Hey, I am new to this forum and had a question about CLA- I have heard a lot about "Totalin." Does it work?? I'm not interested in diet pills b/c of the bad side effects.

I've been on CLA for about a month now, with nothing to report. I understand that I have to be on it about 6 weeks before I see anything, but how am I supposed to know since I just started dieting and exercising? sigh. At least GNC here has a 100% money back guarantee.
To answer your question, I have heard that it works, yes, on midsection fat. That doesn't mean that it will work for you. It also means that it may work for you. I have realized after years and years of trying different things that what works for one person may not work for another...that seems to go along with the exercise and dieting thing: one size does NOT fit all.

I bought Revolution Lifetsyle Abdominal Cuts, which is CLA mixed with some other stuff. It cost me something like $50 and did not do a thing :( I was hoping to just boost my weight loss a bit. I started at 127 and have gotten to 120 in about 10 days, but that was after stopping the CLA. Weird, huh

| I took take CLA from GNC and it does work. I haven't noticed change on the scale but my pants feel more comfortable. I have been taking it for like 2 months and make sure the CLA is at least 1000mg and take it 2 times a day. I take it 2 times a day at 4 caps total. great stuff. I don't know the rest but for me CLA 500 works perfect. It's amazing but if you do some exercises, ok?
the best that I love from this is that you can buy it, use a %25 without risks because if it's not ok for you, you can return used and they return the money.
SOmeboy told me and I bought it at quixtar.com,"search" for 'CLA 500'. I registered and used this IBO_number:5277668 and this Key:O'H that a friend gave me. lOOK FOR THE INFO AND COMPARE WITH OTHER CLA.
Good luck
Me:-)

| The result from CLA cannot be seen in a short term. It takes time. Also, CLA alone won't do anything of course. Eat healthy and do regular exercise. That's it!

I agree - CLA takes a little time like anything else. Excercise and a healthy diet certainly go a long way. I would certainly try CLA along with some low calorie protien drinks and Wulong tea. I got some great protein powder from GNC called Myoplex Light - it has a lot less calories than the standard Myoplex and the same amount of protien.
I use Wulong tea from BestWulong.com and have had great success with that too. As far as supplements go, I would certainly listen to the people in this forum - I have spent a lot of time reading and taking advice before spending my money on some of these products.
For me, CLA, Myoplex light, BestWulong.com tea, excercise and not having that piece of cake for desert have combined to drop me from 240 to 184 in the last year. It is not one thing, but a comprehensive strategy. Lots of things help but nothing as much as developing a plan and sticking to it.
Good luck and I wish you all the success in the world!
Bill
