Hi, I am looking for someone who would like to be a diet buddy, even if it's just through email/text. So, I suppose with that said, the person could be from anywhere, not necessarily Minnesota!
I had lost 50 pounds before my sons wedding. But now I find myself backsliding. I do better with some encouragement, a solid plan and scheduling when I do exercise.
I am very willing to support someone in their weight loss if they can be there for me as well. Thanks so much!!
