I know the old Hydroxycut had ephedra in it and well anything with ephedra worked great to completely curb hunger, give motivation to exercise, and of course get your heart racing. But alas people abused it so the FDA deemed it dangerous so it is no longer. Makes you wonder why alcohol hasn't been banned or greasy fast food?
Anyway I was wondering if anyone has used the current Hydroxcut that is ephedra free. As with many diet pill they claim great results based on two studies showing 12-14lbs lost on the ingredient in Hydroxycut compared to 3-4 lbs for people on placebo in 8 weeks time. This seems great to me and well if i can lose an additional pound a week by taking that product great.
I started taking it yesterday and didn't notice any side effects (makes me think it's not working) but has anyone else been taking this product? If so please share good or bad.

| Yeah, ended up buying it an using it for two weeks. Nothing happened that could be attributed to the supplement so I stopped taking it.

I been on and off the pill for a while, it actually helped me lose 10lbs...you have to take it like it's God. You cant miss taking the pill, you HAVE to take it according to the label to see results and of course you still need to work out and eat well... I eat whatever I want when I am on it and I lose weight BUT I do work out atleast one hour a day 5-6 days in a week. Although I have looked at top 10 diet pills and I found some that say work better than Hydroxycut and this is just a general top 10, so its not like its the company saying they are great they actually try it for consumer knowledge. So I am thinking of trying something new after my bottle w/hydroxy is done.
If any one know anything that works quickly pls msg me =)

| Is worth buying ? Do you receive pretty quick results why using it, im 17 and pretty decent shape, just need to lose about 20lbs or so, already loose 50lbs, these last few are kinda hard so im considering Hydroxycut, I work out with cardio everyday except the weekends and not eating to much, thats how I lost my weight before, so is hydroxycut gonna do the job for me ? Little help please, thank you !

probably not. what i see happening is that you buy it, drop maybe 3 lbs the first few days due to loss of water weight... and then that's it. over. fini.
really, keep working out, eat healthy, get nough sleep, be active and stay positive. noboidy said losing weight is easy.if it was easy, no body would be over weight. just stick with it! you will get there!!!!

| I have been taking hydroxycut and have had some good resuts so far. I think the stuff works but it helps to exercise, i took the old hydroxycut years ago with effedra and just sat at my desk and i didnt lose a pound. This time around and with the effedra free version, I am including some moderate exercise and a better overall diet. I like the feeling this time around. I am avoiding fatty foods, fast food, fried foods, salty foods, processed meats, so basically everything that tastes really good. I have added more fish, chicken, and nuts. So far so good. There are blogs all over for hydroxycut, some havs had great results others are not so much. Attached Image (viewed 1204 times):

I am a caffeine addict and a diet pill junkie, so I have a bottle of Hydroxycut of course. The only thing that's good about it for ME is the caffeine. So it may make you work out harder/longer, but that's about it. Might as well just buy a bottle of caffeine pills (which I have )
