| Hey All-- This is a new approach I am taking to weight loss--telling others about it--and getting/giving support to our goals! I have always done it on my own before--with limited success. I think this approach will get better results because I am more accountable when others are involved.... Current weight 160, goal weight is 140. no fad diets for me--just counting calories and exercise. Let the journey begin!!
