OK...so I'm 21, 5'4 and 74kg...overweight by at least 12kg.
I was 85 and went down to 67kg but gained it all back with my student/sedentary lifestyle, its no excuse..so I've been trying to get off my #%@&! and do at least an hour of cardio every day.
Being a geek, I've also researched foods / created my own diet plan. Just need help tweaking it (if it needs any tweaking). Also, I have found out that if i eat the same every day it would be much easier for me to follow the diet than to change recipes.
Wake up at 9am
9.30am - Skimmed Milk with Special K
12.30pm - Two Oranges.
2.30pm - a good serving of broccoli, cabbage and carrots (steamed) with a little bit of baked beans (canned) and grilled chicken breast with onions and mushrooms.
5pm - Apple
8.30 - 9.30pm - Cardio / Core Strengtheners & Push-ups
10pm - Lettuce, Tomato and half a small tuna can. one tablespoon olive oil.
Sleep at 1am (roughly)
I've been meaning to try and follow this..how fast results will it get me? I'm planning to lose 6kg per month at least.
Also, I was thinking about taking a picture of me right now in shorts...and taking one in the next 60 days and put it on here just to show progress...

Also, this is my current lifestyle - sit on my #%@&! all day doing nothing except go to class (more sitting), i do however drink 2 litres of water every day but my diet is full of butter, bread, pasta and sweets.

| If you are looking for a critique of the food: I'd lose the olive oil; the morning cereal is OK if you really want it but the bottom line is that it is refined carbs and milk so you could make healthier choices if you are not married to eating "traditional breakfast foods" (for example there is no rule saying you can't eat vegetables, beans or a sweet potato for breakfast). The key is to stay satisfied (not hungry). Personally I think you have more of a plan than most people so it is a good start.

What I am saying in your diet is a lack of good carbohydrates, we have had some girls on our ditch the diet page on fb or can contact us at ditchthediet1@hotmail.com. You need carbs to give you energy and to not be lethargic. Carbs are def not the enemy you just need to know when and how to eat them. Plus good carbs are low gi which means you feel fuller for longer xxx
Anymore info please contact us x
