Hello everyone. I am VERY new at this. I need/want to lose 15-20 lbs. I am a happily married woman and Mother of two beautiful Kidos..I do not understand the entire calorie thing. I am 32 I am 5'2 and Weigh between 148 and 145 depends on the day. I know I should be drinking more water and less Beer. My husband and I have been going to the gym at least 2xs a week. I would love it if anyone could mentor me. and help me get started on the right path to weight loss.

Welcome!
If you'd like to work with someone in a similar situation, post in the Looking for a Diet Buddy forum. The more detail you give the more likely you'll find a good match.
Other than that, we kinda all mentor each other. I suggest you begin by reading the Tutorial (link above), and then post questions in General Discussions or any more appropriate forum.
