It is sad that sometimes the fire to lose weight only burns temporarily and it will fade with time.
How you do keep up the momentum when losing weight is one arduous long journey ?

1) affirmations (worked for me even if I couldn't make myself do them daily)
2) every 10 days I listen to a motivating podcast (I would like to continue following Dr Joel Fuhrman - author of bestselling book 'Eat To Live' - so I listen to one of his podcasts on rotation). I find that it reminds me why I eat the way that I do!

environment is stronger than willpower...
people tend to mellow down with the environment they are in...
