Hey, I'm new to this forum. :P
I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Burn 60 - good or bad. I tried googling for reviews, but there is only limited information about the effects. Anything will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

| I'm taking it, too, but only for a week so far. Any progress with it?

I've been using GNC Burn 60 for the last 3 weeks, results have been alright. The noticeable difference in my cardio workouts (post workout) is that I'm sweating alot more. Even a few hours after, I'm still perspiring. As a result, I've losted probably a few more pounds without taking it. The only BIG difference I see in this product versus Zantrex-3, Hydroxycut (first generation), and EAS Thermo something is not having that "caffiene high" With this product I don't feel jittery at all. It has suppressed my appetite somewhat too.
3 weeks I've lost 2-3 lbs. YMMV.

| Well I have only one pill left in my bottle, and i'm not sure if I lost a couple pounds because of working out hard, because of the pill, or both. So I suppose I'll keep buying it because worse case, I will burn a few extra calorie! Thanks!!! Oh and you're right - there are no jittery side-effects which is wonderful!

Just to clarify, I consistently drink fluids before, during, and after workouts. In fact I drink about 8-12 12oz servings of water a day. I weigh myself before workouts.
Update: Since my last posting, I've losted about 2lbs more. However I have increased my cardio by 25-30%. So in all honesty my weight loss maybe mostly attributed to increased physical activity.

I have been taking the Burn 60 for a few months. I love it! I've lost about 10 pounds in one month using it, and with no side effects. I feel more focused to work out, and it's working out great for me. I reccommend it to anyone interested in fat burners.
I actually work at GNC and we are trained on this product. It's one of the best that GNC has to offer. It is supposed to make you sweat more by heating your body up. The harder you have to work to cool down the more calories you burn. Stick with it, and it's supposed to boost energy and metabolism. Can't beat that right?

i have been taking it for 8 days and i gained 3 lbs =( i don't know why because my workout and diet have been pretty much the same since i started taking burn 60.
i usually take it in the morning before my workout (either strength training or interval cardio). i noticed that it gives me a rush of energy all day, which is pretty good because i work out at 7am. before i took burn 60, i'd be really sleepy by lunch time. like others, burn 60 didn't make my heart palpitate or give me insomnia. (however, on the 6th day, i did have one episode of nearly blacking out while i was walking on the street. but i don't know if it was because of burn 60... although i've never had that happen before)
a lot of my friends have taken it and they've lost weight without exercising. i think burn 60 probably doesn't work as well for someone who's already working out. but i'll keep taking it cause i like the energy boast.

| A friend who works for GNC is kinda using me as her new guinea pig for burn 60 she gave me a workout plan to try for a month and frankly speaking its working pretty well i took 2 pills 30mins at 8 in the morning before a full gym workout for about 30mins and i still feel like i have the strength to go for another round... Its about 930 at night right now and just about the right time for tiredness to kick in which it is... This pill provides the strength and endurance after a workout to last the whole day and doesnt have the insomnia effect... Last edited on 18 Jan 2010 11:09 am by

| I wish I would have known about this product. The one I am using has whey in it and I may have an allergy or sensitivity to it. I will have to look - but does anyone know of GNC's return policy?
