This is a forum, nobody is pushing opinions on anybody, we give our opinions, facts and stories. Nobody is against anybody. It is all in ones reaction to a forum. We all realise that if we post our thoughts, stories, feelings, opinions, experiences that others are bound to have their say which is expected. No one is obligated to listen to anyone else. It is their choice. In my opinion  and that is just what it is no one is being harsh, we are all here to support one another and provide modivation, advice and information. I enjoy posting and I get lots of feed back through postings on here and in my inbox/email on here. I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Take care everybody and I hope every reaches their goals on their weight loss journey!

Honesty is the best policy and I tell like it is. I never once tried to push anything just stating the cold hard truth. I completely understand it is one persons choice to do what they think they need to do. Those are my opinions like or not ! Ginny the truth is when someone hits a plateau 9 times out of 10 something is not right. Whether it be over eating, under eating or your body has adapted to your routine are usually the reasons for it . I hit one plateau  and I looked at what I was doing , and figured out I was under eating. IMHO I fill this is an attempt at a quick fix but you do as you please. Good luck with your with your weight loss

I agree Hellrazor, when my weight loss decreased because my body got use to my routine I switched it up re-arranged my exercise schedule and food intake and guess what? I started loosing weight again. I switched from going to Curves in the morning to the evening and which machines I started on (they recommend that you start on a different machine everyday), mixed up what foods I chose for my breakfast and lunch (supper is always different anyways) and sure enough it has made a big difference. This site is awesome as you can use the calculators and read the tutorials they have been a great aid in my weight loss!

todays day 2 for me, day one was pretty good but i experienced the headache everyone talks of for day 2. it didnt bother me because i just ate an apple and drank water and it went away. my first day i just ate a powerbar and apple in the morning, and for lunch i had a bagel sandwich. and the rest of the day i was in a meeting so i just crashed at home with no dinner. today i did a little of the same, apple and powerbar in the morning, lots of water, and bagel sandwich for lunch. im prolly going to the gym later on for 30 min cardio but so far its not noticeable change in weight or size but i really feel positive about this pill and its keeping me from eating too much. i dont think everyone should give up on the pill and get a refund if they didnt lose the weight they expected to lose or if they are feeling negative side effects. i mean, just give it a chance, your body has to get immune to the pill.

i got off to a late start and decided to wait until tomorrow to start apidexin. it would be nice to get feedback on the detox pills if anyone has any. good luck to everyone. and by the way, dont let anyone get you down. everyone's weightloss journey is their own...this forum should be here for support and information in a nonconfrontational way.

I'm not pushing anything on you !! I'm stating the actual truth backed up by facts is that pushing anything on you. I'm in no way saying anything about you !!! What I said about a plateau is true go look it up. Do what you please I don't care but you think I do. All I'm saying is IN MY OPINION diet pills are #%@&! cheap and easy way out  but you do what you want it is your body. Now you wanna make it personal by all means keep trying because I'm all game if you really want to !! I have to much respect for this board and won't sink to that level unless provoked . I never said anything to you about what you believe in, or what you believe is the truth. Am I trying to change you?? NO. I'm stating what opinion is on these things???? YES!!!

Oh my! wow! ummm...I don't really need any support waitloss...but thx I guess? Umm I think you took it a bit too far. I actually agree with Hellrazor on the plateau and it is true...I know why I plateaued... ^__^ I was exercising the same way for awhile now...I'm kind of shocked. (at a loss for words) anyways...Heavy and Hellrazor and Waitloss...I think we all got off to a bad start! ^__^ I felt kinda lectured and it was already frustrating enough to still be exercising and looking the same...blah blah...Long story short, let's all get along and help each other (and other people) ...we all have our opinions. Let's not kill each other for that. :] Peace and happiness everyone? :]

I'm disappointed in you ginnymetal. I think we really could have helped eachother out... shame. But, whatever, I guess I'll be the only one who's going to get apidexin to work for me. We college kids should stick together GM. you're not thinking clearly.

i thought this forum was for advice and updates on those who are taking apidexin-not nit picking and ripping others to shreds. i had asked a question on here twice and gotten no feedback. instead all i see are the same people bickering back and forth. its really juvenile and annoying to read. i'll be taking myself off this site. good luck everyone.

