Wow! blown away by all the incredible info on this site. Finally found a site with real answers to my questions. So glad to be here!
Question for anyone out there: I like my recumbent bike for exercise. But how do I know for sure if I am going at a "moderate" speed or a "vigorous" speed? I average between 16 and 17 mph. Can anyone tell me what that qualifies as?
I have hip problems and find the bike to be easiest on me. Once the winter chill has gone, I hope to be out with my dogs walking.
