| I need to lose 30 lbs my goal was by 50....I'll be 53 in April....I need help advice...anything.

Here is the safe sane and effective way to lose weight.
1. Calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate.
2. Eat that many calorie every day and obtain those calories from mostly from plant based complex carbohydrates, 60% - 70% Then eat .5 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Note there are 4 calories in a gram of protein. Get the rest of the calories from healthy fats like fish oil, canola oil and olive oil or avocados.
3. Lose no more than 1 pound per 100 pounds of body weight.
4. Don't whine!
This is honest and fool proof.
