| Right now im doing a different winsor pilates everyday and i'm always reading on here of people that do cardio and thats where they are losing the weight. I need some exercises that i can do at home. Something that doesnt require any equipment. I know running and walking would be good but too me its just kinda boring. and besides it is soooooo hot outside. So i was wondering if anyone here knew some cardio exercises to do. remember not requiring any equipment. thanks!!!!

star jumps? jogging on the spot? If it gets boring, perhaps get a cardio exercise video to workout along to? A variety of videos are mentioned elsewhere in the forums.
At the gym I do a 'Body Combat' class, which is cardio on the spot without equipment. Years ago I did Aerobics. (I also do cardio that does require equipment: using a step, cycling and stair-master)
