| My gym sells this stuff it's supposed to promote muscular energy and aid in fat metabolism. It's a vegetarian diet supplement. I've been wondering if it really works? It's 15 calories and you take it twice a day and it's 4 carbs. Just wondering if it really works help burn the fat and will help me lose the weight.
