I need a good routine workout and eating I need to lose weight I don't want to be over weight ANY more I feel disgusted. I didn't choose to weigh this much it's because I was lazy :nono: I want to change NOW please help!

Can you find the RMR calculator on our website? (under 'Calories Burned Calculator'). What is your unadjusted RMR?

Can you design yourself a daily menu plan that will be that many calories, and yet be plenty of food and keep you from being hungry? Diet is the priority.

For workouts - are you familiar with strength training? do you have access to equipment (at home or in a gym)? Twice a week is a good start. Other workouts can be 'cardio' (on most days of the week)
