Why winter diet is the most difficult?

There is a sense that the winter diet harder than diet summer, you try to explain!


In cold weather there is an essential need a higher amount of energy in food (to raise the temperature of the body).

 

Cold weather hinders also physical activity (no desire to go out and Running,......), and so less than the amount of energy that is incinerated.


Baggy winter clothes tend to hide flaws building the body, which in turn reduces again of motivation for the winter diet.


Low temperatures significantly reduces the desire to eat fresh vegetables.

Despite the difficult winter diet as possible:

 

 

Remember that food does not warm the body (even if it's hot), but mainly provides energy

Therefore, the best way already to deal with feeling cold

Is drinking hot drinks,  Wear appropriate clothing and heating increase.