Nice pic Hellrazor, you're looking quite fit. :] I just want to apologize to everyone, I realized that I'm being SUPER irritable lately. My friends "helpfully" pointed that out earlier and it should have been obvious to me when I started being a jerk on this thread, anyways I'm really sorry and I'm normally not a jerk. ^__^
Well, I've been on apidexin for about five days, I think...and so far the only negative side effects I've been experiencing are: Irritability, teeny headaches, and late-night starvation! (I don't eat when I feel the "starvation"....but I get really hungry... :[ ) Guys, I want to ask for your advice (I'm sorry for being a jerk, I don't know what overcame me...and yes, I need help now. It's okay if you don't want to respond :) I totally understand! ) I digress, I know we're supposed to keep our metabolism up, but I'm wondering what you guys eat for your snacks? I can only get cafeteria food and fruits (Apples, occasional bananas, oranges, that's pretty much it) I'm also wondering how you guys go about keeping your metabolisms up and if me eating an apple everytime I get the munchies would work? Thanks bunches for your advice!!

Thanks Ginny and no worries.. Any fruit or veggies is good. I try to snack on granola  bars or power bars. I also eat every 2-3 hrs whether it be a full meal or a snack. If you are starving at night eat something lite you like a yogurt or a cup of dry cheerios.  If your body is really telling you " Hey I'm staving feed me" don't ignore it. How much are you working out??? Do you count what you eat and do you know how much you are supposed to eat in a day. These are keys in to keeping up your metabolism. Look at your body like a water wheel... Less water the wheel will spin slower more water it will spin faster. I hope this helps you and don't be afraid to ask

You are looking quite fit, Hellrazor. Kudos to you, again, for losing it and keeping it off. When a guy with a bad knee cycles as much as you do, I feel like I have no excuse at all.

Ginny, apples, bananas, and oranges are all great choices. Apples, in particular, are cited by many to be very effective appetite suppressants. Likewise, foods high in fiber, such as most veggies, fruits, and whole grains products can be effective, along with protein. Water, also, can be a great appetite suppressant.

Have you made it a habit to eat a lot at night? I know that I did for most of my life, and that it took several months to "re-wire" that. I ate more during the day, ignored my cravings at night, and after a few months, the late-night cravings stopped coming. Keep in mind, too, that it is helpful to eat something at night. Your body's metabolism is always active, even during sleep.

I agree with the bit about eating every 2-3 hours, but that is a bit of a daunting task for some. It does help with metabolism, but how much you eat, and what you eat is much more important than how often you eat it. I'm one of those unfortunate people who very rarely gets hungry signals, so I have to time my meals. It gets a bit too involving at times:

Eat a meal. Look at clock. 9 AM. Need to eat at 12.
Eat at 12. Look at clock. 12:30 PM. Need to eat at 3:30.
Eat at 3:30. Look at clock. 4 PM. Need to eat at 7.
Eat at 7. Look at clock. 7:30 PM. Maybe need to eat at 10:30.
Then, perhaps eat at 10:30 (but I usually just eat 4 times a day).

Doing this day in and day out every single day gets very tiring, but I don't have much of a choice. I can go a very long time without eating (16+ hours) with my stomach sending me no signals whatsoever. Same for full signals - I usually have to eat 3000+ calories before I get any satiety signals. It's annoying.

But, anyway, enough about me, let's talk about you.

Kashi bars can make a great snack - pretty tasty, and healthier than many of the other bars out there. Celery, at 10 calories a stalk, is likewise very, very effective, as are most green veggies.

