I started taking this protein shake for breakfast two weeks ago, and am following a low-carb diet. I T-Tapp a few times a week, and I try to walk/run at least 30mins everyday.
Tomorrow is my second weigh-in since I started, but I couldn't wait so I hopped on the scale today. :P
I stared out on the 11th of July at 168lbs (I'm 5'7'')
I am now 160!
AND, when I measured last Tuesday (july 18th) I lost 3''!
I measure again tomorrow, and I am hoping for similar results.

I'm so pumped!!
This stuff is GREAT

Well, I continue to LOVE this shake!

I have a fairly bad habit of cheating on my "diets", and that hasn't changed since starting this shake!
In the past two weeks, I've had loads of icecream, pizza, chinese twice, subway, fried foods, Wendy's, Eastside Mario's, chips and dip, and lots of beer!
However, I've learned that I can still enjoy all of those things IN MODERATION. I don't eat take-out everyday, my usual dinner (I have a shake for both breakfast and lunch) is a low-carb meal such as veggies with chicken, fish or a small steak. But every few days, I go to the pub and get some finger foods with my friends, or BBQ and have a few beers, or go to Canada's Wonderland and get some oinion rings and a burger!

Since starting this plan, I've lost 10 lbs...I'm finally in the 150's and I couldn't be happier!

This is something that finally compliments my need to have fun with food and not count endless calories, and obsess about having too many beers...
I feel GREAT physically, and mentally - my self-esteem and self-worth is going up, and I'm very excited to feel comfortable in my own skin again.
I will continue with this way of living for a LONG time - it really works for me

Thanks, and good luck to everyone

Edit: I'm also down 5 more inches from last time!

Yes, a good meal replacement shake can help keep up regular meals without getting you into trouble! Some of the advantages of this are explained on the page where I recommend another shake product:

Glad it's working for you!

I'm trying to lose the "chub" that I accumulated....LOL but I'll try to keep you posted....Happy losing:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

It's been a LONG time since I've last been on this forum!

I ordered more shake a few days ago and plan on starting it as soon as it arrives! I'm down to 149lbs right now, but I haven't been using the shake in MONTHS (since I finished the last can in Sept.)
I will post my stats and my success (since with this shake, I KNOW there will be some!)

Good Luck to everyone!

First week, down 4lbs!
I'm on my second week of low-carb meals and snacks and the shake for breakfast and sometimes lunch too.
I do T-Tapp Basic workout for 15 minutes, plus I walk to and from work 3x a week (20mins there, and 20mins back)

AND I cheated with a grilled chicken and veg burrito and a pork and veg burrito (home-made; my partner is a Chef) this past weekend (the torrillas are loaded with carbs)
:D

I also took my measurements this week, so I'll measure again next week, weigh-in, and provide an update

Good Luck everyone!

Update :)

Well, I haven't been exercising HALF as much as I did the first time I took the shake. I want to start running again if the weather ever gets NICER! It's been miserable, and I've been lazy :) (and I cheated a few times with beer and chips)

BUT- - In the past 3 weeks, I've lost 4" and 8lbs!

I'm hoping when I start running it will fall off a little quicker, but I'm still happy!!

I'll post again in a week or so...

Good luck to everyone

Still taking the shake, still cheating with carbs! haha

I'm doing T-Tapp more regularly now, which helps, and right now, I'm 140lbs!

I started the shake beginning of April, and am down 10 lbs. I think it's GREAT since I really don't have much more to lose, being 5'7''.
I'm REALLY excited to see the 130's within the next few days! I'll be buring more calories just by running all over the house with joy! (I haven't seen the 130's in years!)

I'll post again in a week or so:)

Good luck everyone!
