Hi everybody My name is Jeff and I just wanted to introduce myself. I am currently working on my goal of losing 50 lbs and have had success in the past, and have been given the idea that once you reach forty that it is harder to lose wieght and keep it off (mythical verbos)
It is all about eating healthy at any age lets face it exercising won't be as fun if you are tired and worn out because you ate 6 large pepperonis with a chocolate milkshake chaser,(and if you can do this talk to guiness book of world records I think they are looking for someone to eat New York.LOL) So in finality I am seeking to get on a regimen of lowfat low carb and whole grain meals with excelent results. Also did I mention I need a little accountability and some good ideas as well, so I hope to get them from this forum thanks for welcoming me.
