I feel the need to bust a rhyme. Feel free to add a boom shakka lakka between stanzas.

The Boot Camp Is Open For Business!

You're dying
There's no denying
Stop the crying
And stop the lying (to yourself)

Early grave
Rant and rave
For the save
You must behave

I ain't Shawn Hannity
And I ain't no manatee
So stop the insanity
And the shameless vanity

The fat has piled
Don't go wild
Or riled
Like a child

You waddle
I don't coddle
Baby bottle
Fashion model

It's your fault
Not the salt
Put a halt
To the double malt

Stop talking
Start walking
You're hulking
Stop balking

Boom Shakka Lakka! Bossa Nova! Yo!

If you are going to come here to whine about how mean I am please don't. People are dying. If you want to talk smak about me there are other forums on CPH in which you can do that and I will probably ignore most it unless I feel like laying the smack down on your candy azz.

Lives will be saved.

This is serious business and it is not just about the fact that you are eating yourselves into and early grave.

JSABD drops the mic, drops and does 20 one armed push ups, tears open his shirt Hulk Hogan style, women swoon, tosses shirt into the crowd and exits stage right.

We share some musical taste (George Harrison, The Beatles), but I've never liked rap. Sorry!

You know that's not the goal. The goal is to avoid an early grave and become good nutritional role models for our kids.

Are you still swooning over my picture? I understand. Swoon away.

Where is your picture that says TheAntiTroll? And my body fat percentage is around 7 right now. Only ego maniacs post picture of themselves pumped.

OK DUDE, let's see your photo. I won't be holding my breath.  Think of a good excuse for why you won't post it. Get some liposuction and learn photo shop then most it.

You aren't even a good troll.

...And if you smell what the Rock is cookin it is probably lean proteins and veggies along with fruits and complex carbs.

This is what the Rock is cookin and eating and what a simple meal to prepare. Grilled or pan seared salmon on a Romaine lettuce leaf with tomatoes,  carrots and peppers. Around 300 calories so you can have a whole wheat roll, glass of wine and some sorbet for desert. YUM! Now go for a brisk walk after supper and you have burned it all up.

Calories burned with Walking 5.0 Mph

544 calories per hour

Assuming a body weight of: 150 lbs

If you don't do this the Rock has a room for you hand it is not at the Smackdown Hotel it is in the intensive care ward at your local heart surgery center.
