I have been doing well, but since the Holidays... I am barely keeping
my weight under control! I am suppose to lose 30lbs more.
I really need support!

Oh You Kosmik Elf,
30 pounds is fantastic!!!! I only wish I could lose 30 pounds.
So -- maybe you could pretend you're taking a breather, and then plunge into the next set of lost pounds? Seems to me that if you've already done it, you can definitely do it again; after all, you've proven yourself already, haven't you?
I understand that once we lose some weight, we get into a "holding pattern" because our bodies really want to hold on to some fat in case we get into a starvation situation. So maybe now you have to "trick" your body into thinking it won't be starving any time soon?
Wiser minds than mine on this forum can help you better, but I'd suggest different exercise than what you've been doing, and some kind of change in your diet to throw your body off, so-to speak.
