Presumably it has previously been used in the context of swearing and Peter saw fit to add it to the list.
Incidentally I've now discovered I can use the same functionality to automatically make it impossible for people to post specific internet links, automatically replacing them with something else

Hey all
I am a Beachbody Coach and I love shakeology. It makes losing weight a lot easier and it taste so good..It stops your cravings and it has a lot of the nutrients that you can't get anywhere else

Personally I do not think its worth the money and it doesn't taste good either.
Take what the shakeology coaches say with a grain of salt also - anybody can be a shakeology coach, even those with no health /fitness education.