Best of luck to you all.

yeah ginny i slept perfect last night, i guess the people who have trouble sleeping are very sensitive to caffeine. i used to drink energy drinks alot when i worked 2 jobs. i guess i got immune to all the sugar and caffeine. but this pill isnt really doing any negative side effects that make me want to just give it up and return it for a refund. i have been weighing myself on a electronic scale and i dont think its too accurate. im not going to quit tho. its only been 3 days so im going to stay positive. and i didnt mention my goal, im 190 pounds, 5'8 and i want to go back to my original weight of 160 pounds.

In response to both Hellrazor and CrimsonAnimus,
Thanks guys for the great advice! I just bought a pack of NatureValley Crunchy Granola Bars: Peanut Butter. They are 90 calories each, I'm planning to eat these as my "in between snacks" and my late night snack. Fruits, too! Hopefully that will help curve hunger. :] I'm going to start eating every three hours like Crimson said and Keep my exercise schedule. ^__^ Hellrazor, honestly I don't know how many calories I'm putting in, although I'm sure it's under the recommended amount. :[ I'll try and keep a count of them today. My exercise schedule is: A walk around the campus for about 45 minutes, I vary the speed each time. (sometimes, I do the Interval thing) I know that my body has kind of gotten used to the routine, so I have started to go alternate routes, hopefully that helps. I also lift books (trying to sculpt my flabby arms haha) :] Crimson, I'm going to follow your schedule about looking at the clock, to me, it looks like a great idea. I'm already wired to not eat at night. (I ran out of money last semester, because of munchies like chips and cookies) So, I learned my lesson and now I don't eat at night. Darren, I got my regular sleep, too. I'm a huge night owl, but at 2 am I hit the sack and fell asleep pretty quickly! :] Thanks for the advice guys, oh and the only beverage I have is water...it has become my friend :]

Oh and btw, I'm just curious, but what was the picture for Hellrazor? Motivation? ^__^ Oh and I forgot to tell you that I had read through this thread before I got the apidexin, so I had already read your story. It was a great motivation...sorry for being so irritable again. :[ and thanks a lot for the advice guys! <3

Oh! One more thing, you guys were right about the scale. Ugh, i wish I had one now. I'm looking better, yes, but now I'm horribly curious to know the numbers...Darren, how are you doing on your weight? Have you lost anything? :] Thanks guys!

Hmm...thanks Darren! :] You have given me hope. :] haha, but yeah, I hate electronic scales...on the scale I have back home, I always add five pounds so that I can give myself a huge denial. Lame, I know. ^__^ But yay to you! 3 pounds in 4 days is sweet! Keep it up!! :] I can't wait to see my numbers. (Although, I'm sure I look smaller) :]

We are all are or were at one point trying to achieve goals asking for advice is what this place is about. Sorry if I came off like I was pushing anything on you just stating my opinions on the down sides of these things. So good luck with everything.

Hi everyone.
On Day 3.
Took my first Apidexin on Saturday. Taking as directed?óÔé¼?ª 1/2 hour before breakfast and 1/2 hour before lunch with atleast 12 oz. of water. So far I don?óÔé¼Ôäót feel much different. I haven?óÔé¼Ôäót gotten any headaches or nausea as reported by others. I do feel more awake and energized throughout the day but a slight ?óÔé¼?£crash?óÔé¼Ôäó by 7 or 8pm. I have no trouble sleeping.
A little background on me:
I have 2 sets of twins, 14 year old boys and 4 year old girls. I?óÔé¼Ôäóm 37 years old and 5?óÔé¼??7?óÔé¼?? tall. I weighed in at 151 on Saturday with measurements of 42 hips, 36 waist @ belly button, 34 bust. I would like to get back to my pre 2nd set of twins weight of 125 but I?óÔé¼Ôäód be happy with 130-135. I own my own scrapbooking business so with that and the kids I have little time for excerise and never do. With nicer weather coming I?óÔé¼Ôäód like to start walking in the mornings though.
I will report back on Saturday after my next weigh in and measurement .

