There are people in the world starving and you eat too much everyday.

There are people who are sick and deformed through no fault of their own but you are destroying your body with you food lust.

You don't respect your body and your loved ones so why should I respect you?

You can eat responsibly but you choose not to do so.

You disrespect your family.

You cheat on your spouse with food so don't whine if he/she cheats on you.

It's time for you to think about the consequences of your actions.

1. You are unfit to serve your country.

2. You are a bad role model for your kids.

3. If you are a pregnant woman you have put your child at a a distinct disadvantage by being fat.

4. You are a less productive worker

5. Your spouse deserves a healthy mate

This is not meant to make you feel bad about yourself. This is meant to make you feel bad about your selfish behavior. Grow up and STOP BEING FAT!:pig:

This is really a bad example of support in my opinion. I wish the moderator would cut out the degrading input from people like this.

Bite me!

It's not degrading it's the truth. You don't need support, you need to lose the fattitude.

Kay, don't let him get to you. The more effort you put into weight loss/health, the less stuff like this will bother you. I especially recommend weight training because there's an awesome confidence boost in seeing new muscle definition show up and feeling stronger. I actually (but in good fun/ cheek) told my husband "don't mess with me, I work out!" He loved it, LOL.

Some fatlings take themselves way too seriously. They don't see the tongue in cheek nature to this and they are full of ____ and phony moral outrage.
