Hello everyone, this is kushi. I am 5'2 and weigh around 148...I have always maintained healthy weight but after my visit to India in 2011...I have gained a lot of weight.I have recently decided that i will take the initiative and do something good for my health and my mind. I always used to weigh around 118 to 120 pounds and a healthy BMI. I want to lose 25 pounds and I would like your support and motivation.

I would also like to slim down to 120 pounds and am planning on getting to it tomorrow. i plan to do cardio 3 times a week and toning 3 times a week, at least- I need some motivation and I?é??d like to be your diet buddy.
right now my motivation is to stick to my plan until xmas to see if i can lose a few pounds and look good for the xmas meal with my boyfriends family (his sister is always putting me down so I?é??d like to look great to get back at her xd)

how was your body when you were at 120? i ask because im the same height and would like to get down to that weight.

Losing weight is a matter of simple arithmetic.

Eat fewer calories than you burn off and you will lose weight.
Eat more calories than you burn off and you will gain weight.

try eating 6 small meals a day, drink lots of water, eat only healthy foods, find out how much your body needs a day, don't over eat don't eat to low. keep track on what you eat work out at least 30 mins a day 5 or 6 days a week. it's hard at first but when you get used to it, it become easier.