Hi guys! Hey Ginny, just a few snack ideas that I eat in between meals that really help are Kellogg's All-Bran bars they come in great flavors like Honey nut, oatmeal & cinna mon, original and even chocolate chip (I omit that one but it is a good choice instead of a chocolate bar if you are craving.) I also have low-fat/no-fat yogurt, a few whole wheat breton crackers really can curve the hunger pains. I also keep 100 calorie cup a soups in my desk just incase I get stuck with no lunch, better then fast food. My boss picks the office up snacks and I was tired of all the chips, pop, cookies and chocolate. I went to him and suggested we start eating healthier. Now the pantries/fridge are filled with granola bars, bran bars, oranges, apples, yogurt, bottled water. So now when I do get really hungry I am not tempted to eat the "bad" food. Instead I have an orange or whatever but I make sure with all my snacks I have a large glass of water.  We have the bars you are talking about they are so good yum yum, we have the peanut butter and the almond nature valley bars :) Celery is really good to snack on and baby corrots are one of my favorites along with a handful of special K vanilla almond dry cereal. Well Ginny and everyone else I hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Hi guys! Thanks for the food advice Heavy! :] Baby carrots are awesome and I've had Kellogg bars before, too. they're great! ^_^ I should probably go out and buy those, too. As an update with the apidexin, my pants fit pretty well (not loose) but I'm not getting that muffintop that I had before. I tried the "eat every three hours" routine and that seemed to work well. The only real problem/side effect that I'm having right now is the fact that my temper is very short....I can control it, but wow, I have never felt so angry before. It's weird!!! Like, my roommate slammed the door, and in my head, I called her so many obscenities. Wow, it's kinda funny to think of right now...but geez. I need to calm down! haha. I also get that crash that seeing double is having. I'm wondering, Heavy (or anyone else who's on apidexin) did you ever feel very irritable when you were on apidexin? Thanks, and have a great day!! <3

Ginny,

Yes I was very irritable and it wasn't like I was like that. Little things would tick me off and I would snap. That is another reason I stopped because my outburst at home wasn't making things better. I would get very overwhelmed very easily. I couldn't handle stress and after I would freak out I would think omg why did I say and do those things this is not me! It was very confusing and I didn't want to hurt others so needless to say out with apidexin and in with the old me.

Oh no! :O That's me right now. I get these urges in the morning where it feels like I hate everyone, it's so unreasonable and embarrassing. Later in the day, like now, I feel much better, kind of like a weight has been lifted off my chest...weird, I know! :] But, as long as I can be cool about things, I think I'll be fine. Thanks Heavy! I thought I may have been the only one! :] I'm sorry to keep asking questions, but you guys should be weight loss gurus!! :] Um, I was wondering if someone could share their exercise schedule on a weekly basis. Mine's kind of dead right now. X_x It consists of: Lifting books to firm up my arms and about an hour walk everyday...not exciting, I know. Any insight or help is appreciated! I'm poking around this site, too. :]

Hi Ginny,

My exercise schedule goes like this:

Ab master in the mornings(15-20 minutes) I created my own routine along with streches. Then I bike to work (25-30 minutes). Where I work in an office I do sit alot, so on my lunch break at 12 I go into a vacant office and do 15-20 minutes of exercises such as lunges, streches, push ups, leg lifts, I even keep 2.5lb set of weights in there to simple arm toning routine (24 reps of each). Then at 5 I bike home (25-30 minutes). Later in the evenening I go to Curves and then do squats and a little boxing (24 high kicks, jabs hooks etc.) in my exercise room. My routine does change, like when I do my ab master I never do the same set of positions 2 days in a row I alternate them as I will switch going to Curves in the morning and my ab master routine in the evenings. At Curves I also start on a different machine every day. I started at 8 reps and every week I add 2 and it seems to work for me. Sunday is my day of rest. I will do activities with my fiance, in the winter usually skating or ice fishing (hand drilling the holes is a great work out lol :yum: !) Now that summer is comming swimming, hiking, fishing will replace winter activities. I also love to jog as well. If you have any other questions don't be shy thats what we are all here for!

