Peter,
I really love the Slimbody Matrix Shakes that I ordered through this site. I usually have the Strawberry Banana with a cup of frozen strawberries for breakfast...it's like having a strawberry shake! Yummmmm:yumm: And I love the Chocolate Caramel to make Nevd's protein bar recipe. I don't think I can do without it.
My question is this...now that I want to re-order, do I have to do it in a specific way for this site to get credit? Will it automatically happen on subsequent orders or re-orders? Or do I order from this site each time, like I was a new customer? Pat

| I tried those shakes once and I also loved the Chocolate one! But I`m afraid you can`t keep going eating JUST those shakes for quite long!

I don't use them as a meal plan I couldn't exist on a liquid diet....I like to eat too well!
It says right on the containers that they are not intended to replace all your meals or something like that. They are only intended to supplement...use in place of a high calorie snack.
I use them for a snack and a way to get more protein in my diet, being I don't eat much meat. I also use the chocolate and chocolate caramel flavors in Nevd's recipe for Chocolate-Banana Oat cakes (protein bar recipe in the recipe section of this site), like I said in my above post.
