Last year I went down 6 pant sizes in a three or four months by taking carb blockers. I took gymnema sylvestre, vanadyl sulfate, and/or Phase 2 enzyme (white kidney bean extract) before eating anything carby.

After that it sort of plateued off and I wandered away from the habit. They worked out to be good supplements for me but, because of the pills, I gave myself permission to cheat too often and that wasn't good, especially since I'm allergic to wheat.

I just thought I'd throw that out there.

:)

you said you were taking three different types. Were they all at once or did you try them at different times. Looking at buying tablets based on phase2. how strict was your diet and exercise? i have been previously told that they dont work and all evidence is based on animal trails?

I usually took the gymnema sylvestre and vanadyl sulfate together and at other times took the Phase 2, although I did buy some pills that had all three and they worked fine as well. I did absolutely nothing different besides the carb blockers...my eating and exercise habits were atrocious.