Once again, thank you Heavy! and wow! That sounds like a lot! I can see why you are still losing weight! :] That's a great routine! I don't think I can manage all that and still be alive (energy or time-wise) I will try to get more non-cardio stuff such as the ab master and lunges, stretches and push ups! Thank you for reminding me of that! Oh and I read about interval training in another area of this site. haha ironically, I didn't think of running in place and then walking. Oooooh and dancing! yay! :] I really want to try that, too.
About apidexin, I think it has me on an emotional rollercoaster right now. There are times in the day were I'm angry and there are other times when I feel really sad. there are other times when I look in the mirror and go "wow, I look good." Then there are times where I'm like "Curses, I'm still fat!" haha this pill is weird. I'll be going home on Friday and will finally be able to weigh myself! Because, honestly, I do look thinner (I think)...but I'm just not sure. hmm...I read through the thread...but did anyone lose weight on this pill?

As a last note, I really do want to thank you guys for all your support. I think I'm finally making real changes in the way I eat and exercise! I'm pretty sure I'll stay healthy for a long time. To share a quick story, I was 252 at my heaviest and I was only in 6th grade!! AHHH! I know. My mom took me to the doctor and I received the pills Xenical (the prescription form of Alli (aka Orlistat)). That, combined with the excercise bike (ugh...:[) helped me to lose say about 72 lbs...in a few years...and on my own I lost 15 lbs years later. So, now I'm at 165. So, I've kind of been cheating by using diet pills. I have a faith in them...so, I realllllly don't want to give up hope on Apidexin. Plus, it cost me like $50...ugh. But there's my story. I'm no stranger to diet pills. Yay to Xenical. (Hated the side effects, but I was really careful) Hopefully, I can get down to 130...that's about 35 lbs. It'll probably take awhile. :]

Ginny, that's wonderful that you're taking it off now, rather than when you are older. I can relate - I weighed over 300 in my teens, but didn't start taking it off until last year. I often wish that I had cared enough sooner, but alas, it's not healthy to dwell on that, I suppose.

Also, the amount of weight you've lost is very motivational. You should consider posting before and after pics in the Success Stories forum, along with what you learned along the way.

Since Razor-man posted a pic, I'll do one of myself here, too. It's been a tough journey since 359:

It's easy to get caught up in the semantics of it all, but in the end, I'm sure we all know that we have to work for what we want, and I'm certain that with supplements or without, it's been a very trying journey for you, as it has for us all. Stay strong!

That's great ginny and if you find faith in them so be it. Just by wanting to change is a positive step and what you have done is great. Hard work & patience  and you will get to where you want to be. In time you will see that with proper D&E you won't need these things.

Nick keep up the good work you will get to where you want !! If I can anyone can

Hi Ginny and everyone else! That is great that you lost that amount. I can relate, in junior high I was very big to the point where the boys nicknamed me "hippo" (kids can be so cruel). It was embarassing and I would get so depressed I turned to food. Then one summer before high school started I started loosing weight. I would bike 26 kms a day (13km to and from work) along with aerobic exercises I lost close to 60-70 pounds. Then the car accident happened and I gained most of the weight back (55 pounds in total), along with moving to a city(fast food restaurants galore!) When I started I was 190lbs then I changed my eating habits and started light exercises. When I started Curves I was around 165lb like yourself my goal much like yours is 130-138lbs (where I was in high school). To tell you the truth I hated myself, that in itself was putting strain on my relationships, I truly believe that in order for you to let someone love  you you have to love yourself. So I have 15-20 more pounds to go and I will be content along with keeping the weight off and being healthy. The pills did that to me too Ginny. It was really weird, if I missed one I felt "fat", I would get emotional over little things, and even cried a few times at work. My levels of aniexty went out of wack and I always felt nervous. It was horrible. That aside dancing is great! I use to be a dancer (on a dance team/cheerleader) in high school, but I turn some music on and just dance around my house, my man makes fun and says the neighbors are probably having a good laugh but it feels great ans you can do it in your own place or where ever. I also had exercising videos like Ti-bo, Mary Heart Aerobics, Kick boxing, yoga, lol they can also be down at home. Everybody keep up the great work!

