Congratulations my friend!!!!!

Keep at it and remember that all of us are a family who support each other! thanks for sharing your story.

Mines was always backwards though. I was always skinny as a kid and in my teens. So I shyed away from girls and group activities that required me to goto a pool  or remove my clothes.

But after trial and error I started learning about how the body manages weight and I also looked online and asked around in Gyms , heck even well looking guys and gals in the streets just advice on how they maintain and look like they do.

And ijust tried hard to apply what they did in a way that I can do it my speed. So far I feel much better about myself. PPl always say beauty is skin deep. but sometimes just KNOWING AND FEELING you look better makes THAT much of a difference in yourself of steam and attitute in other things.

My grades even went up and know Im more confident in things I do. I dont get afraid when challenges come up in life .  my #1 tip!?

You can do anything when you tell yourself it over and over! You are your best friend, and your BEST friend will never let you down! And your Best friend will Never Let YOU , LET yourself down!  :)

Congrats my friend and please continue to stride in your efforts! thats why this place is so great!  Ur stories make everyone get a digital pat on the back! which motivates everyone.

Good job! :)

Both for adults and children obesity is the main cause of death all over the world. In fact it is considered to be one of the most serious health problems prevalent in the 21st century. As a result the medical experts are constantly harping on the importance of health loss to counter obesity.

There are several yoga poses that are considered to be useful in obesity. Some of the effective yoga poses that you could practice include:

  • Paschimotannasana
  • SaralHastaBhujangasana
  • Halasana
  • Trikonasana
  • ArdhaMatsyendrasana
  • Sarvangasana
  • Dhanurasana
  • Veerasana

The gourmet diet - how you can enjoy any quantity of food without gaining weight

A gourmet is a person who knows how to derive pleasure from food.

I am a gourmet.

Like any gourmet, I long faced the problem that indulging in the pleasures of food and drink tends to cause weight gain.

It's really quite stupid to be fat.

Anyway, you can easily avoid it.

Because the pleasures of food are almost exclusively in the mouth.

Some things that taste great have a detrimental effect on the brain: wine and cognac, for example.

Some fats in great tasting food can cause heartburn.

Some cheeses that taste like heaven are followed by migraine as #%@&!.

After enjoying great tasting roasts made with garlic, you just stink.

From many excellent Indian curries, many people get diarrhea.

Chocolate in substantial quantity causes constipation.

Fall for spicy chili con carne, and be annoyed by a burning sensation around your anus upon discharge.

I could go on and on. So many food items have a negative impact. And all of them have the power to make you fat.

But all these problems are solved in the most elegant fashion if a gourmet follows the Serge Kreutz diet advice.

Because practically all foods that have a negative impact do so only if you swallow them.

And the gourmet pleasure really only is in the mouth.

Yes, I know, gut geschissen ist besser als schlecht gefickt. But that's beside the gourmet point.

The Serge Kreutz gourmet diet is based on a simple but convincing idea: spit it, don't #%@&! it.

I personally do not believe in these new 15 min workout plans that everyone is trying to sell today. I never really learned how to manage my body until I got to college. I just watched people and what they did and I transformed my body. And you are right.... everything just feels better once you are happy with your body

Bro MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! You should be really proud of yourself, When you lose weight you naturally hit a plateau so knowing that in advance here are the main reasons people hit it, hope this helps you NOT to hit a plateau :)

People Hit Plateaus from..

(1) Not eating within 30 mins of waking. (if this is a struggle you can have a low carb 30g protein shake) As long as you have at least 30g of protein for breakfast you will be cool

(2) Not eating enough protein at meals. The golden rule is at least 20g of protein at every meal.

(3) Not drinking enough water. Aim for 2 - 3 litres per day.

Hope this helps!!!!!

Also..

The number of mitochondria in your muscle tissue largely determines your rate of sustained fat loss. So targeted exercise, just 20 minutes per week, will often double fat loss thats plateaued.

Some of us do not prefer to take the diet pills for weight loss, because they are not considered to be safe for health. To lose the weight there are various types of diet plan. Diet doc at HCG help a lot to get the good diet plan which can help to reduce the 1 lb weight per day.

Diet pills aren't all created equal. There are many that are very dangerous on the market, and the pharmacuetical pills are extremely dangerous as they don't allow you do absorb or digest fat, big mistake. There are natural products I have used with patients that work well, and are very natural and safe, and give great results.
