Hello all,

I am 29 years old.  I lost a lot of weight about 5 years ago on Weight Watchers.  I then went back to school to get my doctorate and gained everything back while in school.  I have finally graduated and am working again.  I am ready to lose weight.  I started WW again on their new plan but wasn't losing anything.  I am going to start FL4I.  I tried the Beyond Calories version, but my body can't handle no carbs.  I've tried Atkins and other things in the past and my body just doesn't deal well with no carbs.  I had a migraine every night.  FL4I seems a bit more flexible with carbs so I'm going to try that.  I also do TURBO JAM and am working in some ZUMBA and KETTLEBELL workouts.  I would love to have a buddy to take this journey with me.

HI

I need to lose too. I start, then stop. Maybe, with a diet buddy we could help each other achieve our goals. I've been on weight watchers too and lost some with them. It was too expensive to keep going to meetings. I'm trying to eat between 1300- &1500 cal a day. My main problem is, I get frustrated! When i put alot of effort into it, and the darn scale doesn't go down i'm #%@&!!  Well, Let's keep in touch

Hello. My name is Katie and I am 23 years old.  I too have tried WW as well several other programs and had a few successes here and there. I did go from 195 down to 147 in 2010, but with going to school and all of that I gained some back and am how around 175.  I am trying to lose about  50 lbs and get to 130-125. I am 5'3 by the way.

I was thinking about doing FL4I but the website freaked me out a little...seems very scam-ish.  Also, they do not give much detail.  I saw you said that the more advanced program they offer is a very low-carb program?  I cannot do low carb, it just will not work for me for an extended period of time or long term results.
