Hi fellow dieters, what a brilliant website this is. I am hoping to lose 2 stone & am on a 1400 calorie a day diet & burning 300 extra calories on my cross-trainer. I have stuck religiously to this plan for 4 weeks & lost 8 pounds.
I have hung up in my bedroom a favourite pair of jeans that no longer fit me as a goal to achieve.
Looking forward to being part of this community.