Great picture, Crimson! That just motivated me! :] I've been doing the eat every 3 hours and that's going well as far as I can tell. I also started to do more weight stuff like Heavy suggested. Your story is very motivational, Heavy...I can relate with the fast food places. :] Yum. I've started dancing around my dorm room and it feels awesome! I'm in the marching band, and I can't wait to go back next year and run our of the tunnel faster than before. Oh man, I'm excited to go home. Me and my bf had a comp going about who could lose the most weight by this Friday! Bwhaha I've heard that he hasn't done anything...I think that's an automatic win...hopefully! Thanks for your support everyone!! ^_^

No no! That was MY fault!! I'm so sorry! I took Hellrazor and Heavy's advice all wrong!! IT WAS MY FAULT! They are actually very great and knowledgeable people!!! Anyways, I'm 5'2" and 165 lbs, 19 years old. :] Well, I'll be honest and got a little bit disappointed when I saw that a lot of the people were taking the pill back. I've been on it for about 8 days. ( I work out 6 days a week and eat every 3 hours...) So far, I think I look thinner....I'll be weighing myself on Sunday!! Yay! I think you should try it and see what happens (only if you want to) I kind of want someone to compare it too and Darren kinda left me hanging...haha jk :] In all sincerity, if you don't mind some of the side effects (mine are: Irritability and emotional rollarcoasters, and jittery-ness) you should try it. Ask Heavy about her Apidexin use (she's taken it before). :] Good luck and keep us updated!!!! ^__^

Thank you Ginny. It means alot to me that you understood me and Hellrazor's attentions and that they were good. Just a quick update as today was my measurement and weigh in day.

Weight 148.8lbs (45.5 pounds lost in total, approx. 40lbs since January)

Body Fat % was 32% is now 20%

Body Mass Index (BMI) was 30.6% it is now 24.8%

Total inches lost from bust, thighs, arms, hips, abdomen 24.75 inches.

My goal is 135-138lbs  10.8- 13.8lbs that I want to loose before my birthday.

Just to clarify: I did loose weight on APIDEXIN actually a large amount. When I stoped I did gain  weight back but I uped up diet and exercise to make up for it. All I am saying is no it was not for me. I didn't like the effects of the pill although I truly believe that the "side effects" means that the drug is working for your body, it is to be expected from the ingredients in the drug and  are actually quite normal for what is in Apidexin. I decided tho that I wanted to get healthy without the aid of this drug as the "side effects" was interfering with my everyday life along with my exercise routines (and along with me being a cranky, emotional, *i*ch lol:yum:)  My above results proves to me that I can do this. YES it takes a little more time, and hard work but in the end it is worth it!  Thanks everyone, just wanted to share my success.

Wow congrats Heavy! I bet you look great what with all the ab blasting and lunges!! :] I don't want to seem like a weirdo, but my tummy is shrinking!! yay! I looked in the morning and it's actually smaller! :] So, I'm definitely happy about that! I'm still on Apidexin and I think that the pill is making me feel a terrible sense of boredom, now. I used to be that one girl in class who raised her hand to answer every question and I've stopped doing that....either because I'm not paying attention, or I just don't want to. My professor pulled me aside and asked what's wrong!!! It was kinda embarrassing...I lied and said lack of sleep. ^__^ As for the side effects now I feel: Boredom (restlessness), fiddling with objects, shaky hands, some irritability (I have that undercontrol now...), and the occasional mood swings (From happy or normal to depressed...only lasts for a tiny while) I've started dancing like a nut in my dorm room for like 2 iPod songs (about 6-7 minutes) then I go on my 45 min. walk and drink lots of water throughout the day (still eating like every three hours). Oh, and I'm still lifting those books! :] Oooh I really can't wait to weigh myself! Good luck to all! :]

