| I tried to find some reviews online but all I could seem to find were advertisements. I was wondering if anyone here has used it and if so did it affect their appetite? Or have any stimulant side effects?

I've heard of that stuff...I also heard it was a big scam. You never know who to trust these days but tea doesn't sound like it would be bad in that it would have serious side effects. I just have a hard time believing that it would help you much. I don't think it would hurt to try it, if it's not that expensive.
If you have serious doubts however, maybe try another tea product first, green tea. It makes you feel great and since I started drinking it and taking some suppliments, I'm thinking it's helped my metabolism speed up (which was what I really needed after months of crash-dieting).

| Yes, I'm trying to replace my daily coffee with Green tea. Which isn't too hard because I like most kinds of tea. I believe the Wu-Long tea is supposed to supress your appetite. WHich I guess I don't really need since I eat like 5 times a day. My problem is with WHAT I eat more than being hungry. Given the choice between carrot cake and carrots...well you can guess who wins that one..

Oh great! Thanks to you I want carrot cake now lol .
Anyway, seeing as how being hungry all the time isn't a problem for you, then I wouldn't suggest the tea. Now it's just a matter of rethinking what it is you eat. This problem is easier to solve then constant hunger is, but it's not going to be easy. Hopefully you get vegetables, fruits, and all that good stuff in your diet already. It's just a matter of making those more frequent and slowly eliminating all that other stuff. Try to narrow down your selection of sweets to one little cheat/treat per day. Try not to let it be something you're dying for...let it be something of a reward for the hopefully good work you do eating healthier!
Hopefully this helped you if you're serious about becomming healtheir and/or losing body fat. And don't think you have to completely shun junk food like the plague. You can still find sweet little alternatives. Do you like cappacinos? There's this powder you can buy that's super low calorie and mix it with milk...omg 1 glass a day is like 1 glass of heaven. It's so so so so sooooooooo good!!!
