Hello all,
I'm new here but not to weight loss. I'm a lifetime Weight Watcher member, and I'm about 25 pounds over my goal. I lost over 90 pounds and it has been slowly creeping back over the past 2 years. I want to reverse the trend.
I'm female, pushing 55, and looking for a little different approach to reaching and maintaining a healthy weight. Weight Watchers is great for losing, but I've got the "been there, done that" attitude right now.
My big fitness goal is to learn and hopefully compete in Olympic weightlifting.
I'm looking forward to getting acquainted here and sharing ideas.

Welcome!
Please be sure to read the Tutorial (link above), and then I'd love to hear it it's in-line with Weight Watchers!
Also be sure to check out all the different forums.
