Hey guys. Im so lazy and I am not sure how to get motivated. Im eating myself to death. I work and watch tv. I like to lay around all day and eat junk food. I am so fat and I am afraid I wont be able to stop the fat from killing me.

You referred to yourself 9 times. You have a lot of ego, more precisely id happening. Ego is a balance of id and super ego. Your super ego attempts to control the id. Your super ego is on vacation.
A baby is all id until they develop a super ego. Like a child you want what you want when you want it.
In the simple terms terms you are a glutton. Don't take this as an insult. Calling a drunk a drunk is not an insult. It's the truth. When the drunk admits he's a drunk that is the first step towards reform.
You are a glutton and as such food means more to you than anything else. I can help you change that. You showed up here and that's a good step. We will help you.
What is your age, weight, height and gender?
We know all the usual reasons why people want to lose weight and cease their gluttony. Your next step is to list as many altruistic reasons as you can for why you want to regain your health. Go for it.

Get your fat self up and start being active! You slob! yo will never get thin by wearing a sombrero. Go for long walks then start running.

I know it's so hard to get motivated. What I did was join a fun exercise class and start a diet plan with my friend. I joined aerobic exercise class like cycling or zumba and we motivated each other to come everyday. We worked out an eating plan where we only ate low-calorie foods like oatmeal, salads, carrots, and whole wheat pasta. Hope that helps.