P.S.
I was poking around the nets and I found this website. I guess it lets you submit a picture of yourself and photoshops you to see what you would look like at your target weight....(for motivational purposes). I haven't tried it, but it could be fun...or give a laugh or two.

Thats great Ginny! I started just dancing around the house and anything for weights is good I have even used cans of soup, beans anything as that little extra bit of weight. I just finished my exercises here at work lol:yum: and I feel better more energy. When I was on this diet pill thats the first thing I said..my belly is shrinking lol I noticed thats where I dropped most of my weight which makes sence since on the site fatburner.net/fat-burners/apidexin/ it states:

(Ingredient in Apidexin)Fucoxanthin - Fucoxanthin is an all-natural carotenoid that has been shown in clinical studies to increase thermogenic activity in fatty cells concentrated in the abdominal area.

Well everyone good luck on your weight loss journey wish you all the best!

When the bottle runs out i want to buy the new pill. Does anyone know if they ship to Japan???????

thank you for your support. many people think because were in the miitary we can keep weight off easily. its almost the opposite. the cafateria offers hardly any  heathly choices and though we have vigours runs 3 days a week (5 miles or more) we are expected to work out on our own to maintain wieght. we are also not allowed to cook and have small fridges for fresh food. its even harder not being in the states the cost of fruit and veggies are much higher. ive always been big growing up but if i can succesfully lose 25lbs in 2 months i know i can do it now. i just want this pill as extra motivation.

its been a week since ive been taking this and ive lost 3 pounds . i have only done 30 mins of running around the block for 3 days out of the 7. im pretty impressed with these pills because i feel i have adjusted to them without having negative side effects.oh and these pills control my hunger, i eat once a day ( i know , its bad) but im not craving food like all the time like i used to. i drink lots of water and to me its a big change in my life because soda was my water my whole life ( and working for pepsi, i am surrounded by free drinks), and i feel full all day without losing energy.i hope everyone else is having a great experience like me.

Darren, 3 pounds in a week is great! Especially with no side effects! :] I still haven't weighed in, but I'll post as soon as I get the numbers. Eating only once a day is kinda bad....But, I'm probably in the same boat as you are. I only eat like 2 regular meals and have those low-fat snacks in between. I eat every three hours so I can keep my metabolism up and working! ^__^ Good luck Darren and thanks for the update!
OoRahUSMC20: I'm sorry, I haven't been on any of those pills...though I think I tried Hydroxycut, it was okay....I didn't really stick to diet pill plans after my initial weightloss. But, I'm pretty sure that any company is willing to ship anywhere in the world...it just might cost a little more. I know what you're talking about when you speak of cafeterias...I have one here, too. Omg the food is so processed... ugh. But, good luck with your weightloss and keep us updated!!
As for me, i've been on Apidexin for 10 days and I'm feeling okay. My shirts and pants are definitely looser. But it could all be in my head...hmm. :] I can't wait to get home and jump on that scale! Does anyone have any arm-sculpting exercises that can be done at home? My arms are flabby...haha thanks guys! Good luck to all!

im taking lipo 6 right now and this week i started off at 170 and im now down to 168. ive also lost a half inch around my waist.  i drink a half gallon of water a day and drink nothing else. i also keep a food and work out diary which helps me alot.

some good arm excersises that have good results:

take a 5lb weight (anything will work) and with both elbows by your ears at 90degree angle raise and lower up and down. aslo when your at home use your milk jug (anything with a decent weight) to do simple arm curls while watching t.v. These are two excersises that can be done at work or home in your spare time.
