| Hello my name is Ken and I am a former athlete who just kinda let himself go over the last ten years. I have two little ones who keep me busy and I am also a high school coach. I lead a pretty active lifestyle but I am about 50 lbs. from where I would like to be. I gave up Soda and fast food 3 weeks ago and I started working out again 3 times a week as well. So far I have lost 9 lbs. but nothing comes off easy. I have lost weight a couple of times in the past just to put it back on, but somehow I feel different this time as I am determined to take it off the right way and just be healthier. I don't do too much on the internet but thought this might offer a little encouragement and fun.

Welcome Coach! Glad you're going to be setting a good example for your students and children!
Enjoy looking around. There's lots to see.
