I am wondering if freezing vitamins is an effective to prolong their life.  Does anyone know if it is okay to freeze vitamins such as multi vitamins, b-complex, etc.?

I don't know, but if you did you would want to thoroughly warm them to room temp before opening them or water would condense on them and that would affect them.

Mike, I believe putting fat soluble vitamins like vitamin E, D and Fish oil in the fridge is a good idea. Some people report less fishy burping when they put fish oil in the fridge.

Most vitamins have a pretty good shelf life so refrigerating is probably not needed but it will not hurt them
