| Hello.i do ab exercises almost every day. i hate doing them, but love! the results. I weight 163 and am 6'2. The only part of my body that I absolutely hate are my abs. I mean my stomach is flat, but it's not defined... even slightly. I wanted to know if there were any good exercises that concentrate on the abs and lower obliques.I lost a lot of weight and now wanna get some muscles. I would like to know some good ab workouts, which i drew from a highly informative site hateweight.com. (Giving a try is free!!) Like different types of crunches. Please do not tell me any good excersices that involve dumbells, those balls, or machinery. I do not own any of them. I just want to know decent ab excersices were I can sit on the plain floor. Also let me know how many I should do. I own 2 35 pound metal arm weights and 1 25 metal arm weight. I would like to know of good workouts I could do using those to get stronger muscles in my arm, elbows and shoulders. Or any excersices without the weights that could help. I dont want to have big ripped abs. I just want a more firm stomach and chest and stronger arms. Also do you know of good But excersices. I wouldnt mind firming that up a bit. Also does anyone know of good low calorie foods ?well please let me know. Thanks!

I've been using mine for years and the abs exercises are great, require no equipment, and start showing results in a couple of weeks of regular use. Note that some of her exercises are not recommended, like the plie moves and one where you're supposed to hang from a bar, but the abs and glutes and stretching are great. I combine them with basic yoga positions for about a 30-minute session. The woman's name is Callan Pinkney and she had books out as well as tapes.

| You could do some exercises I call the Flutters. It's were you lay down on your back and you may want to put your hands under your buttock's for support and put your feet together and point them outward. Then all you do is flutter your feet back and forth without pulling your back off the floor. You will feel this in your lower abs. You could also put your arms over your head and hold on to something and lower your legs from left to upright and then right to upright position which will work your sides. If you have someone to help you have them take your legs and throw them to one direction to another. Try to start out doing at least 25 them work your way up. I promise you will feel this.
