That reminds me of my first full year at the gym (2005), I actually gained weight that year. I was not monitoring what I ate and you cannot outtrain a #%@&! diet. To lose weight you need to create a calorie deficit. Think of it as 80% diet and 20% exercise. The tutorial is a great intorduction to the topic - read it: http://www.thelegacywebsite.com/tutorial.php

Yes I do have experienced that myself!
To me reducing our weight by taking diet pills is not the way out.
I would rather prefer to trim my fat down in a natural way by proper and constant workout. Correct diet is also one of the main key factors to success. And right now, I start to see some results myself.
Just to share more, I just found this site bit[dot]ly/FatLossWar2 (Fat Loss Wars in Facebook Fanpage) which shares great information on fat loss and diet stuff. The group seems to be very active and willing to share.
What do you think about this site?
Hope this helps.

Hey, first off congratulations on even working out! A lot of people are just too lazy and don't want to get up and do it. I found it difficult at first as well but realised that if I want to do something I'd have to find the motivation to do it. Are you eating properly? Sometimes working out alone isn't the answer.. trust me I know from experience lol. I used to eat so much junk and exercise but realised that eating healthy and exercising go hand in hand. As for the weight loss pills I don't think it is a bad idea. I read the Slim9 review and heard it was really good. I ended up trying it out and I lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks. So if you want to try it out I say do it, if not then just keep up with what you are doing with working out!
Hope this helped, and good luck

Off course its a combination of 80% diet and 20% exercise as exercise is of no use is you are eating lots n lots of calories....
just eat proper diet and exercise daily... n you will loose your weight for sure....

Diet pills are so scary. I totally understand your frustration over working out so hard and not seeing the results you want. But, even though you haven't lost weight, do you feel better? Do your clothes fit better or is your breathing easier? Those are also signs of becoming healthier.
I watch these exercise tip videos from trainers who workout the big stars in Hollywood -- I know, kind of silly, right?--but I always hear them talking about "shocking" your body with exercise and diet. They say you should do some major high intensity resistance training for a few weeks straight while cutting out all processed foods (wheat, grains, dairy, and even diet pills) and this should jumpstart your weight loss. My mom, who is in her 50's, 5'4", and is nearing 200 pounds, has started this routine and says that while the first few workouts were near death inducing, she stuck with it and is starting to see a real difference. She was also a big diet pill user and has since abandoned that strategy for this one. Isabel De Los Rios' site has some really good information on this subject--as well as a few articles on exercises, recipes, and why diet pills don't work.
Just please don't use diet pills. They're only a band-aid and don't work your heart, your lungs, your muscles, or your mental health towards proper exercise or nutrition.

For the most part Diet Pills are a waste of time. They keep putting out pills and supplements because they know people are looking for an easier way to loose weight. It is very simple. You must consume less calories than your body uses to loose weight. How you get there is up to you. There are tricks that help the process work better. Probably the single best trick is to split up your daily calorie intake so that you are eating about every 2 hours. The more often you eat the higher your metabolism will be. " FEED THE FURNACE". the best weight loss program is to commit yourself to loose weight.... as only a bit of distraction can ruin your weight loss plan....
follow basic steps like consume healthy diet, drink a lot of water, exercise daily....

Natural ways are always the best to follow but in case you are not able to get results and your weight problem persists, it is good to choose a diet pills that work but under your physician guidance.Follow the guidelines and you would see the positive results.

| I'm no doc, but if you haven't altered your lifestyle to a way that you understand why you're gaining weight and all the aspects around it, even if you can find that magic pill, once you stop taking it, you will just gain the weight right back. The biggest thing is to just nail down the diet, but this often is the most difficult as well

I've been using super slimmer diet pill. I found it doing a search in bing and something really attracted me to it! it said that besides losing weight it helped you clear you liver, eyesight and liver. It also stated that you will not lose muscle tone but only fat.
so far I have been using it for a month and i cant be happier. it really does work and I have more energy than ever before.
I have lost close to 18 lbs but most important I havent had any side effects at all. At first I was a little skeptical buying this new product but the site of the corporation that sells them partners with major companies and agencies that promote/safeguard customer security. Im glad I tried them.
I've posted that in another discussion. I think you have to find the right diet pill for you and one that's natural with no side effects!
hope this helps...sometimes we lose sight of things. We want to lose weight but most important we want to get healthier.

Diet pills are not a good way to loose weight. They will help you to loose for some time. When you will stop taking these pills then you will gain weight again.I must say you should try to loose naturally like running, swimming, gym etc.If you are not getting results from gym, try to change your exercise and also diet plays an important role to loose weight.

Maybe because what you are exercising is really not suitable for you. You can do some aerobic exercises which is free. And of course you must have a food plan before you start eating in a day.
