Does anyone has a theory if the "Energy" of the spirit of us (if you believe that) or simply the Aura that FAT PEOPLE is alter by all the FAT in the skin?
If Energy is conducive with water, when matter is thicker, wouldn't energy got stock in the FAT and wouldn't be irradiated OUTSIDE of the body. Maybe that's why we actually see BEAUTY as someone lean, because we FEEL and or see the light/energy coming out of their bodies. And fat people would be less light.
So being lean is not "in fashion" but actually is energy/light/beauty...
any thoughts...
I'm new here, I am trying to gather all the blunt answers I can get, as I am starting my diet tomorrow, and I desiring to have as many perspectives and reasons why humans should be very lean. Because I tend to lose focus on my diet. But this chat room seems to be as BLUNT as it gets...
