Hi,
Glad to have found a forum that isn't specifically about weight loss. I'm much more interested in getting healthy.
My focus at the moment is ensuring I have at least 10 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. This has the knock on effect of me wanting to get down the gym more often, walk instead of take the car and just feel happier in general.
I'm living in Japan which may well be one of the healthiest countries in the world to eat out!
Cheers,

Hi
I lived in Japan for a year ages ago, but found it tough eating there as I'm allergic to fish and seafood! It's the only time in my life I resorted to McDonalds! But you should certainly get healthy over there if you enjoy the food. All my western friends there at the time lost quite a bit of weight!
Where are you in Japan?
Sayonara!
