Hello,
Ive been seeing this for a while now, they say it doesnt give you that crash, nor have harsh stimulants diguised as natural/herbal/drug free. Natural/oraganic can be dangerous too; a drug is a drug herbal or man made. I was really hesitant to use, but it seems to be okay, one cool affect is that it does curb my appetite and give me boost especially in evening to "push" me gently into doing my excersise.
Any one have any advise or warnings, I really feel like im doing  something "bad", like a drug or something. I have had many bad experiences with "energy" enhancers or diet suppliments, Im really sensitive and many make my heart race or get me really edgy, might as well do speed or other things like that. Many suppliments like guarana are very dangerous and Ive known many persons using them to have suffered badly even just drop dead, 2 of my past Drs. when they all of a sudden started getting in shape and taking diet aids that had a lot of stimulants to raise the metabolism.
Scary

I think I know what you are talking about and it is all natural. Mostly vitamins like b12. I doubt you have anything to worry about

I find that 5 hour energy tastes horrible  and is expensive. Around here they sell 2 for $6.00 so that is $3.00 per dosing.

I found something that works just as well and tastes great and is cheaper. It's call Ximo . I take drink it  every morning and I am good to go. I buy it by the 6 pack and they are 16 Oz. bottles. It makes it $$1.03 per ounce. That's a whole lot cheaper then 5 hour energy!

Ximo is great tasting, gives me energy, curbs my appetite too!

a friend of mine is a huge fan of 5 hour energy, she drinks it in place of red bull these days... (we go out dancing, and usually disco nap and show up at the clubs later).

as far as i know, its just loaded with b vitamins, but as mentioned above, it is a rather expensive little shot.

Personally, I take a multi vitamin with extra B6 and B12, as well as NaDH in the morning, and I feel like I've had at least one, if not 2 cups of coffee.... it's also a lot cheaper. You can also buy B12 dots in Vitamin Shoppe or GNC, those work as a great little boost when I need them.
