling and irritation(like wanting to scratch my face and skin, sounds silly i know!!). After i had finished my late shift last night i had the same appetite i usually have and ate a meal, the scales told me today id put 2llb back on!!i havent taken any today and feel normal.....despite this i am going to continue taking the pills for a week and decide if the pro's outweigh the cons!dont be fooled into thinking its an easy way out, you still need to control your diet and take regular excercise and avoid the temptation to not eat as you have no appetite, this is pointless as your body will only go into starvation mode and then when you begin eating again ull put weight straight back on!!good luck and i hope if ur trying it it works, just be sensible with it..and ill post back in a week :wink::wink::wink:

Hi everyone,

Our prior discussion about sodium got me thinking/interested as I was wondering about what is the amount required in a day (as I have been watching what I eat including reducing my sodium intake). The body "requires" only 500-1500 mg per day, but a person should not consume more than 2400mg per day. Interesting fact I read was that the average person consumes more than 4000mg a day. A great link I found while researching: http://www.dietbites.com/Sodium-In-Foods/sodium-in-fruit.html it gives amounts in different foods, both natural and processed. Since I have reduced my sodium intake I retain less water and I don't swell (to explain in the mornings when I didn't diet and had lots of sodium, my hands would swell where I couldn't get my rings off it was horrible!) Oddly enough a lot of the diet foods that are low in cholesterol and fat are high in sodium! So I eat lots of fruits :apple: and veggies as snacks. I read on another forum, the chick said that it won't hurt you to exceed 2300 mg a day your body needs sodium, I disagree. Yes your body requires sodium  to function properly, to much may lead to high blood pressure, a major risk factor for stroke, heart disease and kidney disease. :skull:

"Sodium is needed in the body to regulate fluids and blood pressure, and to keep muscles and nerves running smoothly. The amount of sodium considered adequate to promote good health in adults is 1,500 mg per day. The United States Institute of Medicine (IOM) is commissioned jointly by the USA and Canada to establish the nutrient reference values that are used to set policies and standards. One of these reference values is the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL), which is the highest intake level that is likely to pose no risk of adverse health effects. Based on the IOM's UL, Health Canada recommends that adults do not exceed 2,300 mg of sodium per day."

Well just wanted to share! Thanks

Thanks Heavy, that was very good information. I will pass it on to my husband, as I feel he gets too much sodium. I try not to be a nag, but he had a stroke a year ago at 38, and I worry alot about what he takes into his body. PEACE!:apple:

No problem! I don't mind at all. Eating right is so important these days especially where there is so much processed foods:pizza: on the market that is ideal for today's society. (Processed food are usually quick and easy to prepare!) I use to work two jobs, I didn't have the time or energy to prepare a good homecooked meal, now I cook differently. I boil my meats first, bake and BBQ. I keep fresh fruits and veggies in the fridge to munch on along with whole wheat pasta, bread and crackers (reduced sodium!). My man hates whole wheat anything so I buy the smart pasta and breads for him (whole wheat but looks white) he can't tell the difference and it is healthy for him (my little secret shh!!! lol).  Well I better get back to work take care everyone!!!!

I have just started the apidexin pills. I have only been taking them once a day. I felt a but fuzzy in my head for the first 9 hours.

The second day when I took them my stomach, yeah, literally my stomach skin felt very cold and my lower spine was frozen. It felt like I had an ice pack on it. Eventually it left when I ate something. I wonder what it did to my belly.

Later on that day random parts of me got really really cold. Like the back of my hands, or one side of my leg, and parts of my back. Sometimes, I'll feel dizzy, or like i'm sliding sideways, but its all in my head.

But... an added bonus is that I work full time and go to college full time, so I get like 10-12 hours of sleep a week. (7:30am- 10:15am is my bedtime) But since I have been using the apidexin, I stay awake all night, and through all my classes. I don't need the energy drinks anymore. I have been taking one pill a day, and I wonder if I should take it twice.

Does anyone else get random cold spots on them?

Greenspace, I've been on the pills for like 2 weeks and I haven't felt any cold spots...hmm.

Tora, Great job!!....I think I've only lost like 5 pounds, but I don't weigh myself regularly.

Imnotlazy, Oh man. Your side effects mirror mine. Yesterday, I was itchy too! :| It was totally weird!!

Good morning Everyone!

Greenspace, yes I felt like that too. When I would first take the pill I would get extreme cold shivers running up and down my body, I would get clamy and cold then hot, more when I took the detox + the apidexin, my hands and legs more so. In your case I wouldn't suggest that you take two pills a day if thats the out come you are getting with just taking one. I hope you feel better.

Ginnymetal, keep up the great work! If you keep at it you are sure to see results!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!!!!
