If you haven't found someone to be your diet buddy yet, perhaps we could help each other with this? I am 29 and trying to lose about 15 lbs. My biggest problem is stress-related snacking. I usually eat healthy all day, but then all of sudden I'll be avoiding something or worrying about something and turn to food to "help". When I have very little stress and my life is going well, it's not a problem for me. But lately I've had a lot of hard stuff happen and I gained some weight which I am now trying to lose again. I would ideally want a diet buddy that I can text with every day to check in on our progress and support each other through the weight loss process. I am vegetarian btw.
