Hi,

I was wondering if any women out there have tried the 24hr fat burning system called Six-Pack for women. It's manufactured by Precision Sports Supplements. I tried to look for some reviews online but there is absolutely none - not even on the websites that sell the product. I guess that's because it's still fairly new. I did end up buying it the other day and have started on the recommended dosage yesterday. These pills have a LOT of caffeine stimulants and I'm experiencing slight infrequent pains on the left side of my chest which is making me worry about heart failure risks (although I'm only 22 years old). I was wondering if anyone else who is currently using thermogenic fat burners is experiencing any side effects. I've used Lean System 7 before without any side effects and now I'm thinking I should have bought it instead of this new product. Any feedback on your experiences would be greatly appreciated!

After stopping taking any fat burners, you won't necessarily gain the weight back if you resume a healthy diet. Most people who say they've gained their weight back must have binged or not kept up their diet and exercise regime when they stopped taking the pills.

I've used Trimspa and Lean System 7 and they did speed up my weight loss (especially Lean System 7). The reason why I gained some weight back had nothing to do with getting off the pills but rather more because of poor eating habits.

It's not a good idea to keep taking thermogenic fat burners for a prolonged period of time. You body will develop a dependence (like with any other drug) and you'll only be wasting your time and money taking more pills. That's why, I read, it's a good idea to stop for awhile and then resume taking them (provided you still have some weight to lose).

I actually just started taking Six-Pack 2 days ago. I stopped before because the chest pains were worrying me. However, I went to my doctor and he said they were absolutely safe to take. My body is quite sensitive to caffeine so at times I get slight discomfort only because of the stimulant effects. So far I've had no adverse effects and the chest pains have disappeared. I intend to finish the full 2-bottle system and hopefully see some results.

Hope I helped clear up some things for you.

Good luck,

Joey

Caffeine based diet pills are VERY dangerous and if you are experiencing chest pain you should stop taking them, I would recommend taking them back to the store where you purchased them and explaining the dangerous side effect you are having and asking for your money back.
