I think you know that your weight is unacceptable to you and any other honest person. Chances are you eating as much as your BF but male have a higher metabolic rate and he may be very very active.
As a general rule women need to eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. Stop being stupid and to that.
Your Basal Metabolic rate is about 2000 calories a day. If you eat and that level you will lose 2 pounds per week initially. As you drop the weight your metabolism will slow. That is normal and a good thing.
Eat 6 meals a day than contain the proper amount of fiber and protein. Find out what that is and report back and I will let you know if you got it right.
